Adorable place and excellent service! The breakfast was so delicious and cooked from scratch! Definitely a must go if you are in town:). Perfect for a couples going away weekend! The owners take care of the place and do a great job! The rooms couple definitely be updated. But the property itself is gorgeous.

Wonderful place. Delightful owners. Lovely streets to stroll along with nice places to eat within walking distance. Highly recommend you stay here if your reason for traveling is within a 30 minute drive. 20 minutes from front door to downtown Greenville.

Francis and Roy have owned the Garden House Bed & Breakfast for 12 years. We booked out trip to Simpsonville about a month ago. We had made reservations at a local chain hotel. We arrived at that hotel and I felt unsafe. The hotel room we were assigned looked as if someone had broken in to it. My husband picked up the phone and called Garden House and they were lovely enough to tell us to come right over. They took us in and immediately we felt at ease. This B&B feels like home. The rates for rooms is more than reasonable. It is absolutely beautiful and the grounds are stunning. Roy & Francis make you feel at home immediately. Nothing beats Francis' homemade breakfast. She provides a different meal every morning and the coffee is delicious. If you're in the area I highly recommend it. Any time we visit this is where we will be staying.

Beautiful Everything We were passing through nearby Greenville to see a friend and we need a place to stay. This appeared to be the best choice in the area. I'm very glad that we stayed here. The owners are very pleasant and helpful and welcoming. They really seem to enjoy the B&B business. The husband is rightfully proud of his beautiful garden. He gave us a nice tour. The rooms are surprisingly large and modern. Only a couple of ground floor rooms are original to the 19th Century. Most everything has been remodeled so that the whole house looks new, but done in an old style. The amenities are complete and guests' needs are well-anticipated. The wife cooked us a beautiful large meal for breakfast. We could have eated in the dining, but it was a great morning and we ate on the lovely back porch. I would highly recommend a stay at this beautiful home.

This bed and breakfast is perfect! Personally, I felt like a princess staying in the honeymoon suite...especially since our bed was high enough to warrant Princess and the Pea jokes! We could probably fit our entire condominium in the attached bathroom, no joke. My parents stayed in another room upstairs, also gorgeous, also with an attached full bathroom (as all the rooms have). The home is immaculately clean and beautifully decorated with manicured gardens. Its a home straight out of Southern Living, yet without the stuffiness. Every breakfast we had was better than anything we could have ordered at a local restaurant. The proprietors manage to make everyone feel at home without being overbearing. You don't need to just stay in your room...you can read in the study, watch TV in the family room, or sit on the porch and finish up your work thanks to their included WiFi. We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more unless we extended it!
