Broccoli stewed in water until mushy. Lobster over cooked. Tilapia was edible, almost good. Baked potato slightly brown from being kept warm too long. Rolls maybe one day too dry. Tea from mix? This is a very busy place because of its location. Someone in management from the district office needs to examine how many meals are cancelled by patrons as too bad to eat. Also, how many are comped as an apology. Major retraining of cooks and fast casual food prep. Staff was friendly, helpful. Food is the problem. Cleanliness also needs work. Maybe the turns are making them so profitable Ruby Tuesday sees just the gold. However, I have been to some that are pretty good. This one needs help.

Wish I had read the reviews before stopping at this Ruby Tuesday. Of all the restaurants at this I-95 exit, this was "the best" of the bunch. Mistake - Not! I ordered the Shrimp Fondue. The "unlimited" Tortilla chips - picture attached - were way over cooked. My glass of water did not come with a straw. My Bacardi and Coke had the lime I ordered - not sure of the rum content, though. My twins had the corn dog and hamburger kids meal. My son said the food was "good" while my daughter refused to eat stating the food was "disgusting." Wife had the chicken quesadilla. She complained that it was too spicy. Side order of sour cream helped. That was after the 8 oz. Cabernet house wine. Server was Anna. If that makes any difference. /s/ William E Lewis Jr. , Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

1 star. Our waitress was sweet but we found a lg piece of plastic in our rolls that I pointed out, then when hitting the salad bar there were flies all over the lettuce and utensils. Would not recommend.

Horrible service! Rude to us! Awful food that tastes OLD! Would not recommend....we went here to meet between states to meet up and they really were slow as we were the first family there....rude comments as we left (we had 6 kids with us) never will return!

In a land of Chik-Fil-A, Shoneys, Cracker Barrel and Waffle House something like Ruby Tuesday in theory should come through like a shining beacon of better food and not slouch towards the informal or truck stop-ish environment of everything else around but........ We roll in on Saturday around seven and are seated no problem. Our server seems with it and our drink/app orders are taken right away. After a few minutes she comes back to say that spinach artichoke dip is not available since they forgot to thaw enough of it so we could either wait around 30 minutes for it to thaw or order something else. We obviously weren't waiting so we tried the spring rolls and that was a mistake as they were very, very dry, burnt and flavorless. Two people in our group got the garden bar which they pronounced as good although both commented that the area had not been cleaned in a while as there was lettuce, shredded cheese and dressing splattered all around. Entrees of a kids burger, kids grilled cheese, broccolli cheddar soup and a turkey burger were pedestrian and it annoys me to no end the portion control that RT practices as a chain by not offering you a bottle of ketchup for fries. Instead you get these stupid little shot glass sizes cups of ketchup and if you need more ketchup they give you another shot glass cup of ketchup as opposed to just giving you the damn bottle like anywhere else would. D-U-M-B Plates were removed and refills were brought efficiently enough but even still the food quality was less than ideal and at the core this place is no more than a dimly lit truck stop diner with square plates. Yuck.

There was only two other occupied tables in the restaurant, so I thought that we'd get pretty fast service.....that was my first mistake. I can forgive poor service if the food is good, or mediocre food if there's great service, but work with me, you have to have at least one or the other. I'm usually easy going and try to avoid confrontations, however I couldn't help myself at the end of our meal when I told our server that we were in a hurry and needed to get the check asap. I didn't see him again for a half an hour...A HALF AN HOUR! I ended up finding him in the back talking to someone, so I went and complained to a manager. I thought they'd give me a break on the bill or something, but my aggravation wasn't worth anything to them.

Passing through on our way to Florida. Incredibly fast, thorough, and not pushy service. Our server took our order quick, gave many options without pressure. While we were eating our salad from the salad bar, the entrees came out. Fantastic. I would've taken a picture but before I realized it, I had inhaled what I ordered. Pleasantly surprised with this place. In and out within 45 minutes, with to-go drinks. You would think they had borrowed their staff from signature dining from Disney world. Clean bathrooms.

