I got the gluten free margarita pizza. They only have one size for the gluten free pizzas which is 12'. I paid $17 for that pizza and it was very small. It was thin crust which I liked. It was DELICIOUS! But not worth $17...

Not the best Fuel Pizza location around. The pizza is consistently under cooked with mushy crust. I don't know if it is a problem with the ovens or what, but this sad crust is always the case at this location. Other locations, are fantastic. On a positive note, the staff has always been friendly and polite.

It certainly didn't look like 14 inches nor did it taste like $20. The Whole Engine was its pizza name-o. Something about the sauce just wasn't for me. There was a sweet, unfamiliar spice (not heat) that was unsettling. The crust was doughy and rather flavorless, uninspiring. The toppings were sparse, almost like they weren't even there! Do yourself a favor: skip it and just go to bed hungry.

The pizza was delicious. I had a simple sausage and cheese on hand tossed. Typically, I have pepperoni but opted for something different and was not disappointed. I thought service was a bit slow after the lunch rush on a Saturday as they had only one register open ... but sometimes, you've got to be a little patient.

Excellent pizza!! Wings very good but should come with a thermo-meter! We ordered two "milds" that were way too hot to enjoy, kids couldn't eat them at all. Staff noticed and said, if we would have asked we could have taste tested first. Learn the hard way, BUT, they did bring another order the kids could eat, no cost to us! Nice to try something new to us that was a great experience!

I'm usually a fan of Fuel's but this location's food is just mediocre at best. Tastes like it's been sitting around all day for some unsuspecting victim. Service is usually friendly though. What happened to their prices??? I understand the location and their overhead but step up the food a bit. Sadly, this seems to be a theme in Rock Hill-it's just okay, people will still eat it..

I guess a nice location that gets some high-volume traffic means you can serve "Mall" pizza. I swear it's this location, since the one in the Dilworth neighborhood always has fresh garlic rolls and the slices aren't greasy lamp-warmed slices. How frustrating when you want a slice! You order a slice or two...watch them take it out from the heat lamp and put it on the conveyor belt through the warming oven....oh yum!? I have learned that cities that aren't "pizza towns" aren't the right places in general to order slices. So normally, I don't. Guess what though...the full pie from this fuel is reminiscent of the Taco Bell drive-thru girl that looks at you "all pissed off" because she has to do her job. That's what this pizza tastes like...like there was no care put into it. Whenever I'm down at Manchester with my family and want a slice...I go next door to Moe's.

Wandered in on the recommendation of a nearby hotel's staff. Friendly service, super fast food (I mean, I washed my hands and sat down to check my email and bam, it was there and piping hot - too hot to eat actually). I had a calzone. Not what I would consider a "normal" calzone where everything wrapped in tossed pizza dough but in a split bready kinda thing... butit was delicious. Had the Hot Honey BBQ wings. Bummed that they won't mix and match the 9 piece, but oh well. The wings were again as mentioned, piping hot and tasty. All in all, I went in with skepticism and walked out full, content and happy! I will return.

My favorite pizza on the planet! The sauce isn't too sweet and has a delicious tomato taste. The dough is soft and chewy. The pepperoni is my favorite but my son swears by the sausage and pineapple.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
