Best food since we've been in Nashville. Great service and Huge potion sizes I didn't like the bread to cornbready for me but the ranch is delicious appetizers delicious great wait staff bar is ok some drinks I think they forget the liquor but my bf was buzzed he could have been drinking vodka straight up saying thy forgot the liquor but he loved the drinks I loved the virgin drinks great experience

Only eaten here a few times but I have not been disappointed ever. The service has always been great, as well as the food. It is a bit of a different feel compared to the other comparable franchises, not sure how exactly, but it is, trust me! If you are looking for a great meal at a moderate price, why not check this place out? you shouldn't be disappointed, but please don't blame me if you are.

Solid place with good food and good service. The nacho appetizer is a must. If you hit them a peak hours, you will have to wait but then it is Nashville and every decent place to eat is going to have a wait at 7 pm on Saturday night.

Me and my wife went here for lunch today. The hostess was walking around just talking to folk and no one showed any sense of urgency. The only person who did a good job was our server Andrew. He was nice and very attentive. He did mess up on our order but he did admit his mistake and most impressive to me he made it right. I would only come back here if other servers were like him cause the other staff were down right rude and kept on standing around playing cutting up and joking while people had to wait 30 mins just to get seated at 3pm in the afternoon

The waitress we had Ashley did a great job But the kitchen staff is the worst waited hour and a half for them to send me a steak that u couldn't eat burnt as hell Potato soup more like potato broth I will not go back to the one in hickory hollow Antioch Tennessee management sucked didn't even come to table after I had them just take steak off ticket to waitress

Ok, O'Charley's is my favorite restaurant just because of the rolls they serve. I love them so much that I can put up with bad service, long wait time or expensive food in any O'Charley's restaurant. This particular restaurant is located in Antioch, so be ready to see bunch of loud black people, especially on weekends. It's also pretty full during these days. They also have TVs, where you can watch your favorite game play. Food wise they are pretty good. I eat steaks in here every now and then and they are tasty. For the price you pay you get a good steak. Of course, it's not LongHorn, but still pretty decent. The drinks are good too. Bloody Mary and Margarita are the ones we tasted and they didn't let us down.

Got the pecan waffle breakfast, overall it was pretty good, only thing I didn't like is it was lukewarm with too much butter, but I would order again, just light on the butter.

Awful service, rude wait staff, careless managers. My family of 4 went on a Saturday night at 7pm. There were still plenty of open tables and servers standing around. I am embarrassed for this whole establishment. Do not waste your time or Money!!

Okay, I remember WHY I haven't been here for awhile... First of all, the interior feels damp and smells musty...not sure if it is from water damage or what, but it wasn't appealing. Second the dining area is darkish and not appealing... but that is NOT why I chose the restaurant, I chose it for convinence of the location...and after getting my food, I wish I had been a little more picky... Tony ordered the Shrimp Scampi Pasta...the actual plate looked NOTHING like the photo..but they rarely do...but this one was so off, we had to ask to make sure it was the correct dish...and he got his usual BEER... I ordered the appetizer platter with chicken strips, loaded potato wedges and fried cheese wedges instead of sticks...with the trio dipping sauce. It was good but a little too deep fried, a little dark like it was in there too long or old grease.. I will definitely not go back for awhile, there are too many restaurants in Nashville area to be MEH !!! I want to go to places that when they bring me a check for over $30 that I can say "It was worth every penny" or "I can't wait to eat that again"...none of that happened...sorry!!! but again this is my personal opinion and experience..so don't base your decisions on me!!! Go, enjoy and form your own opinion. My waitress was Julie and she was a doll!!!

Ordered curbside for my spouse and I. When we arrived they were very busy. After a short wait we received hot food with the order exactly how I ordered it. The food had great color and a wonderful taste. Oh, I have to mention, nice size potions for your money. Great service!!

Didn't take long to figure out why the parking lot had so many empty spaces. If there are 4 people at the table, how many rolls should you bring? Apparently 3.

So let's see where to start, my son called ahead to say there was a party of 8 and we would be there in 15 min.now mind you this was at 2o'clock not a busy time of the day. We arrived hostess said here's two tables for you we will split you up. Now let me tell you there was a ton of empty tables they could put together. So we had to wait 15 minutes to be seated in the bar area. Once again plenty of tables in the dining room. Next it took 5 min before anyone came over to greet us. Drinks were served my husband ordered an ice tea they said it was brewing, guess when he got his tea , when his dinner arrived 30 min. Later. It just kept going down hill from there, guess when rolls finally showed up 5 min. After dinner was served. Cesar salad drenched in dressing,salads were just soggy old lettuce. The only saving grace was the entrees were ok,but really we came in 2:15 we started eating at 3:30. Justin the server was ok nothing he could do but even he didn't seem to really understand that we were there for over two hours. O'Charlys please come in here and clean house train these people or get rid of them. This was ridiculous and should not happen.

