Good food, a little pricey. A popular place, so, be prepared to wait in line. We ordered a biscuit and french toast. Both great! We actually ordered takeout, which was a good idea since all the tables were pretty much taken. The desert looks delish as well.

I was going to try this place until I saw that the rating was a C and they seem to be covering it with menu. Bad ethics!! Uh I think so. I'm not sure of the specks of why they got a C. Beware of the secret behind the sign.

Definition of disappointment. I ordered two egg and bacon sandwiches on a bagel. I watched the girl put the two wrapped items in my bag and then hand it to me. I drove home, unwrapped the foil only to discover two cold bagels with nothing inside. I drive all the way back, walk inside, show them to the same girl and instead of apologizing she says nothing, turns around and starts discussing it with the cook Who I can over hear denying any responsibility. So, after making the sandwiches the girl walks back and hands me the bag. No apologies, no "let me give you a muffin for your trouble". Nothing. Terrible first experience

Seriously? Only 3 people reviewed this place? I would seriously break down and cry and throw a level 11 tantrum if this place ever closed. It's the most legit food establishment in Summerville, hands down. And I hate the word legit. They make everything from scratch here, and I have yet to order a meal that is anything less than scrumptious. If you're a first timer and like tomatoes, you absolutely must try the Tomato Pie. The chicken pot pie is really good too. On the sandwich front, the Cuban with the pork shoulder is moist and flavorful. The gyro's are delicious as well (Naan instead of Pita bread!!) Don't get me started on the pastries, breads, and desserts. Also, holla at their challah! Trust me, you need to eat here. Sure, there's some road construction going on, but its sooooo worth it.

This is a bakery but it is more like bakery/cafe/bagel shop and I would complain about them trying to be too many things at once if it wasn't all good! (it's hard to excel at everything!) This is the work of a Northern Jew for sure - everything is freshly made, you got your bagels and shmear, knishes, matzoh soup, and pastrami (which was described to me by someone from brooklyn as being better than Kat'z Kosher back home), all of high quality authenticity. There's various soups, salads, wraps, burgers, awesome coffee bar, etc... Loving the bagels, they are not stingy with the cream cheese, and when ny family visits, they go here now, rather than bring their own bag of bagels. I'm always very satisfied with my breakfast/lunch/and dessert items.

Bacon, cheddar, and jalapeno grits! Need I say more? This place is the bomb dot com. I haven't ordered the same thing twice and haven't be disappointed once.

Great food and service. Love that there is a place to grab an easy, delicious breakfast close to home. Try the Cinnimess (sp.?) YUM!!!

I have eaten here several times however after this past Sunday there is no way I would try to eat breakfast there again. The food is great; however the wait time to get your food is absolute ridiculous. Since there is no expediter in the kitchen the way items are prepared takes forever. There were only 2 of us and we ordered one bagel with egg, a sausage and a croissant with egg and bacon and an eclair. I still have my receipt...we order at 11:55 and received our food at 12:35! One lady came up to the counter and had ordered a bagel and cream cheese...that took them over 30 minutes. The gentleman standing next to me order soup! They told him they had to make the matzo that why it was taking so long, really????? Apparently the owner arrived and instead of expediting the food he was cutting and toasting the breads. Watching them prepare the food they were working on one ticket at a time and there were plenty of people in the kitchen. Three girls on the waitstaff were standing, with their arms crossed, waiting for orders! It is really a shame that this occurred but I don't have time to wait around for 40 minutes to get something that is already prepared and only has to be warmed and put together.
