This place was alright. We ordered 18 wings and two appetizers. We got medium, garlic parm, and honey BBQ sauces for on the wings. The wings were overlooked and dry on the inside. The yummy sauces helped cover that up. I would not order any appetizers again. The jalapeño poppers were obviously frozen (I kind of expected this, though) and the cheese fries had nasty brown-tinged cheese on them. The one very positive thing from our experience was our waitress. She was very upbeat and friendly. I MIGHT give it one more shot but I don't know...

Best wings on the beach!!! Not exactly a place to take the entire family but the bucket of wings to go to take back and enjoy by all is absolutely the best value!

Got trapped in myrtle beach and happened upon this place and it was fanfreakingtastic. Wings were delicious and the homemade mushroom caps were out of this world. If your in the area stop by and grab some wings and a beer

Visited 5-1-13. Nice casual atmosphere with awesome service. Wings were not huge but very tasty. I chose the Sesame (recommended by waitress) and they did not disappoint. The Blue Cheese dressing was also delicious. My wife got a Cheese Steak and was very happy. She said the bread alone was awesome. Although they were not the best wings i have ever had they were worth returning for.

Pretty good wings..the teriyaki jalapeño were really tasty (fav so far)... Also liked the buffalo traditional and the Thai version...all good. We tried the regular pretzels and the pub chips. Good...definitely a good place to go if you want some good wings.

Spent a week in Myrtle and this was unanimously my Family's favorite night out! The wings were great, the service was fantastic, and we loved the restaurant. Also my 13 yr old and 10 yr old Newphews aren't wing eaters but tried mine and I almost had to order more. They talked all night about how good it was. My Wife had the Chicken Salad and Deep Fried Corn and ate every bite. This will definitely be on our must eat list every year when we come to Myrtle.

My family and I have now eaten here twice on back to back days. Our family loves wings and they do have amazing wings; due to that, we will probably be back; however, if you are not as die hard about wings as we are, this is not a very good place. 1) we ate the Hot BBQ, Kamikaze and Honey BBQ. The first two were amazing coming with lots of thick sauce. This is what brought us back. The second meal we tried the Honey BBQ. They lacked flavor in a thin sauce and not much of it. 2) Mom ordered a sandwich for the first meal and she found a hair in it. 3) the fries look like the frozen fries from grocery store and taste worse. 4) our waitress the first night was not very good. She sat much of the night in a corner socializing while we did not have drinks. 5) the second night we called in to pick up and take back to the hotel. The owner answered the phone and was quite rude when I asked if they could do additional sauces. I understand if the answer is no, but he didn't have to be so rude about it. 6) after making the order, he told me it would be ready at a set time (45 mins out). I showed up early and the food was 15 mins late. While I waited, I heard him answer the phone multiple times. He was rude to two customers and verbally said rude comments about almost every customer after he hung up. He has the attitude of he knows the wings are good and therefore he will have customers (which is true).

This is by far my FAVORITE place to get wings. I'm so picky about how I like my wings and they cook them just right. The house flavor is my favorite. We always get the sampler with 18 wings and 2 appetizers! Friendly wait staff at this hole in the wall wing stop.

This place was fantastic. We were looking up some great places to visit, that didn't include seafood or pizza. The wings were amazing. We got the wing/appetizer tray and it fed two kids and one adult perfectly. The o my downfall is we didn't look at our bill. Gratuity was already added. We were not upset as it is vacation and the waitress was friendly. Good grub place!

Hands down the best wings in myrtle. New owner, same great food. Have to try if you love wings!

Wings very slightly better than average. Service was awful. I sat beside the owner he was hateful. I orderd 8 wings and they would only do one sauce. I wanted half And half. Bill was 14 dollars for a Yuengling and the 8 wings. I will never return here based on rude service And shitty atmosphere and no ranch with wings. .75 cents for ranchnkr blue cheese. 2.50 if you want celery and ranch. Don't go here

This time, not so good. Ordered wings extra crispy and they were not. The hot chips were cold and the dressings were not very tasty. Such a disappointment after loving it last time!

