Alright so I came in here because I only wanted to spend $5 and with the horrible reviews I knew I was in for something. Well, to be quite honest it was like many CiCi's Pizza's. The best one I've ever been to that stood out was in Columbia, SC. Everything was mediocre at best. But hey, you don't come here because you want good pizza. You come here because you want a ton of mediocre pizza. I only had one problem. HUGE PROBLEM! THEY ARE SO CHEAP THEY STOPPED GIVING OUT WATER CUPS!! Wooooow. They claim it's because people were stealing their soda. That's why water cups are clear. Other than that....hey, it's CiCi's pizza. Mediocre at best but they did look to have a decent salad bar. Loss of a star for the cheapness of not providing water (one person chokes and they have a huge lawsuit).

Not even 1 star !!! We just moved to the Spartanburg area from Illinois. We have never been in a Cici's b4, so we decided what the heck. The place was a total dump. Dirty did not even begin to describe it ! Little kids with no shoes on running & screaming everywhere while their parents filled their faces ! Children running their hands along the buffet with no supervision. The amount of food people put on their plates & threw away could feed the starving kids in Africa ! We just walked around, took in the scenery & left w/o eating. I wouldn't eat there if they paid me !! Maybe the manager needs to step up & take control of the place !!

Endless pizza for 5 bucks? You really can't beat that. It wasn't the best but it was definitely worth the money to eat all you can. The service was pretty bad though, even the manager was rude when I asked him about a particular pizza. The cashier was very friendly though, I think his name was Michael - very nice guy.

I feel dishonest giving this place 1 star! Half a star or maybe 1/4 of a star would be more accurate. The last time I ate here in 2011 I concocted food poisoning from their jalapeño pizza. I ended up in the hospital on fluids for 24 hours! Never again my friends, never again.

CiCi's Pizza is a restaurant that I've eaten at VERY rarely. I only remember coming here 4 times, and for the 5th time today. lol Honestly, the prices are unbeatable! With $4.99+tax, you can eat an endless buffet of pizza. Better value than say Pizza Inn. But is the food better? Not quite. :\ The problem is, the pizza here feels like it sat out for too long, and it is SO GREASY! I have to hold it through a napkin. At Pizza Inn, I never had to do that, or at Mr. Gatti's even. Would I recommend eating CiCi's in Spartanburg? Yeah, if your budget is low, go for it! But if you can afford, go to Pizza Inn.
