Headed to Franklin after picking up a friend at BNA. Stopped for a quick bite after a tedious flight (for my friend). The service was swift, food was good. Consistency is a byword at Panera - coast-to-coast. My Lemon Chicken with Orzo soup was excellent. Very hot coming out of the pot, savory, flavorful, with plenty of lemon (but not overpowering) loaded with veggies, orzo and nice tender pieces of chicken. My Chipotle Chicken Panini was also excellent. Smoky, just a hint of heat, tender chicken, and melted cheese with a crispy oozed crust. Please sir, may I have another?

Given my recent "consistent" bad experience with Panera with respect to them messing up my order. I convinced myself that it would not be the case(since this was in TN and not in NC). But, fate had it that they made a mistake again. I ordered the Noodle bowl with Edamame. I made sure I checked it twice. But what I got was chicken noodle bowl. I might have give myself sometime off with Panera. I have no complaints about their food. But their order handling needs to be revisited. Bottomline: Don't get mad when they mess your order. Its normal !

Orderly, organized, professional, patient, tasty, relaxed. Roomy enough to find a table inside or out. They even have ordering ahead.

ALL THE STARS. Spectacular service. We rolled in off the road late on the night before Thanksgiving and were greeted with the friendliest, most professional service from Ryan when she probably just wanted to go home to her son. The food was pretty good, too.

My husband and I frequently visited this location when I previously worked out in Cool Springs, and also to meet up with vendors while we were planning our wedding. The atmosphere is nice and clean, and the staff is great...and of course, the food is always delicious. We will continue to visit here!

I popped my Panera cherry here, and then I did it again and again and again! You can't really go wrong here, folks, but if you want to have the ultimate experience I recomend the caramel latte, the mac and cheese (out of this world), and the cinnamon scone. And every other pastry too. Okay I need to stop drooling now so I will bring this review to an end!

I'm sorry but you just can't beat Panera Bread. I love going local and finding the smaller spots as I'm sure any other Yelper does. However, when I'm craving a good healthy lunch on the go. I can always count on Panera, because it always hits the spot. I have to give mad props specifically to this location though; Being in the heart of busy, businesses in Brentwood, this place gets PACKED around lunchtime, I mean lines to the door if you hit it between 12-1. However this place never ceases to amaze me in how fast they move and how fresh and hot the food always is. Don't let the lines deter you. They are FAST! And to be honest I have never had a bad meal here! My go to is always the "You pick two" I can't resist the creamy tomato soup and the Asian sesame chicken salad. Yum! If you're really watching your calorie intake thy have all the calories listed right there on the board. Makes staying on track that much easier. Love me some Panera :)

Terrible service--they completely messed up my order. First, one half of my to-go order was ready before the other half. The order was supposed to be to-go, and I had to explain this to the cashier TWICE. This wasn't a huge problem, but when I complained to the manager, he didn't even apologize sincerely and didn't even look at my face, he just asked if I wanted my money back. I thought I would at least get a proper apology but I guess not. They're just concerned with slinging orders.

I like Panera, their gradual price increases and decreased portion sizes are becoming disappointing, but hey its business right? I do enjoy their food on occasion, really like their coffee and often stop in bagels for the office. It isnt a first choice for lunch any longer, but definitely not marked off of the list of options just yet. This particular location has a very friendly staff, and the restaurant is always clean and the outdoor patio is nice in the warmer months. The parking is an absolute nightmare, as is this entire shopping center, but if you have a compact car you can park on the side of the building and get in and out pretty easily. Overall, a good spot if you arrive during "off" hours or don't mind maneuvering among the traffic and tight parking.

I wish this Panera was more consistent but it is not. I'm a regular customer there and I often receive great customer service one time and the absolute worst customer service the next. Today I got in line for breakfast around 10:50am. The people working the registers were extremely slow so I didn't get up to the front until 11:05. I was told "Sorry, you're 5 minutes late for breakfast." Then they giggles at me and told me someone else was 1 minute late and they turned them away as well...as if that makes it better. I'm incensed and considering never going back to this Panera. The atmosphere is decent and the food is edible, but neither is good enough to warrant this type of customer service.

I work in the area and stop in here from time to time and they are consistent in quality and service. I wanted to take the time to reach out and say good job to a place that gets swamped nearly every work day with the business lunch crowd. I have never been angry about time here. The coffee is also fresh.

I use to love this place but the last 3 times I've ordered it's been totally wrong. The staff is nice enough. The food quality and price just isn't matching up. My salads have been wilty lately and ingredients are being skimped on. I don't feel like this place is well organized and I don't plan to go back.

Has something happened to Panera? My reaction to visiting Panera has always been an enthusiastic, "ALRIGHT!", but this visit left me really underwhelmed. The food I had was alright, but this experience with Panera just isn't living up to my memories of past experiences. I had the salmon Caesar salad, and a half of the tomato and mozzarella. The salmon itself was cold. I wonder when this salmon was seared - it was probably (definitely) NOT in the store, right before I ate it. My first bite of the sandwich was a little alarming. I was turned off by the over-stewed-ness of the cherry tomatoes. (Not the number one choice of tomato to have heated in a sandwich!) Interestingly enough, as the panini cooled off, I began to enjoy it a little more. It IS nice to have interesting salads, soups, and sandwiches available as fast food, in addition to fun coffee drinks (which I haven't had a lot of luck with in past Panera visits) and baked goods. (Speaking of which, the last specialty bagel I had from Panera was REALLY dry.)

