My husband and I ate there during their grand opening week...everyone was nice, still trying to figure out how to make drinks, their drink prices were pretty good. Now for the food....bad experience with that all around. Our appetizer (cheese fries that were bland tasting) came out with our entres. I got a steak which was between cool and luke warm, and it didn't have flavor. My husband's steak was mediocre. I wouldn't go there to eat steak again or try any of the food. They do have some good dancing there. I also liked that they hosted "Bubba's Bikes for Badges"!

I saw they had a Groupon so we gave it a shot. Not a bad place. The hostess was beyond friendly which was awesome to see, especially after reading past reviews. we got the fried pickles for an app and they were really good. My girlfriend had the black and blue burger and said it was good. I had the 10oz Kansas City strip and it was alright. It could have been seasoned a bit more and perhaps a little bit warmer (seemed like it sat in the window while the rest of the food was cooked). The one item that did not impress me was the twice baked potato. It was cold and been over cooked. The service was ok but a bit awkward. Our server knew his stuff which was awesome. However the table (a group of 5) that placed their order probably a good 15 minuets after us (a party of 2). The manager also stopped by just to check in as a routine but again seemed a bit awkward. Lastly the feel of the place seemed a bit down. Almost to quiet. I'd give it another shot, overall it was ok.

Ordered the Buffalo Burger twice before to go. 3rd time I decided to dine in. I watched the staff stumble all over themselves as if they lacked training and leadership. I felt like I was on an episode of 90210..these kids were obviously involved in relationships and the patrons were the ones who suffered through the bickering and jealousy. DON'T SHIT WHERE YOU EAT!!! My Buffalo burger was gamey and low quality, almost immediately I was in the bathroom, the baked potato was ok but clearly recooked or reheated a few times., the final straw was the dry mac and cheese sprinkled in cinammon. I nearly gagged. The food portions were huge but it was the quality of the food and the unprofessional staff that turned me off. THE MEN SAW ME HERE ALONE AND TRIED TO POUNCE IN ME..THANK GOD FOR PEPPER SPRAY AND BRASS KNUCKLES. I'm rating this place a 1 in my efforts to avoid going into the negatives.

This was the old Bighorns Restaurant that closed and now reopened as WBS recently. The set-up of the tables, booths, tvs, center bar, side bar near outside patio is the same. The buffet was 7.99, so can't complain...selection ample...baked chicken, several vegetables , rice, and rolls, 2 kinds of soup, and a separate salad bar. Taste was so so, but like I said for 7.99, can't complain. Had their ice cream cake with oreo cookie toppings and strawberry icecream...different, most was melted even though the waitress came running out with it cos she said the kitchen was very hot which i thought was a bit strange. Service was friendly & ok considering the server was probably just out of high school in a new place, and probably didn't know the menu yet. Noticed three coin-operated pool tables near the side bar area and a dance floor/stage. Was advised there was nighttime live entertainment. Not jumping up and down yet, but will probably check it out again.

Sitting in the restaurant right now at 5:30 on Sat night, waiting 10 min & no one has showed up to take our drink order. What's worse, you aren't busy. And there's no Seafood on the menu! Fail. Editing at 6:12 PM...We left after never being greeted at our table, but we did share our feedback on the way out with the 5 or 6 employees that were congregating at the front counter. Good luck & perhaps you'll get people trained.

This was a pleasant surprise. The value of this place really can't be beat. Andrew was a great server and the food was amazing. Prices are low and portions are huge. We will be back!

Had dinner there tonight with 9 friends. We had made reservations, and we were seated immediately. Great and fun service. We all enjoyed several salad bar trips and took boxes of leftovers home. Great time

Nice restaurant. Good food. I had the lunch buffet. I really liked it. Have not ate from the menu yet. For the price of their hamburger I can have the buffet, so I get the buffet. The food on the buffet is not bland but not seasoned too much. The broiled chicken legs are really good. I would recommend this place to anyone. Try it!

