My wife, sister and I decided to come here on a Sunday. We each got a burger and the sidewinder fries and all three of them were incredible. My burger had the char taste that is so hard to replicate outside of home, the sidewinder fries are twisted fries that have a mashed potato type interior and deep fried perfectly. Service was quick and efficient, my drink stayed full and the food was incredible. I will be back here for sure. Great job Pourhouse, this place rocks. EDIT: They have also had 90s and today's music and the accompanying videos on the TV's that we really really enjoyed. Had a great time, perfect spot to meet with friends, have a burger and relax. I will be checking out an NFL game on here on a Sunday.

I expected a better dining experience for our first time. We were greeted at the door and seated fast at 5pm. The atmosphere was attractive and nicely decorated. First turn off was the greasy hand prints on the booth seats. It take little time to clean the booth while cleaning the table. The drink menu is difficult to read. Some of the print and colors of the drink menu were not appealing to the eye. Our waitress was very nice and prompt. We ordered the buffalo chicken dip and shared a Philly sandwich and fries. I also ordered a salad and it didn't come out before or with our meal. So, it got eaten last. The waitress did comp us the salad. Overall the food was good but there were annoying flies in the dining area. It Is kid friendly place, so if you are looking for a place without screaming kids and high noise of conversation, don't go here. We couldn't enjoy the small screen tv's and had screaming toddler in the booth behind us. Last thing to note, the hostess were not very sociable and excited about there jobs as a hostess. Funny, I noticed this only because we sat close to the door. They barely noticed us leaving. Disappointed but I always make a second visit before I cross a bar off my list of favorite places. I will return. Possibly later in the Eve or for lunch.

I ordered the Johnny Appleseed apple cider on tap. My drink was served quickly & was nice cold & tasty ($4.50. - gray price). We started our meal with sliced fried pickles with ranch. The were very hot & a little too salty. I managed to "chock" then down, devour is more like it. Our waitress was very attentive & friendly. I ordered the flat iron steak and the loaded garlic mashed potatoes. My steak was definitely undercooked to my medium rare request but It still had a tender texture. My potatoes came out like warm. I told our server & she quickly came out with another piping hot order. Kudos for her service! The Hub got the Chislic with the potato too. His Chislic size was very disappointing. We both thought he would get chunks of steak not small nugget size pieces. His potatoes came out Luke warm as well but he ate his anyway. Great service, mixed review on food but decent price.

Me and my daughter got lunch here today. I had the bourbon steak tips n my daughter had the Chislic steak tips basket. Awesome food. Will definitely eat here again when I come back to visit.

Food: My friend and I came here pretty hungry and thirsty after running the Sioux Falls Marathon. The beer list was a little lacking unless you're looking to drink the cheap stuff. I started with a tall Tallgrass Ethos IPA. Since it was happy hour, it was a 22oz pour for only $3.50. For my meal, I ordered the Gouda bacon cheeseburger. It was a pretty big satisfying burger. The burger came with some very thin potato wedges. I finished it off with a tall Alaskan Freeride APA. Service: Service was good. I was seated right away and the wait staff was all pretty friendly. Our waitress even went out of her way to check to see what was actually on tap since the beer menu was a little outdated. Location: It's a spacious pub/restaurant with lots of televisions. That was pretty nice since there were several NFL games on. They also have some pinball machines if that's your thing.

This place was just okay looks like it could have potential. Our flatbread was pretty good but not incredible. The host sat us at a table and we waited a couple minutes, then he came back and asked if he could re-seat us because there wasn't a server in our section. Really not a big deal and we moved. I ordered a margarita on the rocks and it came blended. My friend's Bloody Mary was amazing, however. They remade my drink but by the time it came, our flatbread was already on the table. I wasn't offered water during the meantime, and the server never stopped back to check how the food was until we were ready for the check. Overall I'd say good food and poor service. None of the servers even look friendly or happy.

I'm so glad that Pourhouse has finally opened. Living out in the northwestern corner of Sioux Falls leaves very few options for nearby dining. They have a great menu including burgers, sandwiches, salads, and even gourmet Mac & Cheese. And their beer selection is great too. The atmosphere is relaxed with plenty of tables for dining and a bar if you just want to sample their drink selections. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only suggestion, and this goes for pretty much every restaurant in Sioux Falls, is to have a few vegan friendly options. I enjoyed a Bacon, Lettuce, Avocado, Tomato sandwich without the bacon, but even that came with two kinds of cheese on it. But they were happy to make it to order and I could have requested it without cheese. I know I'll be back!