Panera is consistent in it's offerings and quality. The morning crowd is pretty heavy on groups doing Bible Studies and business meetings. Therefore, it's a great place to watch people. I like the coffee and the pastries in terms of freshness and prices.

I come to this Panera often to have one-on-one meetings with my staff. They are always very friendly first thing in a morning and have a great selection of bakery goods and fresh hot coffee. If you're planning to have a meeting of more than a couple people at this location I would highly suggest getting there early. Normally I arrived around 6:30 for 7 o'clock meetings and the place is already filling up by 7 o'clock with very large groups and several smaller groups. Just goes to show you that a lot of other people think this is a great place to meet have morning meetings over good cup of coffee.

Panera is the only restaurant that I do carry out from that gives me the feeling of bringing home a good replacement for a home-cooked meal. Sure others are fancier, but Panera food actually resembles something I might cook. In addition, the prices are reasonable and a tip is not expected so I feel that I am saving 20% from what I would pay at O'Tuepplebee's...

I don't frequent too many chain restaurants but this is one I can't live without. And it's not just the food but the staff here that makes this place a favorite. It's a breakfast stop for me - the breakfast sandwich on ciabatta is the best breakfast sandwich in town. I opt for the bacon version since I am a bacon freak. Their bacon is a nice, medium-thick sliced bacon. The eggs are real whole eggs cooked fresh, not powdered or processed scrambled eggs. The cheddar is a nice sharp white cheddar. The bagels are great, especially the cinnamon crunch and the gingerbread ones when they have those in the fall around the holiday season. Cheese pastries and chocolate pastries as well as the pecan twists and cobblestone muffins are also great. Smoothies are another favorite here. I've gotten bread and it's always nice and fresh. I've never had anything here that wasn't good. I have done the sandwiches and soups also occassionally at lunch or dinner. But let's talk about the staff. That is where this place truly shines. They are friendly and get to know you by heart even knowing your regular 'special' orders. Sometimes my sandwich is ready and brought to me at the register before the order is even closed out in the register. Even though it's usually because they are moving up, I hate it when I see my regulars go but quickly make friends with the new regulars.

Consistently great service. In fact, today I had two instances of great service. (4.75 out of 5)
This ranks high in my list of Panera's I like to eat at. I've never had a problem here. They staff is very friendly and knowledgeable too, much better than the 21st location. Parking can be interesting, since there are a lot of different choices in the strip mall. They do have a small lot that holds about 10 spaces directly in front of shop. It's pretty tight, so that can cause a problem if people don't park correctly. My favs on the menu are the Bacon Turkey Bravo, Mediterranean Veggie, Black Bean and Potato soups and Plain Turkey. I hear they just got Mac N Cheese too... I really want to try that. You can get their nutrition facts online too, which is really helpful. Not to mention, the free wi-fi. When I was out of work, I'd come here and surf. It was great.

i go to panera 3-4 xs a week. i love panera but drive past this one to go to the 100 oaks location. why? keep finding foreign objects in my food! they are always really nice about it but im just grossed out by this location. first issue - went w client who found blonde hair in her salad. yuck! second - i went and found hair in my salad. third time - i found a date sticker at the bottom of my mac and cheese. the ink on the expiration date was running all in the bottom of the mac and cheese so there was black or blue ink all in the bottom. of course i didnt find it until i was half way thru the meal. called and they replaced and refunded. havent been back since. thankfully the 100 oaks location has never disappointed.

Panera's a solid deli. The food was good, and it came out really quick. There are lots of healthy options on the menu, and there's plenty of comfy booths for sitting in. My chicken almond salad sandwich didn't dazzle me in taste nor quantity, but it wasn't bad at all. I'd come here again for a quick healthy bite.

I don't know what is up with thisplace. I go to the Panera on 21st ave all of the time for workday lunch, and it is superb. The Brentwood location is closer to my house so I go there in the afternoons or on the weekend. It sucks. Really sucks. Soups salty, Sandwiches either cold or burned. Pastries stale. A real disappointment when you know the place across town makes the same things perfectly.

This upscale Panera Bread is conveniently located right off interstate I-65 south at the Old Hickory exit. It is special and different because of the front Great Room with a 40 foot tall ceiling, several tables and three comfy chairs. I expect as much in Brentwood, since it is the upscale satellite city of Music City.

I like to eat here. Great sandwiches, bread, and pastries. But avoid the soups!!! The only tolerable soups would be the baked potato soup and broccoli and cheese. The rest, including the simple chicken noodle, all taste strangely bitter and chemical. And I am not picky about food so when I say it is awful it was not edible. Service is usually good except for a tad rude cashier . Beat the lunch crowd and go early or after because it can get really busy and seating is limited at times.
