This is my favorite place to eat. The food is always amazing and the service is always outstanding.

This was probably one of the worst meals I Have ever paid for. Had fried oysters. First, they were pretty expensive for the type of restaurant and location. Second, there was nothing good about the meal. The baked potato had been baking for days. It was wrinkled and brown and hard. The salad had been refrigerated for a long time. It was tasteless and the tomatoes had that almost frozen look. The oysters were supposed to be lightly breaded. The coating was thick and nasty. The oil they had been fried in was old and needed changing. The hushpuppies were crisp on the outside from the old oil, but soggy on the inside. This was not a matter of personal taste. This was badly stored and prepared food. It was disgusting. I never review restaurants because personal tastes differ, but this was just horrible.

This was recommended to me by a friend, but it wasn't anything special. The wings were decent, but my coworker got the ribs and they were fairly tough with a too-tangy sauce. Seemed to have limited choices on sauces for wings and such. They had alcoholic frozen drinks that were tasty, but not very alcoholic.

Local spot but run down on the inside and food was sub par. Pretty sure I had box mashed potatoes with ketchup cups of congealed gravy on the side. Nice people and service but atmosphere and food need a huge upgrade.

Great food and service! The catfish bites are made in house and are DELICIOUS!!! Just saying.

Friendly staff with great food and cold beer! I try to stop and eat here every time I'm in Walterboro. Fat Jacks Rocks!

Not good. There is a dearth of good spots to stop on the I-95 trek from Raleigh to Hilton Head, so we hopped on yelp to see if we could find a good spot for a little detour. This one looked good online, but didn't deliver. Mediocre, overpriced food in a run-down strip mall with bathrooms worse than a truck stop. As soon my husband's brown side salad came out, we looked at each other and seriously wanted to make a run for it. Nice owner though.

Wings and ribs were amazing! Service was outstanding! We found this place on Yelp and decided to give it a try. Definitely worth the short trip off of the beaten path! Highly recommend and will be back our next trip down 95!

Food good. Fried chicken hot, green beans delish, sweet potato cooked just right. Place is dingy and dark. Bathrooms are one step above a gas station. .. let's just say the word clorox would be a great addition.

A nice stop in the middle of our long trek from Philly to Parris Island. Found this friendly little place via Yelp. The apps (chz sticks and poppers) were as expected... frozen but filling. The wings (order flavor 'hot') were very nice and filled the gaping hole in our traveler tummys perfectly. We drove up on a weekday night, the storefront looked kinda desolate at night but we ventured in to find the folks were lovely and very friendly!

A great find thanks to Yelp. We stopped for lunch as we were traveling I-95. It's a bit off the highway but well worth the detour. We had the lunch special and loved the wide variety of sides. Good food. Good service. Reasonably priced. And, yes, cops eat here! Check it out.

Dukes BBQ is closed on M and T so we opted for Fat Jacks as we headed back to NY for the summer. Great choice. Terrific fried chicken, cole slaw, and red rice for $7.49. Thank you Yelp for helping us find these places.

Fantastic service, great casual atmosphere, great food quality, and plenty to eat for each plate!

Pretty good down home place with dated, dark decor. Full bar in restaurant. Cops like to eat here so what can you say more than that? The Cold Plate was great and so was the fried chicken, grits and slaw.

LOVED LOVED LOVED this place. It is located in a strip mall and you think your GPS has gotten you lost but you look up and see the wonderful sign. When you enter you are greated with southern hospitality. The local sheriffs were eating and were very friendly as well. Our food was WONDERFUL. At out table we had the following: steak sandwhich, fried chicken sandwich, fish and shrimp and chicken wings. Everything was delicious, my sister loved the chicken wings, I don't eat meat off of the bone but can say the mild sauce was delicious. I did try a bite of everything else and it was delicious. They have everything from sandwiches to seafood to Italian and some extras. We will be making this our new stop on our travel from Florida to WV. Enjoy!