My boyfriend and I visited for lunch recently on a Sunday. From the outside, the place looks like nothing special. When we drove up we were both unsure from the outside. The inside is a different story!! Loved the feel of this place. We started with a few Bloody Mary's and they were excellent. My boyfriend had the Bacon Bloody Mary and I had the Regular. So good we might've had two. :) We ordered the friend pickles for an appetizer and they were excellent! Delicious batter on the outside and they went great with the ranch dressing that came with. I ordered Beer Cheese Soup and a salad for my meal. The soup was the only thing that day that didn't really impress me. It was ok but I have had a lot better. My boyfriend had a steak and said it was one of the best he has ever had. Our waitress was friendly and made us feel welcome. Loved the decor. Thoroughly enjoyed our experience and we will be back!

I have eaten here once and only had an appetizer, but it was incredible! So far - so good!!

Good happy hour drink prices but below average food. I had the shrimp stir fry. It was soggy boil in the bag rice with a frozen vegetable medley that was also soggy and over cooked. I prefer a stir fry that has touched a wok with crispy fresh vegetables. That's what I get for trying to eat healthy in a bar.

Absolutely AWESOME food and service! Great atmosphere. Hubby and I go bout once a week. Killer fries and onion rings! GREAT BURGERS!!!!!! Never disappointed!!!!

The food and drinks are very reasonably priced. We ordered multiple appetizers that were incredible! The nachos, deep fried pickles, and steak bites are a top recommendation. The atmosphere is perfect. Service was attentive and top notch! Would highly recommend!

Very bad service. Kayla brought me the wrong size beer. I ordered a short and she brought a tall. Still got charged for the tall. She also charged us for an extra item we never ordered. The guy who brought food didn't know who's was who's. Also when I asked what was on tap she just pointed to the menu...excise me for wanting a recommendation. The food was ok. Kinda pricey for what it is, but hey inflation! I think I'll pass on this in the future.

I almost always expect my 1st time at a restaurant to be mediocre...it is usually understandable as they are trying to work out the kinks. But.....The Pourhouse hit the Trifecta! 1) Good Service 2) Good Food 3) Good Prices I have been to most of the restaurants in Sioux Falls and very few hit 1 of the 3. I had the 4 pepper philly and my GF had the jambalaya. Both our meals were excellent and a very large portion of food. We were there during happy hour and a domestic beer was only $2. My GF is allergic to eggs and our waitress exchanged her house salad with no questions asked. She was very attentive and got our bill right the 1st time. It is great having an option like the Pourhouse and I am excited for my next visit so I can try something new. Keep up the good work.

We came on a Friday night at 7:00 and were seated outside immediately. My starter salad (Caesar) was super good with fresh and very crisp romaine. My husband I shared the pork osso buco entree with the tangy gold sauce and their amazing battered fries. (The meal also came with a lackluster garlic breadstick, but no matter.) The bone-in pork was divine; very tender and flavorful. The portion is huge and we took home substantial leftovers. For dessert we split the malted chocolate caramel pie, which I could've married. Service was excellent; she kept the drinks coming and even allowed us to move inside to a table when it started getting a little too chilly outdoors. We definitely enjoyed our experience and plan to return!

It was very good the service was good atmosphere was good it was all just really good The one thing that I could say about it is it needs more beers on tap!!!!!!

We arrived in town late. Checked Yelp from the hotel. We were disappointed with the lack of options. This place had only 2 reviews, but we gave it a chance....it was awesome!! Take in mind I was with my twelve year old daughter..the atmosphere was great and so was the service. My daughter kept commenting on how great everything was. She is very picky!! I wish this was my neighborhood place!!!

Back in again and food was excellent as always. Also Jeremy redeemed things for the wait staff. He was very attentive server.

I heard great things about this place. It was a disappointment. More so I attempted to discuss with the GM, as least that is what he said he was, however if so, he really needs to be more concerned about the customers perception rather than defending his restaurant. I was seated immediately after a warm welcome, however I sat at my table for 20 minutes before the server (jasmine) finally came to see if I wanted anything. Once there she did not know what beers were on Tap and kept looking at the bar to read me the pulls, I could have done that. When asked what she recommended the response was "Everything is good", so I stuck with a burger...I was impressed with the variety of burgers, food was good, however not for the price. Service never got better, manager didn't come by the table, nor was anywhere in sight. It wasn't until I asked for a business card that someone said he was the manager. Note: it wasn't busy during my visit.