Went for a family night with our small children and felt so awkward when we realized our server whom is one of the owners seemed to be intoxicated she even came to the table with beer in hand As we waited for our food she proceeded to put money on the juke box and began singing and dancing inappropriately. Our food arrived and we boxed it up and got out of there. We went out for dinner not to a club. Food was great but there is another wing place in surf side that we will be dining. Apparently her husband/owner saw this and yelled at her for everyone to hear. Bottom line they may want to open a night club because they have no clue how to operate a restaurant.

For our first visit, Walked in and Becky seated us right away and took excellent care of us. Since we bought a house down here, we received a packet of coupons for local businesses and this was one of them. Since we had a $10 coupon, we thought we'd give them a try. Pulled into the parking lot and I have to tell you...we were worried. But once we got inside there, it was and is a pretty cool establishment. As I do with new places, I asked Becky what was good to eat here and she said enthusiastically WINGS! I said what's your second best thing to eat here since I'm not a wing girl! Lol She laughed and said their cheese steak was really good so that's what I ordered. Hubby ordered the wings with jalapeño and his second flavoring was Cajun sauce. The man went nuts over both flavors. All he kept doing was shaking his head and moaning about how delicious they both were. He even lost his mind a little bit and actually said to me "man! This sauce would be excellent on chicken!" Lol. I said, uh honey it's already on chicken. Oh yea he says. Anyway, we ended buying a large container of the Cajun sauce. He did ask if he could buy a 55 gallon drum of it but Becky said no. What's up with that? So Becky must have shown Debbie, the owner that we had one of her "welcome to the neighborhood" coupons so she came over and gave a big greeting and welcome. Very nice! Next, I just had to try their Funnel Cake Fries because I have never heard of such a thing!! O-MY-GOSH! Super delicious! It came with chocolate dipping sauce!!! Who knew???? I have a huge sweet tooth so normally I would have gotten the 24 count but since this was new to me/us, we went small. Glad we did because while they were Delicious and definitely repeatable, they were sweet. They have earned themselves repeat business with us that's for dang sure!

I have wing addiction so had to try this place based on a friends recommendation. She said they were the best ever but I don't quite agree. We had three different sauces; garlic Parmesan which were sitting in melted butter and covered in way too much Parmesan cheese. In addition they were a bit overcooked. Also had the teriyaki jalapeno and they were decent. The only ones I can say are good are the regular hot wings. They were cooked right and the sauce was very good. I did not care for the frozen jalapenos, typical frozen with cheddar cheese or the fried mushrooms. On a negative note, I thought they were way too expensive. We ordered 24 wings and twoappetizers and two beers, one each, and the bill was $34. Considering that this was happy hour and there is another place in Surfside (The Borgata) that on this particular day (Wednesday) has $.35 wings that are just as good, I wasn't thrilled at the bill. However, that's just my taste. The place was comfortable wooden chairs and booths. It seems like a family-friendly place. It also seems clean and Debbie our waitress was very nice. Service was good but we were the only ones there.

Had the opportunity to stop by Fat Jacks and tried their wing combo, We had the 18 piece combo with two Apps. We selected the Mozzarella Sticks and Fresh Hot Potato Chips. We had three different sauces, Garlic Parm, Texas Gold and the house teriyaki. All three were tasty. Being off season the place was not very busy and we were greeted by the co-owner Debbie who walked us through the menu. She allowed us to sample some of the many wing sauce options to help us decide on the flavors we preferred. The wings were done very well, crispy but not overcooked. The sauces coated each wing nicely and the flavor carried through each wing. Debbie introduced us to a new appetizer, Deep Fried Corn on the Cob, I was curious how this would be but I was very pleased. The corn is fried until the kernels just start to turn golden brown. The Corn is then rolled in melted butter and with a little salt it and smelled like fresh popcorn. The taste was a cross between popcorn and fresh corn on the cob. Great taste. The interior is unique as the dropped ceiling tiles were covered with advertising and political ads. Interesting to read and made the restaurant more memorable. Overall the experience was enjoyable.

