Visit this location often, and it's good. However...if you order the taco salad, be warned that all of your lettuce well include the hard core part of the whole lettuce.

In my hometown we only had Qdoba..no Chipotle, no Moe's so needless to say it was my only option for the create your own burrito genre. That being said, even when I was introduced to Chipotle, etc Qdoba was still my favorite because I liked their queso and ancho chille bbq sauce. It had been a long time since I had visited Qdoba so I visited this location recently. Sad to say although the employees were very nice, the food was a big of a disappointment. They no longer have the ancho chile bbq sauce so that was a bummer to start but they still have queso so I was happy for that. I visited on a Sunday night so maybe they were slow and hadn't made fresh ingredients in a while but the chicken seemed a little dry and stale and I felt like there was a lot of rice/cheese/sour cream in my burrito and not much else. I usually LOVE the chips but the bag i got was stale, not warm and just nothing special at all. Not sure if it was the day and time of day i visited but i was sadly very disappointed with the food quality.

Food is okay, for mass-produced, commissary-prepared ingredients that are cooked and/or assembled on site, as it is in most large, corporate establishments like this one. Nothing is particularly good, and nothing is particularly bad. I imagine the decision where to go vs Chipotle, Qdoba, Moe's, and Blue Coast largely comes down to price and/or convenience. For me, these four in the area are pretty much interchangeable otherwise, besides little things like one's chips are slightly better, etc. This location does have a Coca-Cola Freestyle machine, FWIW. Qdoba has recently started to offer all add-ons for no additional charge -- even guacamole. It will be interesting to see if and how this new wrinkle may change the level of business -- I've never seen this location in any danger of being even half full.

I visit this location all several occasions and even have visited establishments similar to this such as Moe's and Chipotle. The food here to me always meets expectations. I have never had a bad visit, and the service and the attentiveness of the staff keeps me a loyal customer. I prefer their style of rice and filling options compared to their competitors. Their new "no cost extras" campaigns have compounded what I already thought about the business in general. Great food, large portions, fast prep, great customer service.

This location was the most inefficient qdoba I have ever been to. The workers were slow and sloppy when putting together dishes. I waited in line for over 15 minutes and I stood at the register for a solid minute to pay. Qdoba's food is always delicious but the service here was extremely lacking.

I will concur with the other reviews regarding poor service. The lady who took our order was ok but the lady who made our burritos was extremely rude to my wife and also had soap suds all over her forearm and thankfully it didn't touch our burrito. This is the closest qdoba to our home but next time will go somewhere else

The worst customer service, the guy that was serving me looked like he was the manager , I asked him if I can have a fresh chicken on my plate , instead of the ones that were sitting there for god knows how long, and he said they all look the same , and didn't even try to please his customer!!! I will never go back to this place , poor quality customer service ....

Alright, this Burrito joint is like any other quick, tex mex, burrito the size of your head type of joint. While I was happy with my service and the overall tastiness of my burrito...one thing stuck out on this trip. As I took my nasty, lord knows where my cash has been cash, out of my wallet and put it into the Burrito Man's hands; I twinged because usually people go straight back to work. Oh no, not the burrito man. He took my cash, washed his hands and then put on gloves. High Fives on sanitation! I was mighty impressed. Also, YELP usually has great check in offers. Free cup of queso for this trip...don't mind if I do.

Service is okay, kind of annoying with all the up selling attempts at the register. Not impressed with the quality of food.. I'd much rather go to chipotle for fresher ingredients and better flavor.

i ordered the chicken mole burrito, and it was pretty sweet (not awesome slang speech sweet, but literally, sweet), i know mole sauce is supposed to be sweet, so i wasn't caught too of guard by my first bite. the beans are great, and the rice is pretty basic (i like moe's flavorful rice better). there's not a full salsa bar here like at blue coast or moe's, but, they give you a pretty big serving of salsa when you order the side of chips and salsa. the store manager was here while i was with my friends, and he was very attentive. he talked to all the customers, and really came across as a hands-on type that had a personal vestment in this store. it's a bit more spendy than moe's or blue coast, and i honestly can't say that it's worth it, but it's definitely better than salsairitas.

Qdoba is a great place for when you're in the mood for Mexican fast food but don't want to potentially punish your insides with food from Taco Bell. Everything is freshly chopped, diced, simmered, seasoned, blended and grilled to perfection in house and the portions are generous. They have several low-cal options as well. Definitely worth trying if you haven't already.

This place is hit or miss in terms of quality of food. The reasons I go to Qdoba are for one of two reasons: 1) The "group" wants to go there or 2) i have a great coupon that makes it too good to pass up. Lunch is better because the food turnover keeps the food fresh and hot. Dinner is sometimes fresh and sometimes not. Because of their relationship with Jack in the Box one shouldn't hold this place to same standard as Baja Burrito but in a pinch and with a great coupon it's okay to settle for some Qdoba every once in a while.

Very poor service. We ordered grilled veggi burrito. Vegetables weren't fresh. The server did not show any interest in the order. It seemed she was having a bad day and trying to take it out on us by being rude. I will not visit this place again. Chipotle is way better

These folks make a very tasty burrito. One unique point is their chips: they taste like they are infused with lime, which I really like.

Will not be back. The vegetarian option of the gumbo is the same price as the chicken gumbo! How is this even possible?!? I guess anything to make money off customers. Skip this place and go to Chipotle. They know how to cater to vegetarians by properly pricing their items. This is 2013. Qdoba you fail!

Picked up some carry out last night. We had the full size 3-cheese nachos with chicken and also a Craft 2 with the smaller 3-cheese nachos with chicken and two chicken tacos. Both were good but the Craft 2 is a great value. I earned some Qdoba Rewards points but I forgot that I have a free chips and salsa coupon until after I ordered nachos and nachos so I'll have to hold onto it until next time. Oh well... guess I'll be going back soon :-)

I have to disagree with the previous reviewer. I visit this particular Qdoba once a week sometimes twice, and the quality of the food is always great. The one thing that does change is the person making the food. There are certain employees who really do it right and others that just try to move you along as quick as possible. I will not point fingers but i think they know who they are. The queso to me is the best of all the fast casual mexican chains.Overall i may be a semi-regular there, but only because the food is delicious, decently priced, and fairly consistent.

The extra hot habanero salsa is delicious. I like the chicken queso burrito.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
