Best sandwich in town. I'm a meat eater. But I love their artichoke sub, get it with mushrooms and bannana peppers. If you like artichoke dip or are a veretarian this is the sandwich. I highly recommend it. They also have the best lemonade and fresh cut fries. And malt vineger to soke up your fries. You have to try this place.

Amid the morass of mindless delis now proliferating across the stripmalls of America, two stand out: Which Wich? and Penn Station. Penn Station may be a franchise chain, but (this location at least) feels like a neighborhood deli, perhaps more in the manner of its homebase Dayton, Ohio than Penn Station, NYC. I've never been to a sandwich shop in "Penn Station" but there definitely is more of a "stop looking at me", "hurry up and order" shouting-in-the-kitchen "Yankee" feel to it -- much more than Jersey Mike's, which pales in comparison on both counts of quality and price. It's kind of an appropriate analogy with New York vs. New Jersey. Penn Station's crown jewel is its homemade, handcut french fries and similarly hand-squeezed lemonade: a heavenly duet to satisfy any snacktime craving. For a bigger appetite, the cheesesteaks are great (and the official cheesesteak of the Cincinnati Reds), as is pretty much any sandwich I've had there. Still hungry? Finish up with a fresh-baked chocolate chunk cookie! Advantages: Fresh fries, lemonade, greasy sandwiches, malt vinegar on the condiment bar, neighborly feel Drawbacks: television always on, sometimes surly and/or inattentive service. (but that just adds to the perceived authenticity).

My husband and i grabbed subs to go in between soccer games. It was very difficult to find, as my map app wanted me to go west of the interstate. I see that it STILL is inaccurately pinpointing penn station's location. My kids gave up and ordered subs from subway, but in the nick of time I spied penn station and my husband and I were able to order from there. The actual location is just east of the interstate, in a strip mall on the left side of the road. Good luck finding it. The subs were very tasty!

So good! Very fresh food. Fries where crisp, and they do not skimp out on the proportions. Fresh squeezed lemonade was so yummy! Customer service is top notch! Will be back!

I absolutely love this place. The best philly cheesesteak you'll get in Nashville by far!

My husband said he'd had a good sandwich here and since it's right by our not humble abode, we meandered over. OH! Is that freshly baked bread from my great grandmother Wilda? No. It isn't. In fact, when asked, I was told it was shipped in frozen. Fooled me! In any case, wow, that bread is good! I had the chicken parm 6" with no onions or mushrooms, and it was tayyyy-ayyy-sty! Mening erim had the bigger size Philly Cheesesteak, which he also thought was quite satisfying. We had the fresh squeezed lemonade and it too, was a delight. Fresh cut fries - mmm mmm! Of course, when I saw the awesomely thick, square, hugest chunks of chocolate, chocolate chip cookie, I couldn't resist, so that was obviously part of the whole picture too. Hi, Heaven :) Nice employees (brought food to us at our table!) & clean place.

The lemonade is far from a delight. Too much sugar and not tart enough, they have a long way to go. The fries weren't bad, but nothing mindblowing. My wife and I both had the Phiily Cheesesteaks. I agree, the meat was not cut thin enough. Maybe the subs are better, which I would hope so. I won't hold my breath.

Delicious philly and fries. Much like Chicago style subs although obviously it's penn station a must try especially after a good night of drinking.

UPDATE: Please note that if the open sign is on and there's a line of people already being taken care of and you walk in right around closing time, the girl working the line will decline your business and tell you she's closed without an apology. 1-star loss. ----------- For subs, I strongly believe that Penn Station takes the cake for being a franchise. They offer quality meats and cheeses that they slice in-store (not bring out pre-sliced from a package), deliciously chewy bread (that's baked in-store, not warmed in-store) and fresh produce for toppings (that aren't brought out of the back in a plastic bag.) They also have a lemon press that they use for fresh squeezed lemonade they'll make right in front of you. For a franchise, I love this place. They offer a rockin' teriyaki vegetarian sub that I absolutely love! My husband always raves over the meat and I totally take his word for it :)

Was pleasantly surprised by my sandwich at this chain, and its right in Bellevue which is an added bonus. I tried a cheesesteak which was probably a mistake since I'm such a cheesesteak snob. The meat was cut too thick and was seasoned weird. Cheesesteak aside the other items on the menu looked promising. The fresh cut fries were delicious. I look forward to going back and trying other sandwiches.

Love this place! I eat here maybe too often and always end up getting the Philly. It's just so perfect! My other go to is the artichoke sammy-fantastic. Always have to get a lemonade too. Highly recommend!

Excellent Subs...and I think I have tried them all now! Great customer service. Take out or eat in....your choice. I can't say enough about the food, it is all good and the fries are super! Place is really clean every time I have been in too. They make your food fresh and do it fast too. Love grabbing lunch here, it makes my day every time I go in!

Looove this place! It's hard to find good french fires when you come from a place were french fires were cut and fried right before your eyes and the subs are pretty good too I've been twice and they'll probably be seeing more of me!

Go here. Order a sub. Any one. I promise, they are all good. But if you want the BEST, order the chicken cordon bleu sub. It is grilled fresh in front of you, and goes great with hand-cut fries and fresh squeezed lemonade. My roommates and I survived on take-out and other cheap eats while we suffered through graduate school, and Penn Station made life worth living. I've taken HUGE detours on cross country trips to go to a Penn Station, but the Penn Station is Bellevue was my first love, and will remain so...
