"Welcome to Moe`s" they shout to greet you, it`s the standard burrito bar, through and through. But don`t count on beer, cuz they have none- although with chips n queso, you can still have fun!

I usually eat at the Moe's in Greer, but I was in Spartanburg with a friend and we decided to try their Moe's. First my friend told the guy behind the bar that she wanted only a small amount of beans, he pretty much covered her Close Talker in beans. Then the next guy who was suppose to put the veggies in to it had just got done wiping down something and then pulled up his pants that were falling down he was wearing gloves while he was doing all of this. Then he went to touch her food without even changing his gloves or washing his hands. My friend asked him nicely to change his gloves because she didn't know what he had been touching and also that she just saw him pull his pants up. The other employees just laughed. I'm giving it one star because even though all of this happened to her they actually didn't mess up my food and the guy with gloves didn't touch my food. If you decided to go there hopefully you have a better experience.

Ordered a soft taco "with a plate," a $3 item, but the request for a plate somehow signaled to them that they could feel free to make and charge me for something in a bowl costing $7. This was more food than I wanted and more than I planned to spend. If a taco "with a plate" is a problem, they should have told me before proceeding to make me something different. Better training is needed - communicate your customer if you're confused about what they want. Don't just make the next closest thing to a taco because it comes on a plate. Say, "I'm not allowed to put your taco on a plate," or "I have to charge you for a plate."

I had to grab nachos on the fly for my wife who is expecting...a baby. It was 10 min to close. I also needed fuel! Crap. So I called ahead. I was a little worried that they wouldn't add enough cilantro, or swap pickled jalapeños for the hot guys. To my delight they topped off my side cup of queso, whew baby, and everything was on point without their usual micromanaging ordering style. The salsa is good. The portions are big. It's a little pricey for fast casual, but with a side of chips, yesss, and the delicious salsa it's every bit worth a solid 4 stars.

Customer service needs some serious attention. The food is decent if they get your order right. That's a struggle every time I've been there. (4 times -about to give up)

We like Moes and this location serves the standard Moes fare. However this store looks like they never sweep much less mop the floors. It's just a turnoff to eat in such filth. Hey high school kid whose been left in charge, grab a good broom and sweep. Do it constantly. There's enough of you there to do it. Mop the floor right before dinner so it's clean. Also the salsa at this store is weak, seems they mix all the correct items up but don't mix it thoroughly.
