Good BBQ. Fast service. I've tried the pulled pork and the ribs; they're both good. The ribs fall right off the bone and they use the big green egg smoker for all their smoked meats. Drive-through only.

The first time I tried Bristol BBQ was thoroughly impressed but the second time I was really disappointed. Everybody has good days and bad days and hopefully I just hit a bad day that second time. Will go back again when in the area.

Good BBQ is hard to come by, finding great BBQ is almost impossible. Bristol BBQ has done the impossible!! Great staff, great food, perfect sweet tea, and an even better price! I experienced the pulled pork BBQ sandwich and of course not one but two sides of Mac & Cheese and a sweet tea for $8 and some change!! A great drive thru for a quick and tasty meal! Stop reading and go eat!

They serve delicious, sweet BBQ. The loaded fries are covered in cheese, BBQ and other trimmings; fries are a must have side order.

On a road trip from Texas to Virginia, we were hoping for a good drive-thru BBQ spot for lunch. This place definitely hit the spot! My family and I all got the pulled chicken BBQ sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious. The bread is nice and flaky, and the sauce is sweeter than I was used to but quite good. The macaroni and baked beans were both awesome choices for sides. The worker was also very nice. She helped with our order AND after we realized a large Dr. Pepper was too big to fit into our cup holder, she happily split it into two smaller cups. She even offered to just give us two additional drinks instead of splitting that. All in all, it was a great eat. Would definitely return if given the chance.

I was coming through on my way back to Dallas and stopped by for some lunch. I had the loaded baked potato with pulled pork and no regrets were hard! If you are around you should stop by! Big portion! Little messy to eat in the car. Lots of flavor. Would definitely go back for more!

We just pulled into Bristol and our first stop was Bristle BBQ. WOW, they didn't disappoint. Got the pulled pork platter with cole slaw and baked beans. All we excellent, very tasty. My gal got the hickory bar b questions chicken with fries and slaw... " yummy" was her review. Along with drinks it was a great meal. They are drive-thru only. Well worth it, will definitely return because the only have ribs on Friday and Saturday. Nice folks, very informative as we were from out of town in Bristol for the Rhythm & Roots Festival. Glad we stopped here.

I eat here at least 3 times a month. They have wonderful loaded nachos, smoked chicken, and RIBS!!!! In a drive thru! Would highly recommend, always pretty fast service! Owner is very nice guy. They even have a frequent shoppers card. If you like BBQ give them a try. Best in Bristol ( in our opinion)

So delicious! We might've ordered a little much (hehe) but everything was awesome & we did not waste one bit of food :)) We got 2 pork sandwiches w/ 2 sides each. For the sides, we got coleslaw, BBQ beans, and pulled pork. (Tip: If you get your 2 sides as pulled pork & order an extra bun, you can make yourself a second sandwich!!) We also got ourselves some loaded tots due to the peer pressure here on yelp... Oh gawd that was something else. It was sooo good ~ but I think if I were to get it again, I'd ask for light BBQ sauce. The tots were drenched in BBQ sauce, but I thought it might've been better if you could taste more of the tots & less of the sauce... But maybe it's because I'm not from the area. The locals I ate w/ preferred the sauce overload :p Mmm other than that, not much else to say. Delicious food, friendly service, and fast!

Great on the road BBQ. We had wonderful pulled pork sandwiches. Easy to access from the highway and quick service. Will definitely be back if we ever drive by that area in the future.

Locally owned BBQ drive thru. Winner :) Everything I've tried has been great! From the Smoked Chicken sandwich to the Loaded Tots. All I can say is,"Get the loaded tots ! Tots covered in Pork BBQ, shredded cheddar cheese, jalapeños and ranch dressing. Absolutely delicious! And wash it down with a Big Sweet Tea! FYI. You'll need a nap afterwards ;))))

Ordered: pulled pork BBQ sandwich w/ coleslaw and BBQ beans. Also ordered loaded fries. Fries are amazing, large enough to split between 2-3 people if eating as an appetizer or side. The fries come topped with pulled pork, BBQ sauce, cheese, ranch, jalapeños, and green onions. Unfortunately they were out of jalapeños, but the fries were great without them. BBQ sandwich was delicious! The bun was high quality, sauce was sweet, and portion was perfect. In true southern fashion I topped my sandwich with my slaw, which complimented it well. The BBQ beans have a kick, not my favorite , but my husband enjoyed them. Our food came out hot, fresh, and quick. Staff was very friendly and professional. All in all it was a great first experience and we will be back !

Great good and very friendly. We were just in town for the night, and found them on the internet. Once we got to the window they made is feel like family while taking out order. Got back to the campground and the BBQ was awesome and the side were great as well. When I come back to this area will defiantly be eating here again.

Found this place while exploring the region while at Trail Days. Very good BBQ, and VERY friendly service! I like that since there wasn't a line the owner got talking to us about our visit to the area. Say whatever you want, but this is why I love visiting the south. I find people are so much more friendly and welcoming once you get talking to them. And this business is no exception, friendly service makes a huge difference and is often rare where I am from. Great little roadside BBQ place. I will make a point to return when I come to Trail Days again.
