The service was distasteful. We were discriminated by the service because we were wearing casual attire and did not receive food or drinks for 30 min. We will not be going back.

Great place for Sunday brunch! I mean, no one really knows about it, I guess, so it's not all jammed packed like some of the other places on Sundays and the food is great! Weekends bring in the typical weekend crowds so be prepared for a little wait. The ambiance is nice and the staff is friendly too.

The cowboy steak used to have more flavor. The handcrafted lemonade is horrible. The waiter we had took forever to bring the food and the check. We don't see the friendly manager anymore. It was my favorite but I may try them again?

I've always been a fan of O'Charley's. Their rolls, after all, are to die for. One of the primary reasons I visit this place is for steak. Unfortunately, my last two experiences at O'Charley's have been less than favorable. I'm not a steak snob; I just want my steak cooked the way I like, medium. The last two steaks have been more than well-done, so much so that they are dry, tasteless, and entirely too chewy. I'm not sure if there is a new chef/cook or what the problem is, but there is no point in my going back if they can't cook my steak the way that I ask for it. For now, I'm writing O'Charley's off of my regular dining experience.

My fiance and I had a wonderful dining experience due to the service of our server, Chris, who we requested due to his previous service. Chris personally seated us because we had been waiting 15 minutes. He continuously checked on us to be sure we were pleased with our meal and never let our drinks be empty or rolls to not be on our table. The meal prepared by the chef was amazing. I ordered the ultimate omelet with potatoes and white toast. The omelet was not only filled with cheese and ham but was light and fluffy. I would strongly recommend Chris to any guest who wishes to have an exceptional experience.

I've tried to give this place a chance since my girlfriend loves It. But for me it had been hit and miss. Free pie is never a bad thing. Their customer service is really excellent. Cheese wedges are are so much better than mozz sticks. Staff is lackadaisical and blind to what it means to be a team. They seem to over staff each shift. But it mostly seems that 4-5 employees stand around while 2-3 seem to be actually working. I'm sorry but if I was a server and I saw another server getting in the weeds I would help out. Maybe that's just me, maybe that's their training who knows. This mentality obviously has a negative impact on service and trickles down effecting all aspects of service. My advice would to have some team building exercises with the staff to help facilitate a more genuine team environment. I am not trying to steer anyone clear. I just want you to be aware that your dining experience here is a crap shoot. Then again free pie is never a bad thing.

Went for family dinner and was pleasantly surprised. Great service and good food. There is something for everyone including the picky eaters. Being from California, it's like Chili's or Claim Jumper but better. Free pie on Wednesdays! LOVED the southern belle margarita.

Went for Mother's Day brunch which I knew would be busy. I had the eggs benedict which was very dry (overcooked canadian bacon) and very little Hollandaise sauce on it. I could look past that but my strawberry on the side had MOLD on it. Totally unacceptable in a restaurant. Busy or not. I may try a different location next time because I am seriously turned off from this place :/

Good food nice atmosphere. Great beer selection. Only complaint is fries were slightly over done and not a good looking staff. They were clean and nice but not one good looking server. Overall good place to take your parents. Reminds me of Applebee's or TGIFridays without all the crap on the walls.

Took our waiter forever to come to our table. When he finally showed up he took our drink order. Took forever to bring or drinks and when the food came he didn't even deliver it. He waited till halfway through our meal to check on us. My steak had no flavor and the food want hot. Needless to say I won't be back

My favorite was a seasonal item. They had the tri tip bourbon ! Yumm! We visit them for luck after a movie and never been unsatisfied with the food or service. great food, service, atmosphere, bathrooms are clean and my overall experience makes it a big 5 star!