This review is based on a few different visits where I really tried to give WBS a chance. We first visited a few weeks ago for lunch, food was good, service was adequate. What caught our attention was the Prime Rib All You Could Eat special they were offering on Wednesday nights - my friends and I all appreciate a good steak. So a couple of us returned to try out the Prime Rib special. Initial impression was that it was good - they offered a salad bar and a hot bar with the meal, with both having a wide selection of foods. The did not have a huge turnout so some of the food ended up sitting out without much turnover - we noticed the macaroni drying out. The service was again only so so - slow getting drinks and a lack of familiarity with the menu. I went back with my wife to try out dinner on the weekend. Again, the food was good but the service was terrible. The waitresses did not know what tables they had, the food came out to the wrong tables, drinks were slow, and total the lack of professionalism showed. The Chef, Bill, did stop by and ask about our food and he seemed to really care about what was coming out of the kitchen. I wrote all of the service issues up to it being a new place with new people - trying my best to give them the benefit of the doubt. I went back again with some friends for the Prime Rib special. First thing we're told as we come in is that the hot bar is broken, but that the kitchen will gladly provide sides as we need them, just tell our server. Our server spent most of the time wandering around and when he did come by every problem they were having was eventually blamed on the "hot bar being broken". It said it so many times I fully expected him to blame global warming or the lack of world peace on the broken hot bar. We gave it one last try for the Prime Rib special a few weeks later. Again, the hot bar was still broken. But this time, no we don't get any sides, we only get the salad bar. Our server, JC, was the same one from the last trip who again seemed to like wandering around the restaurant more than actually helping customers. Two of our group tried to put something together from the salad bar, but behold it only had a small bowl holding a spare few leaves of lettuce and a bowl of kelp. After complaints to the hostess were made, because our server was MIA, we were promised some actual salad might be delivered to the salad bar. Then our server popped back up and said the manager has changed his mind and that the Prime Rib special will indeed come with two sides, just let him know what we wanted. We all added sides to our orders and waited. And we waited, and waited, and waited. As people around us got food delivered, drinks refilled, and actual service, we sat hungry. After 45 minutes we decided as a group to leave - those who had drinks left some money to cover that. On the way out I let the girls at the front who told us to "Have a Great Night!" that they should let the management know that about $170 just walked out the door and that we're probably not coming back. We would have loved to tell this to our server or the actual manager but no one in actual authority could be found. In all, I think this place had potential. Obviously Chef Bill can make some good food and he cares about the quality. But with servers like JC in the front showing nothing but apathy towards the customers and a total lack of any training for any of the service staff (or at least a very bad system in place), it is really hard to justify spending any money here.

Big disappointment. Staff is horrible, several of them having a completely inappropriate conversation dropping the f bomb every other word. Food was ok. Nothing I would want to eat again. Entire place could use a cleaning. Will not return.

So disappointing. Really wanted to like this new restaurant. Starting with the good- the staff was so friendly, always smiling, ready to help. The country music was nice, too. But the food...oh, not good. We had read all about the 'huge' salad bar. Definitely not- Ruby Tuesday's is bigger and definitely more diverse. It has the very basic items, but absolutely nothing extra. No fruit, no nuts, no cheese other than fatty shredded cheddar...Dressings are limited and def from a bottle. The hot bar is also unimaginative- everything clearly from a can or frozen, although they do seem to keep it fresh and hot. For a place known for their steaks, we really expected more. I got the sirloin, my husband the ribeye. Both were fine and cooked as we'd ordered, but really lacking in flavor. The other couple got the wings and said they were good, but again, nothing you can't get anywhere else. So all in all, we won't be adding WBS to our regular restaurant rotation as there are just way too many other dining options w more flavorful, diverse options. Especially if you're looking for healthier options, the ONLY option here is the salad bar and it's SO disappointing :(

What can you say about this place, nothing special nothing out of the ordinary. Food was a little pricey, blue cheese burger was good but expensive, queen steak was small and dry, sides were small. The beer was good, hard to screw that up and our waitress Stephanie was awesome, she was right there every time we needed something. The employees seemed really nice and friendly, so they need to figure out the details or this place will probably eventually go the same way as the last 4 restaurants that have been in that bldg, closed for business.

Did not even make it to eating my food. Hostess was very nice. Waiter was a complete asshole. They made me a horrible margarita. When I asked to get a beer instead he was trying to tell me the margarita was fine. When I asked what the specials were he said they didn't have any instead of recommending something to me.

Definitely not going back...waited forever to get the drink orders...finally brought drinks and took orders. I ordered soup and salad. I went to the salad bar...There was no lettuce other then the kale blend that was there. Waited for 15 minutes for someone to fill it. The whole time I watched what appeared to be the manager kept looking over at the 5 of us just standing waiting to get it filled. We asked 2 servers if we could get some lettuce. They flew by us hardly acknowledging our existence. Finally it was filled I returned to my table. I finished my salad then waited for my soup that never arrived. The whole time the manager sat and watched his staff running around from being short handed... Its a good concept but poorly managed and executed

My friends and I ate here a few weeks ago. I have to say that I really enjoyed it. Friendly staff (although very new and bounced around a lot lol) and the food was really good. I had the Hangover burger which was delicious and also got the salad bar. The salad bar was ok, not as great as you would think considering the size of the bar section, just like the other review said the bar has just the basics. Overall though, I would definitely eat here again and recommend it! Thanks!

I'm sorry, I have a hard time giving two stars here, but our server was very nice and attentive. First off, we were there before 6 p.m. because we are early diners. We ordered the cheese fries because of the early bird $5.00 deal. Not very good. I'm a big boy who loves his food and we only ate about 1/3rd of them. At outback, I would be begging for more. Next we all order steaks. What goes best with a steak,... Loaded baked potatoes... A few minutes later the server came out and told us they were out of baked potatoes???? REALLY??? A steakhouse out of baked potatoes? Maybe at 8 or 9 p.m. but before 6? I joked with the server about this and he told me the truck comes tomorrow. Grocery stores sell potatoes too. So we got mashed potatoes, and mac and cheese. Both were just ok at best... I didn't finish either one of them again. I got the rib eye and my wife got a strip. Both once again just ok. I'm a big steak person and I really think these were select steaks. Got to have at least a choice or better in a real steak house. What a great location for such a weak steakhouse.
