with so many awesome coffee places in Nashville, in comparison it's 3 stars. Does 8th and roast or crema, or the well want to come out to Brentwood? Even Frothy monkey, goodness, perch is the only other coffee spot not named starbucks or panera. I'm ashamed that I go to starbucks. There I said it, but for one second please see that this is to negate all the 2 star reviews against hipsters who complain about getting coffee, well why don't you just make your own at home, and fill up with your own mug. I'm sorry if I offended anyone, you can do something about it, and start your own coffee shop in the area, and solve my problem. Look what you made me do, I have to give starbucks a 4 star rating. And that's how I feel about Occupy.

My second home away from home. The best baristas: Jason and Benny to name a couple. If my drink isn't perfect, then they'll make it again and are HAPPY to do so. It doesn't get too loud or too busy. Great location with ample parking. I pass four Starbucks to come to this one. That's saying something! :)

Nice small coffee shop. Kinda hidden. Some parking available free of charge. Drive up window available

I got the opportunity to work at this Starbucks for about a month in the summer of 2012 with Bennie Caston as manager. Such a great experience!!! These Starbucks partners (Sbux term for employees) are legit. They know their coffee and their customer service. If there was ever a reason to go out of your way to a Starbucks and not just to the nearest one, it'd be the fine people that run this one. Enjoy!

I like this location. It's big, and they crank the drinks out fast. There are plenty of places to sit, and there's plenty of parking.

This place is always clean. They just added new tables and chairs and makes it easier to camp out than in the past. The new seating is great for small groups or for students who don't mind sharing a table. The employees here are always friendly and their do great work. I think the "old" reviews are outdated as it seems that this staff has addressed the issues. The best part...they open before the other stores in the area which is a big help to me.

Had a slightly less than sterile experience when I was there, but I believe it was because the place had been bum rushed by hundreds before I got there so I'm not expecting it to always be in the level of uncleanliness. Other than the furniture being in disarray and a few napkins laying about it was your Joe Generic Starbucks. The entire time I was there the people behind the counter were hustling, so they never got out to see, so my guess is it's generally a nice and clean place... it was not dirty, just disheveled. Nothing wrong with it... coffee was ok and food was ok and price was too high and it's Starbucks.

This is a place. A dark place. That somewhere. Somehow. Voldemort will use what fragments of his soul are still hiding out there...and you ALL know they are...will use this evil institution to FILL his minions with false hope and caffeine once again to try and take DOWN that kid with the scar on his forehead again...........Anyway. Only thing I remember about this place as it looks like thousands of others JUST like it, except this one might have a barrista (can't we just call them employees, i mean seriously, like making coffee for a living should be a desired after career for ANYONE that has graduated any level of education) who has 7 different colors of dreadlocks or some other dirty hippie stench. I always like to order the Large coffee and they always ask me if I'm talking about the Vente and I look at them with that look like...."I don't know what you just said little kid, but you special"....and I leave or if the coffee has kicked in too soon I torture other customers by using the restroom and turn off the air vent.

We love Starbucks. This one needs learn their menu. We ordered three drinks, all three were made wrong. This seems to be a repeat problem when we go into this location.

This is like any other Starbucks, over crowded and over priced..... But the staff is really nice, I would rather find a European style place where the drinks are more customized and cared for than any Starbucks any day!

Ooh Starbucks analogies! I've got one. Starbucks is the McDonald's of coffee shops. When you go into a McDonald's you do not expect to wait for a freshly prepared meal. You know that it will probably be microwaved or the equivalent. And when you go to Starbucks the "barista" will push a button on the machine and out will come your watery shot of espresso. Your latte will probably come out with a dollop of foam on top because their steam wand is incapable of making milk the appropriate consistency for a latte. When you go to a real burger joint you know that you will be laughed at if you attempt to order a "big mac". This is the same at your local coffee shop if you attempt to order a "caramel macchiatto" or a "frappuccino". As for this Starbucks in particular. Well it is exactly the same as all the others (just like McDonald's!). Only here you will find herds of preppy high school teens toting coach purses too preoccupied on their cell phones to actually even place an order.

A staid sterile starbucks. Analogy: Holiday Inn. Starbucks and Holiday Inns are both known quantities: staid decent chains in which you know you won't get bad product and you know you will get predictable uninspiring ambiance.
