What a great time we had at this place last night. Every Thursday night live music and two for $5 fish tacos and deals on beers. Our server was amazing. She was very attentive and nice. They also make a mean dirty martini. I would definitely recommend this place.

Ate here for lunch today....very disappointed. Space was poorly lit for lunch and not inviting. New server clearly hadn't been properly trained. Kitchen was slow to get the food out. Had a burger which was fair. Some white chili which was excellent and dough bread which was very good. So a medium win on food but a loss on atmosphere and service.

Very disappointing. We ate here last night and did truly think we would never get our food! Once we got it, it was good, but that was over-shadowed by the long wait for service. To give our waiter credit, he tried, but it was just one thing after another.....drinks from bar took forever to get and the order got confused, took forever to get bill, etc., etc. And we weren't the only ones having problems! Others near us were also disgruntled. I had invited five friends to join me, telling them how good it was. I was embarrassed and will never be back. Entertainment (live music) was excellent.

On business trip from Canada. Had very good tuna with great service. Truly inspired chef.

Excellent food and really nice staff! We stopped here to grab a late dinner from the road and ended up eating outside. Kayla was great as our server. I had the black bean burger - and I can honestly say it's one of the best I've had. The folks I was traveling with also really enjoyed their food. I'll definitely be stopping in again if I'm ever in Bristol!

This is a great find in a refreshing little town that spreads over the border of Tennessee and Virginia. Great food and great service! The patty melt (with gourmet touches) was delicious as was the chicken salad croissant and blue cheese wedge salad. Despite catching them right after a busy, pre-theater crowd, the host and server (Kaeli) were very friendly and efficient and the atmosphere extremely pleasant. Very clean -- and good, well-priced cocktails!

Great little place to relax in a quiet atmosphere. Food is always good and you cant beat the 2$ craft beers on Thursdays. They have a few local crafts including Wolf Hills. Ask for Gage as your server as he's spot on. Sean just started as the bartender upstairs. Locals will know Sean from up the street at Machiavelli's. Great personality and knows his trade.

Cold food! Took 45 min to get! Not worth it!! I spent $145 to take my friends out for dinner and left embarrassed!

Restaurant that can't seem to find its ambiance, with southern-ish styled menu and some bluegrass mixed into the music played throughout the restaurant you expect a southern decor but instead you are treated to a modern theme. This is not a huge complaint just a little off putting. I treated my self to the patty melt which was absolutely wonderful thick beef patty with bacon Swiss cheese with a sunny side up egg on toast on either side and a side of cheese grits. The meal was great overall and I will most likely be back for more

DON'T EAT HERE. One of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had. First of all, it is NOT upscale food. My lettuce was completely brown and the feta and turkey sandwich I had was disgusting and missing several key ingredients that it said it would have on the menu. Our first sign to leave should've been when we were ignored for several minutes while waiting to be seated. But just as we were about to turn and leave (which, by the way, we saw several people do) the waitress came back and seated us. Before she did, I asked specifically "Do you have enough time to feed us before the show? We have to be at the show next door at 8". It was 6:35. "oh, we have plenty of time she said". Well she took our food order right away and brought our drinks (However, she never brought me the water with lemon that I asked for). But 45 minutes later we hadn't received so much as a slice of bread. We had both ordered salads with our sandwiches, but we hadn't received those either. I was starving and there was no one to be found. I went into the kitchen - this place is packed with tables and there was only three people looking after tables and two people in the kitchen. Finally, another waitress brought me some bread at least. Our food took an hour to come out and then we had to scarf it down to make it to the show in time -- we didn't have time to properly complain to anyone or to have the bad food removed from the bill. I shouldn't have even paid the bill!! Not to mention, the waitress came out the door with what I knew was our food, but she went to another table with our food, bypassing us. I had to get up and go to the table she was standing at, ask her if that was our food and then when she said yes, I took it to the table myself. I didn't want her to give our food away!! At the table next to us the waitress brought the woman a salmon dish, but the woman said "i ordered crab cakes, but it's OK, I'll eat this". She was probably starving and sick of waiting for her food. I also had to get up and get our silverware since we had none at our table. After being there for an hour. Management here is clearly incompetent, putting people's health at risk by serving them poorly cooked food and rotten lettuce. I feel sorry for all the innocent people passing by who are going to the Bristol Paramount next door and don't know to STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

My mom and I decided to try this place for lunch one afternoon. We sat outside and were the only table both in/out. The waitress had no personality at all. I order the Lisas pizza I think. It was on Naan bread which I thought was too much breading. The toppings slid right off when you took a bite. My mom got a mediterranean chicken wrap. The wrap was stale, the chicken dry and hard to bite and if there was any dressing on it, it was nowhere to be found. She also tried the pineapple pasta salad based on the advice of the waitress. It was pitiful. Pasta with a few pieces of pineaplle and a strawberry. Didn't seem to have any dressing either. The waitress dropped our bill off and really didn't come around after that until she apparently saw us picking at our food through the window. She did comp the meal (which we insisted more then once that we wanted to pay) but that will be our first and last time.
