While it's not much to look at, the wings are great, as are the wait staff. I go at least twice a week for lunch. One of the best locals places in Sumter.

The best chicken wings in Sumter, SC!!! Crispy, tasty and oh so delicious!!! It's an old restaurant but that just tells you that they have passed the test of time. If you want chicken wings, this is definitely the place to go.

Wings are hit or miss. Raw fries and curly fries are great! The waitresses are nice. Sometimes slow service if it's busy.

Leo's is pretty dive-y but I like it. Our waitress was friendly and the food was good. We ordered hot and teriyaki hot wings that were really saucy and yummy. We also got a huge basket or raw fries.

I remember this place as my first real introduction to spicy chicken wings and was absolutely addicted. That was about 10 years ago, and I've moved far away, but I still love spicy chicken wings, and like to think that if I return to this place- I would still love it. So this is a positive review for my first real 'chicken wing love' of the past, lol.

Leo's Wings is a hole in the wall, NASCAR themed, eat in or take-out restaurant. Service is average, the food is greasy, and the prices are cheap. I split 25 wings with my wife, along with 2 soft drinks. I think the total price was only $11. There wasn't a lot of flavor to the wings, but I couldn't complain with the price. Walking in to the restaurant, you'll notice a sign on the door; cash only. That's your first sign that you're walking into a well established, legitimate business. Then, you'll go through the 30 seconds of "everybody's staring at me because I've never been here before" phase. Then, the waitress will tell you to seat yourself. You'll try to find a table far away from cigarette smoke which is nearly impossible. Then, you'll look around at all of the Budweiser and NASCAR memorabilia across the walls, and then scope out the patrons. Comb your hair and wear a sleeved shirt and you will be the best looking dude in the joint.

Neighborhood wings shop popular with the locals. Lots of unappolagetic fried and breaded goodness. Leo's had decent wings, not too spicy, and I know I've had better, but decent nontheless, helped with the cold cheap beer. Decor is Junior... yeah just Junior. They don't accept credit cards- cash only.
