Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

Best buffet I've ever had by far. The curry rice noodles are fabulous. The Kung Pow chicken is nice and spicy but not to hot. Service is good too. I don't think you can go wrong here.

Excellent service and lots of food, all of it warm and salty. Just what you'd hope for in a chinese buffet.

I have tried this place a few times, to give it a fair review. It sucks. People around here claimed it to be good - well maybe it is if Arby's is considered good by those who recommended this place. Food is typical buffet slop full of grease and sugar. Food is often lukewarm and often items are unavailable. Bottom line: Spearfish does not do Chinese well.

Staying at a holtel and ordered delivery on a cold night (roads a little slick) said was going to take a half hour, had my food in 15. Everything was made fresh vegetables. Perfect hand made egg rolls. Cant say enough good things. The delivery man was very friendly and had the foresight to bring plates and silverware. Would order from here again anytime.

Drove through sleepy Spearfish, South Dakota in May, on way from Mt. Rushmore and on to Yellowstone. We were surprised to find a Chinese buffet here right along the main street through town (named appropriately "Main Street - clever!). We got there near three p.m. If there was ever any lunch rush, it was long gone. The place was empty. And we were waited on with such care and attentiveness! As we sampled the buffet, the employees called to the kitchen staff to replenish some of the items we'd picked up from a few near-empty steam trays and made sure anything we'd wanted, we got. I don't think they were expecting any more business until the dinner crowd. (If there ever is a crowd in Spearfish, outside of the Sturgis Rally - a few months away!) Food was good, nice selection, very reasonable price for the buffet, and service was excellent - like I said, it doesn't get any better when you're at a buffet and treated to individual service! (This underscores to me how different restaurant service is outside of Los Angeles and that I need to leave LA more, if not permanently!) Anyway: the food was very good, yes, but the service is what earned Imperial China Buffet five stars from me.
