Descent subs...good variety need more chicken. Looks nice firm the inside, but I prefer a pot belly in Nashville which we need. Staff is great plus they have the new coke machines with variety and fun to drink. Price wise very reasonable way better than subway

Great staff! Great food! Good prices! What else is there? Oh yeah, they have those cool soda machines that make special Coke flavors. And this young lady has the best customer service skills I've ever witnessed. Hands down, she has blown me and my husband away with her desire to please customers and keep the place clean every single time we have come here.

Great food and service. It's obvious why this is a happening place. I got the Hero sub with a whole bunch of delicious peppers on top. If you like heat this is the place to get a sub. They are very friendly and prompt. Enjoy!

Friendly staff, fantastic subs - makes a great combination. I have ordered three or four different sandwiches and so far, none have disappointed. I have been a huge Jersey Mike's fan for years, and will still go there; however, Firehouse might have nudged them off the top of the podium. Personal recommendations are the brisket, and the steak and cheese. If you are meat shy, go with a veggie sub. :)

Went there on an invitation to come back for a complementary meal for two due to our order not being correct on a previous visit. Everything was perfect! I'm a retired over the road truck driver and have eaten at many fast food places spending many $$$, so I take store surveys and reviews very seriously. Firehouse responded to my survey the next day with an apology and explained what steps had been taken to prevent the same from happening in the future. I'm impressed with Firehouse both with their service and product. 5 stars Firehouse!!!

Awesome subs. One of the best firehouse sub shops around with open feeling space with all the windows. There's even outside seating. Beef and cheddar brisket, or whatever you like.

I don't know how many stars to give this place because I walked out before I could try the food. Which sucks, because I bet you that the sammies are good here. But I walked in on a Wednesday evening and the place is empty. I look up at the menu board and all the prices are missing. I ask for a menu with prices and they say they have none. I asked them what the prices are and the lady behind the counter looked at me like it was the first time anyone had ever asked such a thing. Finally, she said that you have to order your sandwich, they make it, and then when you are ready to pay, they ring it up and that's when you find out what the price is. Seriously. Who orders stuff without knowing what it costs? Not me. So, its in the neighborhood (walking distance from the house), so maybe I will try it again sometime. I expect that they were just raising their prices and that's why everything was blacked out on the menu board. But seriously, how can the employees not be able to tell you what anything costs until after they make it for you? No thanks.

Second time at Firehouse Subs...as restaurants deserve 2 visits before conclusions are made. Service was poor at best, as the restaurant was populated mostly by people who had waited over 20 minutes for a simple sandwich...and it wasn't busy! On to the abomination that was to have passed for a sub sandwich...please picture the movie "Falling Down" where Michael Douglas goes nuts comparing the burger he received with the burger pictured...it was dreadful...and whomever put the sandwich together actually missed the bun with the meat...as it was half on and half off the bun. Waited over 15 minutes, sandwich was not good...I'm done. Pathetic excuse for food and service...maybe less should be spent on advertising with more spent on staff and product development. Just my thoughts.
