I had a decent experience here. I don't usually go to chain sports bars like this. It's not really my scene, but I went along with some friends for the game and had a good time. The inside of this place looks great and was very clean. They have a huge interior that has a very open, though very crowded, feel to it. There are dozens of televisions hanging everywhere, so you can see the game regardless of where you are sitting. The only problem was that we got seated directly under the A/C on what was already a cold night, so all of us froze our @$$es off the whole time we were there. The service was good. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive and did an excellent job of making sure that we had all that we needed. She had no problem with changing the channels on the televisions around us to the game that we wanted to watch. I think this place is a little too big for it's own good though, because it took forever for the food to arrive. The food is your standard sports bar food: nothing special, but not terrible. I wasn't impressed with the wings, which was a big disappointment since it is a wings place, but I've got to give daps for the stuffed jalapenos. Those things went great with a bucket of beer. If you're into drinking Bud Light and eating wings all night, you will probably dig this place. It's your standard, run-of-the-mill sports bar.

$1.60 domestic pints from 4-8(last Thursday at least)...pretty good deal says me. But if you aren't sitting at the bar, go for that big boy glass, service here is always a little sketchy and you are going to be waiting in between beers unless your lucky. So just get a big one and avoid the dead time. Food is decent. I haven't eaten much at this location but it seems the same as the rest. Lots of TVs...gotta love that for watching some football. Some of them are kinda jacked up with poor pictures though...and trust me, YOUR game will be on the worst one.

I was visiting family here in SC for Easter and since there's no BWW where we live we always make sure to come here.. However we didn't have a good time here. First our waiter was really slow at taking our order.. He couldn't get our order right. When he brought out our wings they were dry with some nasty powder crap on them. I don't even know who would order that! Then my husband had nachos. They were soo sad looking! It had maybe a tbsp of chilli on them. It was horrible here. Never will come to this location ever!

This management stops take out service on a Saturday due to a sports event. Called to place my order and the waitress even said sorry and said I couldn't place an order til after 9pm. What kind of business is this?! Shady!!!

This 5 star rating is not for the business, but for a bartender named Brady. I have been to this location on several occasions and the food/service have always been mediocre at best. Don't know if there is someone new in charge of hiring, or if the gentleman working the outside bar was just a lucky find. However he came to be employed, BWW's should look for about 20 more Brady's and they might have a chance at salvaging their reputation in Summerville.

Sat twenty minutes waiting for a drink. The server was too busy running around chatting with other servers to tend to our table. When she got to our table she acted like we were inconveniencing her. Food came out after 30 minutes wings barely covered in sauce, grabbed wrong dressings, messed up simple burger substitution. Skip BWW all together go somewhere like Wild Wing Cafe or kickin chicken.

So first off, we came in for simple wings. It took forever to get our orders, others came after us and got their food before we did. The waitress was new but very kind and attentive. I'm gonna need for them to get more cooks or something to expedite orders faster cause it wasn't many ppl in the store at the time. #Dobetter

This place is really hit or miss. I go there because it is active and the wait staff is usually very nice. Last time the food was great. This time the 8$ nachos had a single layer of stuff and then nothing but a mound of chips. 8$ is a little ridiculous for a bowl of chips. I will tell you I certainly did not get my money worth. I guess 8$ isn't a lot to them and maybe not to me but value for your money is important. So of you are a drunk bar fly head in no issues. If you want a good meal with your family, maybe not.

We have been here more than a few times, usually when we cant decide on something else and are starving. I find the atmosphere here to be just plain out noisey. The TVs are always on way too loud. Doesnt really matter if its a game or not on, its just the sheer volume of the place is too much. Food is ok. Would stick with the wings, thats what they are known for and as the name implies, thats what they do - wings. Some great diversity in the flavors and levels of spice and hotness. Desert heat is a dry rub, and one of my favorites. The teriyaki is good as is the asian zing (it is more on the spicey side). The rest of the food, well, Im really not a fan. Ive tried the chicken wrap and it was just dry and plain. The burgers are burnt and dry. The chili cheese fries drowning in chili and no cheese. The kids menu isnt bad - my son seems to always find something he likes. Beer selection ranges pretty well for tapped beer. You will find the norms and some seasonals that are really quite good and off the beaten path. They also have a very wide range of bottled beer to choose from. If you like it, they more than most likely have it.

Arrived around 6:15 PM and stood waiting to be seated for around 10 minutes. Plenty of tables, booths were open but the servers were so confused they couldn't figure out my daughter and I would prefer to be seated than to stand at the entrance. Once we got to a booth, we noticed that two large parties were coming in soon, tables were being moved to accommodate them. I knew I had better order everything as soon as the first server showed up or it would be a long night awaiting... Ordered boneless wings, fries, mushrooms and diet pepsi. The boneless wings were not wing meat for sure, more like scraps of chicken that were covered in breading and deep fried. I'd say the breading was thicker than the chicken by 20-30%. The mushrooms were soggy and very garlic tasting, way too much garlic used in the blend. I was charged extra for my dipping sauce on my boneless wings, I guess it does not come with any... really? First time I've ever heard of that, how dang cheap can you run a place. Seriously... not even a single serving of ranch or blue cheese? All our food came at the same time, that was the last time I saw our server for the night. We were not given any silverware, so I flagged down another server to get that. My single drink ran out, then another server noticed and brought me one but it was not what I was drinking originally... no idea what it was but it was a bad fruit flavored cola of some sort. I called for our check and we left. I remember now why it had been so long since we had been to BWW. I won't be back anytime soon.

