Best Pizza in Walterboro by far!!! Pizza options in Walterboro are pretty dismal. It's really only bad pizza chains to choose from. Castillo's is a refreshing break from that. Their New York style pizza along with their full menu of hot and cold subs, pasta, calzones, and sides is the Italian comfort food I grew up on. You can buy your pizza whole or by the slice, so it good for a quick lunch option.

When I worked in the area I had a habit of stopping here for lunch every workday. The eggplant pizza is to die for and it's what brings me here over the other cheaper pizza chain options. If I just want a pepperoni, maybe not the place for you, but their pizza also microwaves better the next day in my opinion.

GREAT prices but food wasn't that great. Was driving thru from FL back home to VA and wanted something quick and different from fast food fare. Got 2 slices of pizza and a soda for under $6 bucks. Then ate pizza in car on road and it was really greasy. People were nice but won't go back when passing by.

We made a quick pit stop here on our journey to the south. It's an average pizza place with a lot of options. We had the stuffed veggie & margarita pizza. Stuffed vegetable pizza was something I hadn't tasted before. I enjoyed the combination of veggies & the ratio of dough to veggies. It was well balanced n tasted good. However after a slice or two, it started tasting very greasy. The margarita was good however I felt the crust was a little too thin. On a side note, I had a feeling they weren't prepared for guests dining in. We were served in 8" pizza trays!! The fact its open past 9pm is an added advantage over other restaurants in the area.

Not too shabby. They had a great lunch special for two slices of pizza and a drink for five bucks. It wasn't the best pizza I've ever had but it wasn't the worst. All in all it was pretty good.

We were traveling on our way to Florida and this was the only restaurant open after 9pm. The interior on first look gave the impression that people don't generally dine here. After being there for 15mins, it was clear that they had more takeout order calls than dine in. We ordered the stuffed veggie and margherita pizza. This was the first time I have had stuffed pizza. I couldn't gather myself to eat more than 2 slices. I doubt anyone can double that as it was getting more greasy when we had more and more. Margherita with thin crust was a welcome relief for the tummy. Didn't find any issues with it. Bottomline: Only takeout encouraged.