The worst Ruby Tuesday's ever!!! I was so happy to see a Ruby Tuesday's among all the surrounding junk food joints. After a 600mile travel day we were ready for a drink and a guaranteed to be wonderful Ruby T's meal. No point in getting on Yelp for a review of my tried and true favorite quick meal chain. Our waiter was fine. Our drinks came out of a bottle...no prob there either. We were seated at a booth next to the hostess station. Not only did the tabletop rock, my bench seat rocked too. Nothing that could be fixed with a coaster. After we order drinks my husband was glued to the football game as I gazed around the filthiest Ruby T's on Earth! Gross! Crap splattered all over our booth. The menus were sticky too. I was too hungry and tired to leave. I went to the salad bar before deciding and every review here is correct. Nasty! I ordered grilled chicken salad for a change. (I usually get a Bison burger). The chicken was almost frozen and completely tasteless. The salad part was a bed of iceberg lettuce that was also over chilled. The balsamic was pure goop and I'm guessing full of cornstarch. ALL TERRIBLE. So, all of you have a great excuse to choose true fast food at this exit and skip the worst Ruby's ever.

Typical Ruby Tuesdays. Salad bar was replenished regularly and veggies were fresh...which is my main concern since that's what I order. Child's chicken fingers looked great. Egg rolls looked yummy but too spicy for me. They packed us all in one section of the restaurant so it was noisy and irritating. They could have spread us around. The couple next to us checked voice mail on speaker phone. Made for unpleasant environment. The place was empty other than the front right section.

We ate here when passing through Walterboro, SC. The service was fine, the food was good, and the drink choices were good as well. The $5 margos were definitely a good deal. I would definitely eat here again if I found myself in Walterboro.

If you are traveling north on I95 be aware you can not see the restaurant when you exit the ramp. The restaurant is in front of the Best Western and they do mot have a sign under the Best Western sign, nor do they have directional signs at the mouth of the driveway. The driveway dips down and therefore the location is lower than the road frontage and is hidden behind the trees. Restaurant was moderately busy for a late mid week lunch time. Food was presented favorable and the server was pleasant and polite. Enjoyed the petite sirloin with rice and steamed broccoli. Meat was cooked to order and had no complaints with the food.

The people there are nice and mean well. But the vision as a whole for the restaurant and menu does not work. Just because you have a full bar, fancy square plates, dim lighting and a somewhat 'eclectic' menu that uses avocado and swiss cheese on every dish does not make you a nice restaurant!!! The fries were about the only thing that were worth eating, everything else (like our chips & dip, the cheesy bread and my burger) was not really worth the time. Sorry Ruby, but you suck!

Great service. Bad food(what we ordered). My girlfriend and I came on Sunday brunch to a packed house. We got a table quickly and promptly. The waiters was very nice and helpful. My girlfriend and I ordered the veggie sliders. They where horrible. BBQ sauce on a veggie burger is a bad idea, we don't want to be reminded of meat when we eat. Too sweet and they keep falling apart. it was more of a Sloppy Joe rice burger. I not ever going back. Who knows you might like it.

Pleasant enough but slow service. Very slow. Salad bar had minimal topping choices (no beets or cottage cheese, an issue for our group.) Several of us ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with avocado - generally good, but the "avocado" was more of a green smear. Good selection of healthy sides offered, including mashed cauliflower and sliced tomatoes with balsamic vinegar.

Service was reasonably quick and friendly. Men's bathroom was gross. Otherwise, the rest of the place was clean as far as I could tell. Pretty standard looking Ruby Tuesday...which I have rarely frequented. We only stopped here as it was right off interstate 95, and we were on our way to Florida. I ordered the shrimp alfredo, and my wife ordered some chicken dish with mushrooms/gravy. Shrimp seemed a bit undercooked, and the entire dish was bland. My wife's chicken was overcooked, hard and rubbery. The food was one step above cafeteria food. The price was absurd for the poor quality food we received. Traveling down I-95, save yourself some money and hit the drive through of McDs, Wendys, or wherever...cause you'll get food slightly better than this, for a lot less money.

The food was good and reasonably priced. I have been in other Ruby Tuesday restaurants and the food was the usual one: nothing memorable but a good meal. I actually got lucky tonight with a Cajun pasta I have never tried before. I like trying new places but sometimes, when traveling is good to find a chain restaurant like this one and have a safe meal

Drove to Florida and almost every exit with a hotel had a Ruby Tuesday ate at several. Staff was very friendly at such a late hour got there just before closing and they were happy to feed me. Virginia was best makes you wonder why NJ is such a last choice. Resent stop at the mall and the restaurant was a mess. I had to walk out before meal came service was so bad.
