Traditional wings were delicious. Alexis our server was good. What impressed me the not was the mgr Michele G. She did a great job helping her staff. I never saw her sit idle...was expediting food, refilling drinks and making sure the guests were doing good. Great Job

I'm a glutten for punishment I guess...This place is hit or miss. Mostly miss. Today its the playoffs.Cowboys vs. The Fudgepackers...They have a sawed-off, illegal alien, runt, with a mon-chi-chi haircut tending the bar. Without a doubt, the stupidest dumbass, non-bartending, dipshit I have ever had the displeasure of being served by. Arrogant little midget beaner. Go back to messyco. What ever happend to hot chick's tending the bar? Even if they suck at bartending, at least there's some decent scenery to look at behind the bar...I give this place an 'D-'...Needs Improvement.

Average Buffalo Wild Wings, good wings, done correctly! Did not have a few of the beers that the menu said they had. Service is moderate, at best

It's hit or miss. Usually when I eat inside the food is good but it takes a while to get your food/ticked. Tonight I just waited 40 minutes on a go order so I asked about it and of course it was fresh and ready but that wasn't the case it was cold so I brought it back in and told them about it they said they were going to remake it but I know they microwaved it because my food was ready again in less then 5 minutes, warm but soggy wings. Their takeout quality label that was supposed to be filled out and initialed was blank and used more for a piece of tape for a receipt and a flyer.

I have been to many Buffalo Wild Wings across the country and this was by far the best... I know people are saying that the service was bad... but i had a great server...HER NAME: Samantha R. She checked on my table enough but not to much... my mother and i asked for like 25 different things every time she came to our table.. she filled our every request and FAST... The wings were GREAT the burger wonderful and the mozzarella sticks beautiful... The overall experience was awesome and the food was great.. But our Waitress EVEN BETTER... I left her a 25 dollar tip... Next time you go ask for Samantha R. To be your waitress...

Buffalo Wild Wings franchises are generally consistent, this one is not.. Poorly managed, pure and simple. Four projectors on a Saturday night for college football typically. Well: one projector was off, lens was clearly dirty, one was clearly not level, and one of the four was fine. Frustrating with bartenders lack of ability with making drinks. Place seems to go to hell in a hand basket anytime there is any semblance of a crowd, which at bww, is pretty common.

My first visit to BWW. We tried to call in an order for take-out and after many rings were put on hold long enough that we ended up driving to their location while still on hold. They picked up the call just as we arrived so I told them 'never mind' and I would stop there in person to place the order. After waiting at the bar for several minutes while the very busy bartender fulfilled drink orders I approached a waiter for help. The bartender then broke free to take my order then said to stop back in 5-10 minutes to pick it up. The order was ready when we returned but when we got home found the non-spicy boneless wings we ordered for our toddler-age grandson were made with one of the hottest of the hot wing seasonings - so he was out of luck. The order also didn't include the bleu cheese dressing we ordered with the wings and was listed on the receipt. The takeout bag had a "Takeout Quality" checklist stapled to it that we noticed was blank - obviously not checked. In defense of this franchise I noticed on my way out a different door that there is a take-out order desk where I probably should have stopped to place and pick up my order. I wouldn't have minded the barkeep sending me there if he was too busy to correctly fill my order. My advice to the barkeep: train & delegate, train & delegate... The wings were good, even though we didn't get the boneless wings the way we ordered them. The fries were also good.