We've been here a couple times. The most fun was for trivia night, and we'd come again for sports or whatever just because of all the great TVs and sports atmosphere. Aside from that, everything is pretty much terrible. The food was substandard and tasted like it had just been unfrozen. My wife couldn't eat her meal. Her sister sent back a drink. My boneless wings hardly tasted like chicken. In addition the service is slow. It generally takes about 5-10 minutes to get a beer. I ordered one and it took 30 minutes. When I asked about it again, the waitress checked and said it turns out they were out of it. The next time we go, we'll eat somewhere else first.

Y'all are way to critical of a wing and drink place. Stop whining about atmosphere...its a Sports themed place. What do you expect the atmosphere to be? Bottom line is there are not many great wing places in this town so this is the best we have. If we had a Wild Wings I would likely never go to BWW but since we don't I enjoy BWW

This place gave me mixed feelings. The Good: The food was great. The waitress was funny at times. They had some great drink specials. There are plenty of TVs. The Bad: The food took forever to come out and the place was not busy. For some reason we were placed in the corner when there where plenty of open tables in the middle. Our waitress disappeared after we got our food. No refills, napkins, or anything.

I've been going here for several years to meet a friend to play trivia. Always accepted that it was just a sports bar and was not likely to have anything but ordinary food. But over the last 6 months or so it has gone steadily and rapidly downhill. They now refuse to carry the wine my friend likes to drink even though she is a regular customer. They refuse to carry actual malt vinegar to enjoy with the "salt and vinegar" fries. Instead they just load them down with enough salt to gag you. I brought my own vinegar and asked that they tag it with my name. They did. And then let anyone who wanted it enjoy it. And never bothered to reimburse me even though I asked them to. I stopped ordering boneless wings because when I did they arrived stale and completely dried out from sitting under the lamps for so long. I've ordered a broad selection of menu items trying to find anything edible. Even the salads are loaded with calories and salt. I still meet a friend there for trivia and a couple of drinks but I refuse to eat there and will not go again as soon as Buzztime is available somewhere else close by.

UPDATE: I have updated this review from 1 to 3 stars due to the effort of the GM to understand what happened and what appears to be a misrepresentation on the menu. 4 stars for the wings, 1 star for the rest of the menu, 1 star for the service and 1 star for the management. The wings are always good, but wings are fairly hard to screw up. At my last visit, the waitress sold me on the cheddar cheese curds. What could go better with fried chicken wings than fried cheddar cheese? amirite! The menu describes them as "Cheddar cheese fried to gooey perfection. Served with southwestern ranch dressing", sounds super. Hook me up with an order! When the they arrived, I was a bit discouraged to see cut up pieces of fried mozzarella with marinara sauce; not cheddar with southwestern ranch. I asked the waitress to please correct the order. she told me that what I had was correct. hmm, I must be a dolt. I thought that cheddar was not the same as mozz and that ranch was different than marinara. She did finally check with the kitchen who told here that the food comes pre-packaged that way (even with the side of marinara i guess). I consulted the manager, who agreed with the server and kitchen staff that I was an idiot. So, either customers who can tell that mozz is not cheddar are idiots, or the menu is wrong, or the kitchen screwed up. either way, i am done with this place.

The food here was delicious like all BW3s! And they have tons of TVs to watch games on which is awesome because you will need something to occupy your time while you wait a VERY long time for your food (even when it is not busy). I have been here a few times and the food is ridiculously slow and you have to wait a long time to recieve your food. The staff rarely come for refills or to ask if you need anything (they are nice but you rarely see them especially after you get your food).

Decent wings but service isn't too good. I go here quite often when I am in town. The food takes a while to come out and is sometimes cool. I have had an attentive server here though. It isn't bad and if you like wings you should enjoy it. Also, they have a decent beer selection and decent deals.

It's the biggest and newest (at time of posting) sports bar in Summerville. Sauce selections - Nice flavors and a ton of variety, though they could use some new ones. I used to go to a BW3 when I lived in Kentucky about 5 years ago and the sauces were almost identical. Mix it up, people! How about a seasonal flavor? Wings are a little small. Never get takeout from here, because they turn to goo before you get home. Crispy/Juicy combo was a bit above average. Atmosphere - great. TVs everywhere and every sporting event you could imagine. I was able to watch my alma mater (Eastern Kentucky University) get whipped on while everybody else got to watch their favorite schools. Ever heard of EKU before this? No? That's why I was so impressed. They also have an outside patio which I just now noticed (4th trip). Plenty of room and it's on the side of the building that gets shady in the afternoons so you may even be able to enjoy it in the summer. (Isn't Charleston awesome? Most towns you can only eat outside in the summer) Beer selection - great as well. They even had my Palmetto Pale Ale, which is "beer meets breakfast". Service - As in my Wild Wings review, the creepy old men or single guys would love it. My servers were always friendly, but too honest about their personal life. I felt like I was their priest or something. Maybe it was just the couple servers we had, though :)

Everytime I've eaten here my stomach is upset afterwards. Great place to eat if you enjoy sports and hanging with guys perhaps. It's a very loud atmosphere. The food is okay. I like that you can play their trivia games while eating.

Great place to watch football. Used to catch Steelers games here last fall, and might do that again this year. Theres about a billion TV's so you can't miss the game. The outdoor dining is nice and it is very close to my home, so its very convenient. Great beer selection. Smoker friendly (unfortunately). Now, the wings are the what I like the best. They are wet! I like Wild Wing, but I like my wings wet, and they baked the sauce in. The wet wings make the wings hotter. The potato wedges are good. The food in general other than the wings is ok. The wings are the celebrity on the menu.
