BDubs...the service is horrible. No excuse for me to wait over 10 minutes with an empty glass. Our waiter only came by 3 times, take our orders and drinks, drop the checks off and collect they payments. The food was not even that good either. They seem to be skimping on the sauce, I go wings that were half covered in a sauce, and some they were barely covered at all. There are much better places to get wings in Spartanburg than this place. Just don't go.

I've been here a few times now and while the wings are good, the service always sucks. As I write this review, I've been waiting for almost 20 minutes for someone to take my order, there are about a dozen tables that need cleaning off, and I see the manager walking around the bar area doing nothing. Nice atmosphere, but hope the service improves.

I trust some chains to deliver regularly on the basic cleanliness of their locations. This BWW is by far the dirtiest location I've been to. If the fact that (during a slow Saturday) your feet stick to the tile isn't enough, then know you can enjoy what smells like a locker room in the dining area. Tables on the patio need attention and there is a need to power wash away some of the stink here too. (Outdoors... Really?) Needless to say, corporate needs to come down and clean this place up before I willingly return for another afternoon of football.

Welp, it has finally arrived, The truth about this establishment. I have held off for a very long time. I have been in the area of Spartanburg for the collective last two years, as I am a College student here. I have been to this particular location almost 100 times in the last two years. My friends and I found a Tuesday or Thursday night trip to here to be College-budget friendly, which is true. The problem I have with here, and it is a BIG problem among many, is the fact that many of the servers DO NOT WORK! I have worked in many different restaurants ranging from a chain like Outback Steakhouse from home, all the way to a local family owned Seafood restaurant. I know what it takes to make a thriving environment in a restaurant, and well, this is the worst executed example of that. The servers are too busy talking with each other, and do not have the decency to to it in a discreet place like the back of house. They stand in the expo area, chat about the customers, and do not keep any sort of order in when the drink cups are filled, when the plates need to be taken, or anything! I have been in this place many times where it took over 35 minutes to get a refill on my unsweet tea! This is what is causing this location to receive such bad reviews, along with HORRIFYING cleanliness experiences, and hit-and-miss food experiences. The men's restroom is never clean! This is partly due to all the servers being women, as well as the horrifying thought of having to clean the monster of a restroom. The customers seem to have no self control when using the urinals, stalls, sinks, paper towel dispenser, or soap dispenser. I have never experienced a worse restroom in my life, and I spend a lot of time up North near Quincy, MA. I have horror stories from up there that look like dora the explorer episodes compared to this! The managers have two options: Fire all the employees, except for Heather, and remodel the bathrooms and hire some more male servers Close this location due to hazardous environments. That is the only way to make this play have a 180 degree turn to being successful. I am horrified when I go here, but I only return when I am damn near starving to death, and only have 6.50 in my pocket. If you are looking to have a men's night out, bring a group from anywhere, or just try to enjoy this location, stay FAR AWAY. RUN! RUN FOR THE HILLS! This place is Hell on earth. And do not even bother complaining to the managers. They do not help at all. I was told that there was nothing they could do about the situation, and I was threatened one time to not being able to return. Like that's a threat? That's actually a compliment to my health. I want to live, I want to eat, and I do not want to get sick from trying to go to this location. I will go on an indefinite hiatus from this location, and I will spread the word to any open ears. GO TO WILD WING CAFE right down the street. Their prices may be a bit stiffer, but their service is unmatched in the Wing World, and their bathrooms are stellar. I mean it I really do! I have been here about 5 times and it's gotten worse with every visit. The only reason we came here tonight was because we had a gift card. We requested a booth and had to wait ten minutes to be seated, although there were two already open but needed cleaned. We finally were seated in a corner booth that still had crumbs from the last customers. We were not offered any drinks, but sat down with our menus and left with a "your server Callie will be right with you." Nobody came... Not one employee came by for ten minutes - until Jeremy finally realized we hadn't even been helped even though we weren't in his station. He was the ONLY reason we stayed. We requested the Rise Guys beer (which we were NOT fans of) and was greeted by the bartender who delivered our beers. We waited a little longer for food, which was hot even though it took a little while. Nobody came by to check on our food or see if we needed refills. We flagged down Jeremy, since Callie and others walked by and just glanced at us without asking anything. Jeremy was WONDERFUL. After being there for nearly an hour and having only Jeremy, who was supposed to be off an hour earlier, help us we were a little peeved. We were told by a manager (short guy) that they were shorthanded in the kitchen -- gives NO reason why they shouldn't be friendly out front. The tall manager ended up helping us out and we were sure to thank Jeremy for his outstanding service. If you end up going to this location, ask for Jeremy -- he's a great server and, in our experience, the only one who cares about his customers.

Great waiter- friendly, courteous, efficient, and unfortunately very apologetic. Crappy food. It took almost an hour for even our chips & spinach dip to "cook". Ridiculous. Our waiter went back and forth to the kitchen several times but our food wasn't ready. The sauces for the chicken were really tasty but it didn't matter because the chicken was dry and overcooked. I felt sorry for our waiter, he tried so hard, but we won't be back.

Way overcrowded... Had to wait forever to get a seat, waitress was unfriendly and left before we even finished ordering. Took like 30 minutes to even get our appetizer. Before I could even insight ordering the unfriendly waitress came back and pretty much scooted us out the door. Will not be going back here. Wild Wings' food tastes better anyway.

D'Andre was a great server on 2/19/2013. He will remember your order without the need of writing it down. I ordered 18 boneless wings (9 Honey BBQ and 9 "Desert Heat") and that's what I got. I hope I have him as my server again!! :D

First time going to the Spartanburg location. My appetizer was the chili con queso. My husband liked it better than I did, I was unimpressed. I also tried the spinach artichoke and chicken flat bread pizza. That was yummy, not quite enough of the sauce for me , but overall pretty good.
