Impeccable, as always! Not unlike the others, however, this location (particularly indoors) tends to be slightly less busy...so I like taking the kids here to eat....and by eat I mostly mean shove a few nuggets in and run to the playground! Best service you'll get anywhere!

I am always amazed when I go into a Chick-fil-A, by the fact that they have such a strong corporate culture that no matter what store you go into, anywhere in the country, the staff is always super polite. You can't get that kind of consistent service ANYWHERE else. It is almost like they have trained an Army of teen robots. Whether it be corporate culture, selective hiring, training....whatever...their system is working. Aside from the service, Chick-fil-A keeps it simple and always delivers a quality product. I have noticed that most places now hoard the honey roasted BBQ packets. They used to keep those out in the public, but they really keep track of how many of those they give out. That is some addictive stuff. Hands down, the best "fast-food" restaurant out there. One thing the staff could do better is regulate the play area. There is a minimum size limit for kids to play, but there are always bigger kids playing rough in there. My daughter loves to play in there, but cannot bigger kids, those taller than the posted minimum, go in and play.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The interior is the same for each Chick-fil-A. The taste of the food is better than other fast food restaurant. A little pricier, but the taste and flavor is worth it. I usually get the chicken sandwich or the chicken strips. Make sure to get some Chick-fil-A sauce for everything!!!

Excellent service and food. The owner is really active in the community.
I enjoy going to this restaurant because it's clean, the employees are friendly, and the food is great. Very rarely do I have to wait more than a couple minutes for my order. Even the lunch hour is a breeze. If you eat inside, there is always someone around cleaning up after customers, and another person walking around asking if you need a refill or anything else. The play area is clean, and on a few occasions when dining late, I've seen them cleaning it from top to bottom. Obviously, your family is their priority.

Since Chic-fil-a first showed up at Northwoods Mall oh so many years ago I have been a fan - best chicken sandwiches EVER! Although I don't usually review chain type restaurants I have never been disappointed in their food and must put in my two cents for this location, as the employees are THE BEST!! Always genuinely friendly, polite, helpful, I could go on ad nauseum! The food is consistently fresh and hot, making this location my favorite fast food restaurant. The seasonally offered peach milkshake is not to be missed :-)

We went to Chick-fil-A for dinner. It was the first time for both of us. It was packed on Friday night with loads of families, but the staff was doing the best that they could to take everyone's orders. DH ordered the charbroiled chicken club combo with coleslaw and a sprite. The sandwich was pretty good - it is a wheat Kaiser roll with a charbroiled chicken breast (a little salty), two slices of bacon, melted provolone cheese, lettuce and tomato with a honey BBQ sauce. I was surprised that, other than being salty, it was pretty tasty. He also loved the coleslaw. I ordered the southwest chicken salad with the spicy dressing, which came with spiced tortilla strips. It was chopped lettuce with shredded carrots, a black bean and corn salsa, and a few cherry tomatoes all of which were topped with about five slices of a southwestern seasoned chicken breast. I shredded the chicken into bite size pieces and tossed it with about a tablespoon of the dressing (they give you about four tablespoons). It was delicious. The lettuce was crunchy and the chicken was well seasoned and moist. The spicy dressing was surprising - sweet from peppers but with some heat. The ingredients report that there is anchovy and tamarind in the dressing - I could not really taste it, but it was a delicious.