Ok so after many recommendations from friends I decided to try this place... I ordered 12 mild wings to go. They charge 2.50 for two smallest size ramekin cups of ranch and celery and carrots which was fine until I saw the condition of the veggies .. The carrots were at least a week old and the dressing had turned sour.. I was very annoyed about this because I didn't have any dressing at home. I ate them plain the wings were decent at best..

Probably the best wings I have ever had. We had a combo platter with traditional medium Buffalo style wings, parmesan garlic, Hawaiian style (can't remember exact name) and the sauce of the month, which was beer and bourbon. All were wonderful, and the price wasn't too bad. 3stars instead of five, though, because Jack himself was the host- and he wasn't overly friendly- almost snotty to my mom when she mentioned that she was there this past winter and the place looked different - he was rude and replied that it was re-done in October- and I could tell she was embarrassed. After we were seated she realized that they we had entered through a different door, so that was why it looked different to her. It just left me with a weird feeling of not being welcome. Anyway, the food was good, but the owner was a jerk. His attitude reminded me of Porky from the movie. There server was nice and like I said, the wings were great, and arrived quickly, and were very fresh though.

You would never go here if you didn't know it was there. It's in a run down plaza and doesn't look like much from outside. As a matter of fact, once you're inside, it still doesn't look like much. Pretty drab dive bar look but there's no need to change it. The wings are the best in Myrtle. Ton's of flavors to choose from but, no matter which combination I get, it needs to include teriyaki. They always have rolls of paper towels on the tables too. So much more convenient compared to pawing at a stack of napkins for a new one every two minutes.

This place was ok. Service was fine and my boneless chicken nuggets were good. I did like the Texas Gold sauce I picked. But my fries - well, even though I ordered them crisp, they were still soggy and would fall over in half if held up. Still, my husband got his wing fix so he was happy.

Don't like the appearance fool you, it's nice and clean inside haha! The wing sauces are great and they have a lot of them to choose from. The traditional wings were perfectly cooked, crispy and not greasy at all. The boneless were very yummy as well as the fries. Their cheesesticks were the best ever! The atmosphere was fun and inviting, the restrooms were small but very clean. They have a jukebox(modern) and old school arcade games!! I loved it!!

Ok, I want to say that I'm a Myrtle Beach local, lived here for years. I'm posting this review late because I don't think yelp existed a couple of years ago when this happened but it still makes me so mad that I felt the need to post it for all locals to see. My wife and I visited Fat Jacks regularly. We ate their at least once every couple of weeks and it was our first choice for wings on the south strand. A couple of years ago my wife's brother, his wife, and two year old child were visiting and we took them to Fat Jacks as we had in the past. Our normal waitress was not able to wait on us so we had a different waitress who was terrible by the way, but that's off subject. So, we get ready to leave and we have a gratuity included on our bill for, I think, 18%, regardless of the exact percentage, it was included. My wife asked the waitress why this tip was included and she informed her that Fat Jack's new policy was that all parties of 5 or more have an automatic gratuity included in the bill. Ok, we were a party of 5 but 1 of the 5 was 2 years old and didn't even eat. Really? A 2 year old? So my wife asks to speak to the manager and the manager informs her that their waitresses haven't been getting tipped by tourists so they instituted this policy so they would get tipped. I can tell you that our regular waitress always received 20% or more from us but the waitress that served us that night, would have been lucky to get 10% just because her service was terrible. I was eating wings for God's sake and she didn't refill my tea one time the whole night, yes, it was that bad. So anyway, my wife told the manager that she would pay the gratuity and she did but that they had lost our business for the future. Sadly, the manager didn't seem to care but our regular waitress who knew we were regulars and knew we took care of her was very apologetic when we left. As much as we love their wings we haven't been back since then which sucks because their wings are good and they are about a block from our home.
