As a native Philadelphian, I've always been a huge fan of Rita's. Since there aren't any in Augusta, I took the opportunity to take the family, while on a weekend trip. We had custard, cherry water (Italian) ice and a blendi...all fantastic and the young lady behind the counter was very pleasant & professional. Please bring a Rita's to Evans, GA.

Sometimes I walk outside in SC and Idk if I'm in Southeast USA or the Saharah Africa. That being said, I think we all can appreciate ice of any kind during the summer in this area. Anyways, I'm not a sweets person, but I was sweating bullets. So, I got a small cup of mango and pear ice. It was really good. Take that with a grain of salt since I was about to pass out anyway and any hydration would've been really good. But seriously, the mango is most popular and I see why. Its delicious. I liked pear because it had a nice light flavor. I docked a star because those are the cheapest cups ever. I've been here 3 times and my cup has given out on me twice. I still recommend this place for a non-dairy frozen treat at a decent price and nice service.

Exactly the same as a blizzard or a mc flurry except mrs.Rita wants $6 for a small. My son had a kids scoop my wife a large and me a reg and we payed freaking $15 that's robbery!!! Good tasting nothing special just WAY over priced

It's so yummy. I like the tangerine ice the best. The custard is AMAZING. I would highly recommend this place to anyone whose looking for the yummy treat.

Man has oft asked the question 'Why?' Why is the sky blue? Why do objects fall? Why did the chicken cross the road? Many times you will ask yourself 'Why do I want to eat?' If it is because you want a true treat and not just because you want to live, then head over to Rita's. Rita's prides themselves on being 'Real Italian Ice' meaning that whatever flavor you get it is made fresh from that flavor. Want cherry? You are going to have cherry bits. Want lemon? It will have tiny lemon pieces. This makes the flavors true flavors unlike that kind that you get at the grocery store. Root beer is out of this world- actually tastes like root beer! Besides a variety of flavors, there are different ways you can get it. Straight ice, gelati (ice, custard, ice, custard), misto (an ice/custard milkshake of sorts). All the varieties are good no matter what way you get it. Having root beer ice and vanilla custard makes it taste like a root beer float! The only fault with this location is that it does not have that many varieties at the same time like I am used to with the Rita's back at my hometown, but I can deal with that. In response to Joni J, it is not ice cream, it is custard- it is a richer type of treat.
