Three years ago, I swore I would never go back to this place. It was that bad! Today I was in the neighborhood... This place WINS!!! This is the dirtiest Chili's I have ever been in. EVER! I go to a lot of Chili's. Check my Yelp... The entire place needs a deep cleaning. I sat down at the only clean spot at the bar and of course it was the cleanest dirty spot. So I got up and went to the bathroon figuring the bartender would clean the bar by the time I returned. I enter the bathroom to see an employee in the handicapped stall texting. There are paper towels all over the floor. I use the other stall, because I have stage fright, and look down and someone has peed all over the toilet seat. Nasty! There is toilet paper all on the floor in this stall. I finish and go to wash my hands and the employee is now blocking the sinks, texting. Texting? His sorry butt should be cleaning. I go back to the bar and the bartender has still not wiped the bar. Even the bar rail was funky. So a manager approaches and asks my name and attempts to shake my hand. WTF? I see haw nasty his restaurant is, there is no way I am shaking his hand. He did actually notice how dirty the bar was and wiped it down. I probably should have packed up and gone somewhere else, but I was in the mood for Chili's. My food was OK. This place needs to get their act together and clean up. There is no excuse. They weren't busy and there was plenty of staff wandering around. I won't be going back. Next time I try Cheddar's.

Been to this Chili's a dozen times or more. Poor experience today. Sent salsa back because it had the consistency of V8 juice. Server said people have been complaining about it for a week or more. Queso was warm (not hot) but served in cold skillet, so it cooled very rapidly. Chicken tacos had dry chicken. Bun on Smokehouse Burger was stale. We will return, but I really hope this is not a sign of things to come, because if it is we'll only return once.

My boyfriend and I went here for dinner one night. They actually forgot one of our orders! haha The waitress felt so bad she brought us out a free dessert, so I couldn't be too mad at her. She was so apologetic. Anyway, the food was good, pretty much what I expected from previous visits, and this location is clean.

Probably the worst food I've had at a chili's. I've tried this particular one a few time and have been disappointed every time. I can only imagine its due to poor management. Service is always lacking and the only thing that keeps me coming is the two for ones!

It being "prom" night for several High schools, our party of 10 was seated within about 15 minutes. We were not of the prom crowd but enjoyed seeing the young'ins coming in. After being seated our drink order was quickly taken. Food was typical of Chili's. Our bill was rather pricey, $57 for 3 adults and a child. The atmosphere was darker than we like due to several blown lights above our tables and throughout the dining area. Other than that, the experience was satisfactory.

I will not be going back. I have eaten here a few times with friends and family. The first few times were pretty good, the last time made me decide never to go back. The customer service is horrible. Wether it's busy or the place is empty, they are extremely slow. The food is just meh. I ordered potato skins as an appetizer. They were all different sizes, greasy, and tasted awful. The waiter put the plate down on the table, then pulled his hand back. His hand was covered in cheese and grease. I also ordered a chicken sandwich with mashed potatoes. The honey mustard did not taste like honey mustard, it was bitter and just didn't seem right. I did not eat more than a bite of the mashed potatoes, they tasted awful and were under seasoned. I would avoid this place.

It gets 4 stars because it's what'd you expect from Chili's. Service was okay. Our seating area was clean except my Mom's menu was dirty. My Mom and I were happy with our food choices. Whenever I go to Chili's I order the quesadillas. They always have the perfect crunch for me probably because they're soaked in butter? We also had the cinnamon molten cake which was pretty tasty. My only complaint is you're charged a 0.99 cent table entertainment fee for these cheap devices they have sitting at the table. They don't tell you anywhere there is this charge until the bill comes. Even though it's only a dollar, I could do without it.

Party of 11 went in for snacks and drinks at 9:45pm. No one greeted us at door for over 5 minutes so we sat ourselves on to community tables in bar area. Waited until 10:05 and still no one said hello. Restaurant closes at 10:00. 3 families with 5 kids and they pretended we were not there. If you want to close at 9:45 just say so because if you say 10:00 then meant it. Embarrassing service!

What can I say? Meh! We get there and notice that the bar area is pretty full, but there are several tables open. The hostess said it would be 20 minutes. Really? Why? I am a firm believer that any restaurant which has a lack of servers should leave open tables in the BACK, not near the front by the door. About 5 minutes after we started waiting, she said she could seat us. Instead of taking the silverware and walking us to the table, she merely pointed to the table and said, "You can sit at that table." Ok.... that was weird....and rude. Our waitress came and it just got weirder. She introduces herself, tells us she will be taking care of us, and then makes a comment about the game score. She kneels down and pulls out her phone to pull up info on the game. REALLY?!?!?! She talks about the game score and then puts her phone back after she couldn't get a signal. Then she reintroduces herself again and tells us she's going to be taking care of us. She takes our drink order, water and water with lemon, and forgets the lemon. She even wrote the order down. She then came back to take our order. This whole time she was hyper-happy. Kinda like Barney-happy. The fake kind of happy. Our order came out ok; which was a surprise after all the weird stuff that happened earlier. I wasn't impressed with the service from the beginning. The service can make or break a company, especially a restaurant. For the times we go through Maryville and eat there, I'll go somewhere else.

Mrs. M, the M daughters and I visited this Chili's location tonight. I'll say first we all like Chili's. I'll say next the food was properly cooked and tasted good. For all of that, the service at this joint just seems to be third rate at best. The place was not busy yet we waited and waited to have our order taken. Though our food was served promptly drink refills were but a dream and we had stop the waiter and ask twice to get a check. Very disappointing!
