The wait was short, the draft beer was good, the fried pickles were a first for me and wasn't a fan Bc the pickles were sliced too thin, too much breading, and sauce was salty. However my Caroline Chicken was awesome. Food came out fast and piping hot! Service was very good. Up next pie MmmMmm

The service at this ocharleys was horrible. Our waitress was unconcerned with our presence. We waited 10 minutes before she came to the table to get our order. The kitchen staff (line cooks) are so new that they don't know what cones on each burger. The manager admitted that to us. Our order was terrible wrong. We were offered $3 off the entire cost of our meal. Employees clothes are saturated with cigarette smoke. Employees smoke 10 foot away from the windows where customers are seared. Food was mediocre at best. Service and employee/manager attentiveness is nonexistent.

Disappointed.. Really disappointed..! Come here often, mainly for an old standby, but lately.. Turning into a dump..! Mainly due to service. We arrived tonight and were told we would have to wait for a table, restaurant was half empty! Decided to sit at bar. Was there over an hour tonight, 3 tables in the bar were never cleared, (and they were disgusting!). Bartenders blamed it on the hostess, hostess blamed the waitstaff. Either way, no one cleaned up anything. Ordered Scotch, it was old, settled and tasted bad. Trust me bartender, scotch drinkers know. Bartender gave me a really bad attitude about it. Listened as all of the bartenders and waitstaff talk bad about other customers in front of us. Food came and was good, but still didn't like sitting there trying to eat with dirty disgusting tables all around me. If the customer area looks like a trash can, what does the kitchen look like? All in all, disappointed. Really couldn't believe I was paying to eat there.

We started coming here about two years ago and it started out great but has been steadily declining since. Our last time there about a month ago, the servers all seemed grumpy and when our food finally came out, it looked as though it had been thrown on the plates, no presentation whatsoever. The dining room was a mess and the building seems overdue for cleaning and maintenance. We don't plan to return unless there's been a complete change in management.

They brought out flat rolls today. They still tasted good. I just can't believe that they served rolls that were flat and some with the bottoms misses.

What happened to this place?? It has become the Wal-Mart of restaurants. Food is alright. Service is so fast you rarely see your server. They seem too busy running around to actually wait on customers. Never again! We'd get better service at a charity soup kitchen. Really!

The tilapia was sub par, the broccoli was cooked to a bloody pulp, and our waiter should have never been released from training. Hubby said his chicken fingers were a little over cooked and his fries were good. We were seated immediately, but without silverware, so after our food arrived we had to wait another five minutes to eat it due to no silverware.

Iama Critic Rating - O'Charley's - 3 Stars 671 Fairview Road, Simpsonville, SC Overall: O'Charley's lost a star for steep price to value ratio. But quality is good and some items are worthy of four stars. Table Rolls - 3 Stars O'Charley's table rolls are your standard yeast roll. Light, fluffy, impossible to cut and comes with your standard whipped butter. Standard bread gets a standard rating. $3.99 - Trio - 2 Stars O'Charley's offers a deal called a Trio, which is a salad that comes with soup OR desert. So how can two items be a Trio? I have no idea and asking my male waiter, was pointless, because he was apparently incapable of anything useful. I am getting truly sick of male waiters! $18.00 - Steak and Atlantic salmon - 4 Stars This price puts it squarely in the top of its price range. For this price I can go out for all I can eat baby back ribs. However every item on this entree was top notch. The steak was perfectly cooked, the salmon had a very interesting and unique crust and yet was moist and perfect on the inside. The broccoli and mashed potatoes were delicious. So why not 5 stars? For $18 you simply deserve more. In fact I called the manager over and asked why my nine ounce steak was so small and he said that they clearly served me a six ounce steak. So they gave me another six ounce steak. $9.99 - Caroline Chicken - 4 Stars The guest I took to O'Charley's is a real "chicken freak". She eats nothing but chicken. I can't tell you how many times I have seen her receive a microscopic chicken breast and think, "This is going to be a baaaad night." But O'Charley's served a really nice, perfectly grilled and substantial chicken breast. Thank you O'Charley's! The broccoli was perfect, but sadly even the cheese and abundant tomatoes and onions could not save the pasta which was boring. Add spices please!

Eaten here numerous times. Pretty good but don't ever get the prime rib! It's the worst I have ever had!! I am sure they would of replaced it if I would of said anything, but there was no fixing making bad prime rib!

My experience at this chain restaurant was excellent while I was sitting there. It was the after effects that have made me decide to only enjoy there cocktails in the future when my friends (as a group) wish to dine at O'Charley's. I enjoyed my grilled salmon, slaw, and potatoes. I really enjoyed my tall vodka cranberry. However, I was nursing the Pepto bottle all night. The waitress, Dominque, was awesome. Very attentive even though she was working with a trainee. All I can say, is I will never go to this restaurant by myself. Honestly, I will suggest a different place to dine if my friends wish to visit this restaurant.

Our food was ok. The waitress was friendly, if not professional. If we wanted something we had to flag her down - which meant standing up and intercepting her as she went to the kitchen. Part of our group arrived early, because they had to be at other engagements. They sat in the foyer for an hour, while other groups of at least five people were seated. The manager was out of control. She was a hard worker but didn't know that a large group was having an event at the restaurant, though this was planned and agreed upon by some administrator of the restaurant. The manager and the host were young/inexperienced/unprofessional and had a bad spirit. They gave us the impression that they were chagrined that we came rather than communicating that the restaurant staff was in a bind. We would have been glad to be understanding, but being made to feel that we were an imposition was degrading. Because the administrator had not communicated with the manager and there weren't enough waitresses, the waitresses were working hard but not able to serve everyone because of the larger crowd. When our group was seated we still waited fifty minutes for our food after we ordered. When the food arrived it was fresh and of good quality. I'm sorry they were understaffed. I'm glad that our waitress was nice. I'm sorry the manager wasn't in better control. Despite the less than ideal mood and service, we left a generous tip for our waitress.

Went this past week with my in-laws because my wife likes the ribs. The food was consistent but the SERVICE was TERRIBLE. We are pretty relaxed and tolerate a couple of mistakes but waiting for drinks for a very long time, waited for salad an extremely long time, waited for dinner also an extremely long time. Not sure if the server was in training but she had to be repeatedly reminded about brining something to the table. I felt bad for the server but my in-laws and wife were upset and will not to return to this location.

Fantastic happy hour prices that run until 8pm on Thursdays to accommodate the football games & exceptional service at the bar!

Not sure why we had to wait 20 minutes for a table when many tables were unoccupied. The sampler appetizer was wonderful! I ordered the prime rib pasta because it included asparagus which I dearly love. I was disappointed when it arrived because there were only three asparagus tips and more than a dozen stalks! The taste was very good! My daughter had the Caroline chicken, which she enjoyed very much.

I went for lunch, and ordered the steak & chicken tenders combo. First thing on the table was a basket of O'Charley's warm & delicious bread rolls, with honey butter. Always a great way to begin the meal. My order was quickly prepared. Steak had good seasonings, nice sized portion. Chicken tenders had the right about of crispness.

Great Happy Hour! My Cosmo was $2.99 and they have big draft beer for $2.50. I had the New Brushetta Chicken tonight with a friend who had the Blue Cheese Sirloin - it was two for $14.99. What a deal! Drinks for me :-), dinner for two and Lisa was my waitress and wonderful was $26.00 including TIP. the bread and butter was AWESOME. Smoking allowed in the Bar (not that I'm a smoker but my friend is). Good Filtration for those of us that don't smoke.
