Look it's not that I don't like Starbucks its that I don't like paying 5 dollars for a cup of coffee. The coffee at Dunkin Doughnuts comes at a better price and as of late actually tastes better.

Upon walking up to the counter the lady was very friendly and welcoming. I picked out the reduced fat berry coffe cake w/ lemon crumble...very good!!! Moist and so good. Their banana bread and cappuccino is also very good. Always a pleasure doing business with them. Will return. Especially when Im flying out.

Our flight was delayed so to kill time we decided to treat ourselves to Starbucks. One worker was unloading items from a pallet into the kitchen and a young brunette behind the counter was available to help us. She had just helped another customer and although he was still gathering his change, she gave us that 'well, aren't you going to order' look. We ordered over the man and finally walked up as I decided what I wanted. I had heard so much about the matcha green tea that Starbucks had just rolled out. I asked about it, she looked at me puzzled and then glanced over at the pallet un-loader who confirmed that they did have that item. She charged us, collected our money and then went ahead to make our items. The pallet-unloader walked by and our cashier asked her another question about the matcha green tea. The pallet un-loader looked over at me and asked 'did you want a latte?' I said yes. I was dumbfounded. What had this lady charged me for? What would she have made me had pallet un-loader not been there? She finished up and handed us our items. I took a sip. It was SO GOOD. I let my boyfriend have a sip and he was impressed. I took two more sips and looked down. We were not even ten feet from Starbucks and the matcha green tea was gone. The cup was filled to the brim with ice. I'd be impressed if I could gulp down Starbucks in a few sips but this clearly wasn't the case. I went back and told the cashier that I didn't think my drink was made correctly. She gave an excuse about how she accidentally dumped most of the ice out and proceeded to make me another one. I was happy that they wanted to take care of me, afterall, there is a sign that promises to make it right if you are unhappy with your drink. It didn't taste the same as the previous drink -it was way overpowering. There was way less ice, which is good, and they did take care of me, which is another plus. But giving this specific location 5 stars is out of the question. The staff is un-trained and un-supervised at that.

Starbucks. Airport. But no need to be rude and surly to your customers. Same staff, week after week. No greeting, no smile. Just "what do you want." Obviously - NO TIP.

It's a Starbucks. It's at an airport (Knoxville, TN). I was able to get a trenta unsweetened iced green tea reasonably quickly after my flight, and juice up my phone in the process (MANY outlets - very important). This is not an ideal place to camp out, but hey, you're at an airport - go sit by your gate.

Needed my coffee fix in the am, especially to gear up for my long flight. 4 stars because I wanted to use my starbucks app on my phone and even though they do not have a scanner, they were able to take my information and have me pay for my coffee through my app. Very nice of her, even when I offered to pay by a different method of payment. This place is definitley the most popular as everyone needs their caffeine fix!

It's hard to distinguish one airport Starbucks from another. Comfortingly, this one did nothing to distinguish itself. The service was forgettable, so it probably was fine. Starbucks is better than NO COFFEE.
