    I think everyone knows what Dairy Queen is like.. good ol' soft serve icecream, awesome icecream cake, and more. This particular Queen had the most toppings (including limited edition ones that others no longer have) and were faster than the one in my hometown that has twice the staff. Quick and friendly with a relaxing little lounge area in their expanded building, can't go wrong here.

    Does this store even care about it's staff and customers? Staff and mgmt are horribly immature and treat customers and each other like crap. Like children. And the store manager seems to have no idea on how to deal with it. Turnover there is extraordinarily high as well which adds to the problems. This is one of those stores where the bottom dollar is what seems to matter. I have been going there for years and it's really went to crap. I was called a worthless piece of crap by a manager to another manager recently. (I was there with my 5 yr old son.) I had said nothing and did nothing to warrant that and at no point had I even made contact with that employee. Nor do I talk to them at DQ or outside of it. I complained to corporate. Over a week later I got a call back from the store owner with no apology and no real interest in fixing the problem beyond 'the necessary steps being taken' with no explanation what that even meant. Is that how you treat customers? Is that what their customer service is all about? Punish the customer and reward the employee? And don't worry, that manager that said that about me is still there as a manager and that was not the only incident with her. Pretty sure no matter what she says or does it will take an act of god to either demote her, fire her, or even get them to change her behavior. Which means they either don't care about it or encourage it. She's a liability to the store and they don't seem to care. So be prepared for a mixed bag of customer service there as well. I will never walk into that business again, nor would I recommend it until that manager is gone and the staff and mgmt team are properly trained. It's obvious the store owner has no clue on how to treat his employees or customers let alone deal with the problems and complaints. And let alone how to properly train them. And if there is someone else doing the training then they really should be demoted or fired as they are doing a horrible job. On top of this because of a horribly immature and poorly trained staff food orders are a mixed bag. So make sure you get everything you ordered and that it was done properly before you leave or eat it. And don't be afraid to call corporate to complain if need be. Their number is directly on the DQ website. After a prompt or so you get a live person almost right away and your case is put on file for later use if need be. Utilize it!