I worked at the O years ago and I must say it has went down from my years there. I live near this Bell rd. location my roommate and I decided to go eat there and the place was pretty empty. I was fine with where they seated us until this birthday party got set up in the two big booths behind us. We moved because of how loud they were. Our server ended up with them so we got neglected and lucky for us the server next to her basically waited on us. I'm a server so usually very understanding. Manager was nowhere to be seen and for how slow they were there is no reason our food should have taken 30 min. I had pecan crusted chicken salad and he had bacon burger. Food was good. Slow service . I do have good experience with curb side here so from now on just stick with that.

I walk in with my party of 3 and immediately see more than 4 dirty tables upon being told there will be a 15 minute wait, by all 3 employees standing at the front door. We decide to sit in the bar area instead of waiting and good thing because 15 minutes go by and the tables are still not cleared. Very slow service probably won't return.

Me and my wife just had the worst restaurant service ever! Our server sucked ballzzz!!! It took an hour for a drink refill...a refill!!...geezzz! Word of advice, if you get this server, lets call her "Jennifer R" remember to BYOS (bring your own soda) because it will take her forever to get your drink. LOL...The only silver lining is that the wife complained about the service and we got FREE coupons! Wooohooo!!! Would not recommend this O'Charley's

I don't know about previous experiences, but O'Charley's just renovated and they look great. I took my family here last month, and though there was a misunderstanding of the order, the cook personally came out and had it replaced with what my family member wanted. I have seen other companies that would have written off the fact that someone botched an order and had it canceled, but to make sure a customer is even given a free order is more than exceptional. If that sort of respect is being run at an establishment, I'd recommend going here, and I've liked the other times going as well!

Went back into o'charley's was told they closed at 8pm their was about 20 cars trucks in the parking lot I didn't pay him no attention since it was 815 pm he said look pal I'm serious we are closed I ended going across the street to mcdonalds as of 9 30pm their are still about 10 cars in the parking lot..I was their earlier and had no problems this restaurant..but since I don't like to argue with people I decided just to post here instead

I called in a order for a Carmel pie at the Hickory Hollow O'Charley's at 8:30 pm. When I called to place my order, the young lady I spoke with had an attitude as if she did not want to be at work. I arrived to pick up the pie, I pulled in the "O'Charley's To Go" parking. I waited for thirty minutes and called in for the same young lady to say "it's policy, we can't bring orders out to the car after a certain time.You can come in and get your order." I said what time is that? She said "9:00 pm". The to go parking is strategically located in the front of the building so the to go person is able to see the car that pulls up.

I have been to O'Charley's at the airport and loved their food and service. Not so much for this one. I went with a girlfriend for ladies night out and we sat at the bar. The bartendar acted like she did not want to serve us. Okay I will spend my money somewhere else next time. Don't bartendars work for tips? Certainly not this one.

It seems that finding adequate staffing has become a challenge for this location and the service has suffered a bit because of it. Our family of 4 waited nearly 30 minutes (because free pie! Lol) to be seated at a table. Upon entering the restaurant, we noticed that more than half of the tables had no one sitting at them with entire sections closed for service. There couldn't have been more than 3 servers scrambling to take care of what tables were open. I appreciate the management for not completely overworking the servers that did show up for their shifts that night, but it would've been nice for the hostess to be honest up-front about the lack of staff. To beat it all, they were out of my first three picks of pie, although the pie I ended up settling for turned out to be ok. So all was not lost, ha ha. I'm still giving a 4star rating because this was the first lackluster experience I've had here, and I speculate that the challenge to keep good waitstaff results from the poor tipping culture in the area.

The past 3 months i've had trouble placing call in orders at this location. Even on a weeknight it's hard to get curbside to answer and i've been put on hold multiple times in a single call. The most recent time the girl who answerd gave me attitude when i couldn't hear her ask me for my order. I'll never call or go here again and would rather drive the extra mile to the Brentwood location.

This is definitely not the O'Charley's of years past. Growing up I remember O'Charley's as being one of my favorite places to dine, for a chain restaurant. Then, for several years they really started to become lack luster. On a whim, I decided to pop in one day and boy was I surprise. The food was actually quite tasty and the service was amazing! If you haven't tried them in a while, now would be a great time to do so! Oh and the Brentwood location is my favorite location.

It was terrible!!! There was about a quarter cup of water in my salad in addition to the dressing. Don't think I'll be coming back ever again. The customer service was ok.

When I first moved to town--ended up eating several meals at this location---The staff where always friendly and hilarious. There are armed security guards at this location so I am not sure what that was about----don't let that frighten you. The buns are marvelous and probably how they came up with the name because they are almost orgasmic and you will be saying OH- CHARLEY......the steaks aren't half bad either...it's all about the beef and buns here...
