I am completely disgusted by this Moe's and will never return. They have a bunch of high school kids working here who know NOTHING about cleanliness. Today I went in and the girl dropping the chips didn't have on any gloves! It's cold and flu season. How do I know you've washed your hands? She's not the only problem. Another girl was fixing people's burritos, adding their toppings/ingredients, and wiping her gloved hand on the back of her pants. She'd pick up cucumbers, wipe her hands on the back of her pants, then pick up olives and keep going. I saw her do it to two people. She didn't even attempt to put on new gloves. And why those customers didn't notice, I don't know. I was even more appalled at the two managers that were on the line as well and did / said nothing to enforce cleanliness. As a matter of fact, one manager decided that in the middle of this rush to wipe down the steel sections in between the buckets of food and food was falling back into the bucket. Yes, I want bleachy tasting chicken. I'm grossed out about this place and will never return.

Typical Tex Mex quick food, all the dishes Ive eaten here has tasted fresh. Ive eaten a few times at this locations, so far good, no complaints. Portions are fair and I always have left overs. Manager was nice, walked around asking if we needed anything. Facility was clean, workers seemed to be tentative to trash and ice. Im sure hubby and I will return for more in the future!

Typical faux tex mex. They are fast affordable and usually accurate. Skip the line on moe Monday by using the app to preorder. I was impressed they took my coupon, that was sent in error and stated it was only valid in Jacksonville Florida.

I had to add a review simply to balance out the absurd one left by "Kassie C". Her inability to properly use a GPS / her wits to find a restaurant in no way justifies leaving a one star review. It should be removed. This Moe's is right where the address states, and is next to a ColdStone Creamery. Having eaten at this Moe's a dozen times or so, it's simply par for the course for Moe's - no better or worse than the average - but the staff is fast and has never botched my order. They are still participating in the burrito / drink / chips for $5 on Tuesdays, which is a good deal if your donkey is shattered. If you like Moe's you should do fine here.
