First off, the hostess was horrible. She was rude and very chaotic. A lot of motion but she was not very efficient. The table was clean and the chairs were not wiped off so there were leftovers from the previous guests. Two servers for the entire restaurant. Where was the manager? Who knows, we never seen anyone who resembled a manager. The food was good but the rest of the experience was below average.

Haven't they been known for the "extensive" salad bar for years? Why does it suck practically every time I go here (or any others for that matter)?! The ONLY time I go here is when I have the Buy One Get One Free coupons they send in the mail every month and eating with friends. Otherwise, it's a complete waste of money. Oh, and the coupon?? Up to $10 and you have to choose from the steak, rib, seafood, and one other category. Guess how many meals are $10 or less? One (chicken tenders). Most are in the $13 range, and that's for some (usually) dry chicken or tasteless tilapia. The quality and service here is completely hit or miss, and often the latter. My most recent meal was supposed to include baked potato with butter and sour cream but came with garlic mashed potatoes instead. They were good, but not what I ordered. Waitress seemed to not give a s*** about being at work, either. I never complain about food being too salty (hell, quite the opposite, actually) but the broccoli and potatoes tasted as if they had been soaked in 3 parts salt to one part water. Portabella chicken breast with some kind of cheese was actually good. Ruby Tuesday has gone downhill ever since they wanted to start catering to the $75k and up crowd. Obviously that's a thing of the past, but if you don't have quality food or staff, then what exactly are you aiming for?

After four days of having difficulty finding a decent restaurant, Ruby Tuesday was a pleasant surprise. The restaurant was clean. The staff were friendly and our waitress was accommodating. The salad bar was fresh with many good choices. I had the mini turkey burgers, my husband and daughter-in-law the mini burgers and my grand daughter had the pasta and veggies. Everyone enjoyed their meal.

After a long day of driving on our way to Florida, it was nice to see a Ruby Tuesday near the hotel we were staying at. I had the chicken noodle soup and the new Thai Spring Rolls appetizer. Both were very good and the Spring Roll sauce was great---- enough spice to get your attention, but not overpowering. My wife had the salad bar and the Thai Phoon shrimp appetizer and said the shrimp was delicious. Both of the appetizers made a pretty good dinner along with soup and salad. Jennif M did an excellent job of serving us. If you are in Athens TN you will enjoy this place.

Excellent service and a great Meal! I have been to this area many times and never tried Ruby Tuesdays. I had the smokey mountain chicken with grilled zucchini and fresh green beans, excellent! The salad bar had great choices to build your own salad! The garlic cheese rolls were very good but a little over cooked, but that didn't stop me from having seconds.

I had the chicken avacado sandwhich. Something they put on it has a kick. It was pretty good. Avacado could have been more ripe. Very filling. Terry had shrimp pasta. He said it was good as well. Large portion too. My only complaint was slow service. The restaurant wasnt all that busy. I noticed that last time we were here. But that was on a weekend evening and it was busier. All in all I think it was a good experience.

Food was good and our server was kind, but in 2 hours they couldn't produce their cheddar biscuits. Kept getting told they were being made....... finally are told by server that the kitchen staff was actually refusing to make them and there was nothing anyone could do about it. Strange...... Oh, and there were flies. 5-6 flies buzzing around.

Terrible. Don't waste your time. I called and placed a to go order, waited 10 minutes on the phone before placing the order. Was told 20 minutes, when I went in to pick it up the man explained to me that he couldn't hear what I ordered (lettuce wraps, on their menu) and that they didn't even have those so my order was never placed. But for some reason nothing was said on the phone 20 minutes ago and nobody called me back? I had a traveling toddler in the car and was told it would've been another 20 minutes to get any food at all.

Ruby Tuesday's used to be crappy, then they reorganized some stuff and it got better... I thought. This trip there will last me for the next five years or more. I got the salad bar and the salad was junk. The ranch dressing was so watery, it reminded me of the salads they served in my high school. :( Unimpressed and won't go back.

Great salads. I can't believe how good their Memphis dry rub ribs are.
