Friend suggested this as one of our "Fat Man Fridays" lunch spots. Food is ok, but everything is too sweet/sticky for my taste. The grill veggie choices are the most basic of all, but the outcome was really good. You ask for extra spicy, you get it. The sushi is decent, but not better than any other chinese buffet sushi, it's just filler for those who like it I guess.

I have eaten here several times and I'm surprised at this visit. It's at least 6 months since my last visit. The food was stale and old. The rice was crunchy.... Yes crunchy. Some items on the buffet was super cold. Service was decent. Place is clean and remotely quiet. My first time here during dinner. I guess it's better for lunch after they first open. I went for dessert but flies were swarming the sweets like crazy.

I really like this buffet, not it's not glamourous by the $9.99 dinner price is great. The hibachi chicken on the buffet is sooo good. They offer sushi, raw food you can have cooked on the grill, hibachi cooked options, two buffet areas of traditional americanized chinesse food, one buffet area with Kiddie / very american food - mac and cheese, pizza. A sald bar including a nice selection of fruits and cold seafood including oysters and a decent seletion of desserts in cluding ice cream.. This place is always much quieter than a nearby competitor and I just don't know why, nice variety and good food. Service is very attentive, you will not go thirsty.

Food was cold , dry and hard. Highly disappointed in the food overall, maybe it's because of the time I came in which is 4:28 right now. Service was great none the less. Wouldn't come back unless I'm starving like I was today. Hibachi in Jackson , tn is by far superior to this.

This is my go-to Chinese spot for the past few months. The food is consistently good and the prices are very good too. I don't like everything on the buffet but I have my favorites, especially the hibachi chicken. The food and service as a whole is probably 3 stars, but the prices (especially to go) are 5 stars in my book. Edit: I decided to edit this down to 3 stars. The prices are still good, but the food has been average at best the last couple of times I've been.

This place stands out because it's a lot bigger than other sushi buffet. But the place is average and I wouldn't go there again if I really wanted to. There is some good choices of Chinese food and there is some horrible choices of food at this place. Hopefully my pictures I took of this place will give caution to anyone who goes there.

Didn't look this place up before I went in. I think everyone is right on that the good isn't very good. I've had worse bit one had a lot better. I would not come back for the regular buffet items. With that said the sushi was surprisingly fresh and well rolled. Good selection of sushi but no seaweed salad or other sides. Wouldn't come back except for the sushi. Maybe.

The food was basically the same as everywhere else. Nothing different or interesting on the buffet. It didn't taste very good. The young man taking our money was rude and didn't even offer a friendly smile. I will not return. It was 8 of us so for 100.00$ a smile would have been great.

I gave this place a try after I saw where it had reopened with a new name. It's just your typical buffet, nothing bad and definitely nothing great. I may give it a second try but I doubt it. The service was about as bad as before, couldn't get a refill and never saw a waitress in my area.

I got a flyer about their grand opening and went to try Hibachi Buffet. My only real comparison is the chinese buffet on Exeter in Germantown. The price here is lower and selection wider, so I give them props for that. The food, however, is less authentic (e.g., more Americanized) for most items. The base rice and noodles are rather bland but can be funked up as they separately prepare mushrooms, onions, eggs, zucchini, etc. I most liked the black pepper chicken and steamed tilapia. Their steak for the pepper steak and teriaki steak were both very nicely prepared -- very tender and did not taste as if first boiled. The place is large, very clean, staff friendly and overall a good experience.

Never again, not a larger selection of foods & what was out there was mediocre at best. Bathrooms were also super dirty. Blah. Are the warming trays actually working? I don't know because some things weren't hot unless they brought new items out, which was slow. I believe this is the previous owners, with a new name here, because the service still sucks and the food was wack! Never again.
