Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

We stopped by here to try this $6 all you can eat pizza buffet that we heard about it and it was okay. I've had better pizza, but for the money, at least it wasn't short on the toppings. Obviously, I was there for the lunch buffet, which as best as I can tell closes around 2:30 or so. You can opt to add on a salad, but who goes to a pizza buffet for rabbit food. There isn't a large variety of pizza... there was a sausage and pepperoni pizza, a pepperoni and jalapeno pizza, what tasted like a cheeseburger pizza (wasn't sure what it was), and the remnants of a cheese pizza. They may have others at other times. All the pizzas are thin crust. The pizza was decent, as I previously mentioned, lots of toppings (unlike other pizza buffets) . I arrived a little late for the lunch crowd, but the buffet was still open. I was a little confused as to what to do when I walked in. There was no "please be seated" sign and two employees were standing behind a counter looking at the cash register. I stood by the door, unsure of what do for a minute when another employee came in from the patio and told me to sit wherever I like. Once seated, the server was great. She came right over and took my order and kept up with my drink refills too. The cashing out of the check was a little slow, but overall a good job. If you're hungry for some buffet pizza, this is a decent spot, but if you're looking to be adventurous or find a spot with great food, I'd look somewhere else.

Crust is okay at best, and it's rather pricey for being just okay. I can dig some tasty thin crust pizza, but their dough doesn't have much flavor beyond a mild sweetness that isn't well suited to pizza. They do offer a wide selection of interesting toppings. But at half the price for takeout, I'd rather go with Mr. T's more limited but more satisfying selection. Also, the cheese crust is a rip-off - $4.50 for five pieces of that not-so-good crust coated with a thin layer of flavorless cheese, are you kidding me? If choice ingredients are important to you, I recommend Lupi's downtown location instead. The only thing Crust has that Lupi's doesn't is a parking lot.

Good pizza, but CHECK YOUR ORDER! This is the SECOND time they have screwed up our pizza even after reading the order back to us. NOT HAPPY!

A friend recommended Crust, so me and the kids went for lunch. Atmosphere was very casual and slightly funky with a neat variety of rock music artist & concert posters displayed throughout. I appreciated kids 6 & under eating free - good deal for families with little ones. I usually prefer thicker crust pizza and they didn't really do anything to convert me. The pizza was fine but not particularly noteworthy. We did the buffet and they had a pretty good variety of toppings: pepperoni, sausage, supreme, pineapple with ham, tomato with fancy cheese (maybe feta, not sure but it was good), and a few others. My favorite was one with jalepeno rings. Tried them all and they were ok, but seemed to be a little one dimensional in their approach with each pizza tasting like it used exactly the same sauce and cheese (aside from the one mentioned above with feta). Not a thing wrong with it, but nothing to make it stand out. Service was attentive and really friendly, and our waitress did a fine job. This will be the kind of place we go once-in-a-blue moon when we want something a bit different, but it won't likely become a regular haunt.

(Actual visit was October 2011) I love pizza and my goal from today forward is to try a new pizza place whenever we go for pizza. We order, I think crust bread, which was cheese on their crust. It was served with a marinara which tasted fresh. They served the marinara cold which I don't see too often but it wasn't bad. The cheese and spices were very tasty. The crust tasted, well, like frozen pizza crust. I reminded me of Red Baron frozen pizza crust. For the pizza we ordered a 12" pepperoni, half mushroom, with a red sauce. The ingredients and sauce were very tasty and fresh. However, the crust tasted like frozen crust which was a let down. The atmosphere was cool and lots of parking and they had an outdoor seating area.

Divey hipster atmosphere, quick cheap lunch, and perfect thin crust. My suggestion for anyone visiting this location is to keep your expectations specific and real. I love super thin crispy crust pizza and cheap beer. I also love a buffet style with lots of changing selections. Done! Lunch here is perfect. Service after the lunch hour is not fast nor apologetic, but the food will get to you eventually. Be patient.

The pizza is fantastic. Love the crispy thin crust. The service was lackluster at times though. Good came out quickly but, we had to wait quite a while for our waitress to bring us the check and other employees just looked at us while we were looking around for her.

Ordered the pasta bowl with spaghetti, pepperoni, bacon, mozzarella, and pesto. I ended up with very little pesto and a bowl full of oil! It was NOT appetizing in the least and the flavor seemed a bit off. I was hoping it was just a fluke, but went back a month later and it was still not quite right. The Crust on Signal Mountain Blvd does this dish right. We go to that one - even though it is further - just because of the inconsistencies we find at the St. Elmo location.

We popped into crust after hitting up the Bi-Low for some Thanksgiving grocery shopping. We were starving and it was nearby. I dig Crust. The atmosphere is cool. There's certainly a music lover involved in the decor because they have a ton of cool tour posters decorating the walls. When we went in they had both a lunch buffet or you could order from the menu. My boyfriend and his son ordered and I got the buffet. When I requested something specific for the buffet, they made a fresh hot quad (a quarter pizza) and brought it right out to the table for me. I prefer thin crust pizza so Crust's style is right up my alley. My special request, which included sausage, mushroom and olives, was awesome. I expected canned olives and they brought out fresh, whole kalamatas. I would recommend Crust to anybody who needs a quick meal, has a large group or kids, and wants a hot slice. The menu also had sandwiches and salads but we went for the pizza. Check it out.

Great place! This has a down-home Chattanooga feel. Great alternative ambiance inside the restaurant. A wide variety of concert, celebrity, movie and musician pics litter the funky green and orange walls. Plenty of windows on the front wall and outdoor seating is available (unfortunately if you enjoy breathing and the outdoors you will be inconvenienced by the occasional smoker). Old hard wood booth and table seating available. They have a lunch buffet that includes a salad- add a drink and you are paying just shy of $10.00. If you are on a budget you can get pizza's by the quarter and keep it under $5.00 and (believe it or not) get filled up. I really like the pizza. As the name implies, it is thin crust and really crispy. The topics are fresh and tasty and if you like pesto pizza you are in for a real treat as they grow their own pesto. Insofar as their pasta dishes...well..did I mention that the pizza was good and the staff friendly? Yes, their pasta dishes have a lot to be desired. Pretty greasy and tasteless. I hate to say that because I really like the staff and the pizza. They are really great and accommodating. Let me sit here (as a paying customer) using their FREE WI-FI when my power was out. And when we foolishly ordered from the wrong Crust Pizza they let it slide and made us a fresh meal here. Music plays in the background at a reasonable level (classic rock - modern alternative if I had to try to categorize the variety).

Pretty good lil pizza joint. A friend of mine used to manage it so that helped drag me in...though I haven't been back in years.
