Service is friendly and fast. They stopped by the table to make sure I was doing ok. Kids love the playground. Food order was correct, fast and yummy. Would have been 5 stars but it is not as clean as other Chick Fil A's. Floor needed to be swept, glass was very dirty, I opted not to sit next to it in fear my kids would touch it. Have the person working the floor clean more and it would be a definite 5 star.

First, let me say that if I could give zero stars, I would. Where do I begin?... We walked in and noticed it wasn't an nice as other Chick Fil As in the area. Some booths were badly ripped, it wasn't super clean, and no one greeted us when we walked in. There was a table of employees taking a break right by the counter who were extremely loud and vulgar. We ordered our food and the manager ( I guess ) was more than happy to accept our coupon for another location. Our cashier seemed to be new, so I asked and his response was a simple "no". If you aren't new, you should know how to take a simple combo order and swap out the drink. We find a seat (after wiping down the booth) and have our name called pretty quickly. As soon as the food hit the table, I realized they forgot to give us our sauces. My husband, being a gentleman, went to go get some. Ten minutes later he returns and says an employee ON BREAK cut him in line to order some food and get a drink refill. His coworkers even called him out and he just stood there. Then there was the food. My fries were room temp and I had multiple bad pieces of chicken. I immediately felt terrible and had to find a restroom. A manager will be receiving a call about this visit, for sure. Now, I love Chick Fil A but I will continue going to great lengths to avoid this one. I've never had issues in Mt P or West Ashley.

Going through drive through took 20min!!! Horrible what's wrong with ordering through your speaker? Ordering with the person standing out side is slower then ordering with the speaker and talking with some one with a head set on! Never coming back again your service sucks it's called fast food for a resin a 20min wait in drive through for your food is uncalled for and I didn't even get a sorry for the wait or nothing.

Probably the worse Chick-fil-a experience we've had. A cold chick biscuit and wrong drink for me and soggy chicken mini's for Alison. Will look for another location the next time we want Chicken.

Wow! Horrible service. They have chicken salad sandwiches and chicken wraps. when asked if they could put the chicken salad on a wrap instead of bread , they replied "no . we have one woman who comes in to make wraps in the morning she's not here and we would have to open a new package of wraps?!

Eating Chick-Fil-A is like eating upscale fast food. It is delicious and probably the best fast food ever. Chick-Fila-A is always consistent at every location. It is the best fast food hands down. Their chicken sandwiches are phenomenal and their customer service is always friendly. It is the same at this restaurant as well. My only gripe about this place is the long lines for lunch. Other than that it is the same great quality as every Chick-Fil-A.

Being a southerner, I love fried chicken. Put that fried chicken on a bun, makes it better. Chick-fil-A has mastered that. The spicy chicken sandwich is my fav, especially with some Polynesian sauce. The lemonade is sooooooo good and fresh too.

There isn't much that you can ask for from this ChickFilA that they don't deliver (except for delivery!) The drive thru line always moves quickly and they never mess my order up. If not for it being a fast food joint it would get more stars!

Chick-Fil-A is not just any fast food joint- it is truly a magical place. I am quite surprised I haven't seen Harry or Hermoine yet. The food here is always good and of high quality. They have a good selection of both fun and healthy foods. The chicken is always juicy and flavorful. The salads are great as well. This particular location makes some mean sweet tea as well. No place beats Chick-Fil-A for their friendliness- hands down. The employees always have a smile on their face and always greet you. Plus there is the famous Chick-Fil-A "My Pleasure." Whilst other stores may have customer service training, it never transcends the training and makes it into employee interaction and if it does (which is rare) the employees grudgingly go it. Here, you can tell that the employees actually mean it. The restaurant is always clean and presentable as well. One tip is to allot extra time if you are heading here during lunch as it has a pretty big lunch crowd. Who can blame them? Their food is just that good!
