This is the second time that I have visited this location and had the exact same experience. Good things first, the store is clean, with ample parking, looks cool, and is convenient when shopping at REI. Not so good things, took a long time to make my wife's cup of coffee and totally forgot to make mine. Limited seating with limited desserts. I will only stop by here in the future out of convenience, not for great service or great ambience.

I like this Starbucks because it's on my way to work early on Saturdays and Sundays. The place is usually empty and I'm always pleasantly greeted. I come almost every week, so the baristas remember me and my order! That has never happened and I love it. I tried the other Starbucks nearby (the one with the drive thru) for a while, but I like this one more for early morning. I did come here once in the afternoon and it was beyond crowded... I think I'll stick to the early morning pleasant experiences.

This location is good in a pinch. On more than one occasion they've forgotten to make my or a friend's drink or food (even when it's not busy!) and I've had to ask the barista what's going on. They NEVER have blonde roast, which is kind of a first world problem, but come on, people. If you're in Brentwood and want Starbucks, go to the other one in Maryland Farms. Much nicer, more accommodating.

This is a very small Starbucks. It gets pretty crowded, and it's not uncommon to not find an open seat inside. They have added more tables outside, so if the weather's agreeable, that's fine. Service is good here, but I've seen them get way behind a time or two when it's busy. One one such occasion, my drink somehow got pushed aside, and folks who came in after I did got their stuff first. I had to ask where my drink was, and then they got with it.

Horrible service! While five of us waited in line (one person holding a toddler), a friend of the staff thought it was humorous to keep all of us waiting while he and two cashiers chatted about a movie. I walked out and will never return.

I feel like this is a typical Starbucks. I've never had a rude encounter with anyone behind the counter, and they're fast and efficient getting me my post-work pick-me-up. The space is smaller than most Starbucks I've been to, but there is a small outdoor patio, and I usually get my drink to go, regardless.

Reminded me why I never go to this location. Was ignored by staff so they could talk to co workers. They actually told me I would have to wait until they could finish their conversation. The girls behind the counter were talking so loud to each other the entire 2 hours I was there that multiple people commented about it and left. They were literally screaming about gossip. Totally unprofessional and distracting. Serves me right for even coming here.

Baristas are friendly here, but they really need to reconfigure the layout of this place. In the mornings it was packed and they moved the line quickly, but the number of people waiting for their drinks at the bar made it unclear where the line ended. I watched multiple people stand back by the door behind people who had already ordered, thinking they were in line. It's just a mess. Also, they may want to consider a second person working the bar in the morning considering how busy they were.

We came to this Starbucks on our way to Bed Bath and Beyond in the same plaza and noticed it had a drive through! At first we wanted to use the drive through, but the line was too long, so we ended up parking and going inside. The inside was nothing special, but it was clean and the baristas were friendly. We ended up ordering an iced tea lemonade (not in the mood for coffee that day) and the order came up fairly quick. Next time I go, I'm going to try the drive through!

Essentially another Starbucks cut from the same mold as all the others. However, I think that either this location is smaller on the inside than most others, or it is constantly crowded with teens who like over-milked, over-sugared not-exactly-coffee, but want to say they drink coffee. Not a place I would stop to get coffee, or anything to eat.

I said thank you too the other barista that made my drink and she said nothing either!!! Made my drink pretty fast, that's the only reason they got any stars. Welcome to Brentwood...where we're too good for anyone.

Teeny tiny starbucks, but just fine if you're taking your coffee to go. They were fast, which was nice, and they had a special going on where if you bought one pack of their K-cups you got one free. WHOA! My husband was thrilled. Outdoor seating looked nice, but like I said, my order was to-go!
