Love this place! We've been here several times and have not been disappointed. We've sat outside every time and we just love the vibe of this place. I've had the shrimp and grits, fried shrimp platter and pizza here, they are all delicious! The shrimp and grits were creamy and really tasty. My favorite would probably be the fried shrimp platter, the shrimp were clearly so, so fresh and huge! They were cooked perfectly too and served with hot off the stove fries and homemade coleslaw. My husband loves their Hawaiian style pizza with bbq sauce. Definitely one of our favorite, local go-to places!

Great place!! Family friendly and good food. My pimento cheese burger was just a touch overcooked ( I asked for medium and got well done). Service was awesome!!! Great job! Overall I would definitely return here with a group or family!!!!

We've been here many times. Really hooked on the pizza and salads. Try the "Islander" pizza. Attentive wait staff. The biggest negative: The kitchen exhaust fan needs to be replaced. After you leave, you tend to smell like whatever has been cooking on the grill.

Ehhh, Libby's. I have been here a few times and one time the food was really good. Otherwise it has been pretty terrible - service and food. Also, the food is way overpriced. I do recommend their shrimp salad - it is awesome, but so expensive when you get about 5 shrimp. Do NOT get their burgers. They are absolutely disgusting. I could only eat two bites of mine and almost gagged. And I will eat almost anything. Not one of my favorite places. My mom also hates it and refuses to eat here.

If you are looking for a great lunch spot, Libby's is the place. If you are looking for a great dinner place, Libby's is the place. I am never disappointed when I eat here. Some of my favorites are the grilled chicken sandwich, any of the wraps, the seafood special (which is fresh seafood from folly beach) and their fish or pork belly tacos. The staff is also great and friendly too. The local business has been in business since 2010 so that should tell you something right there. The only thing I haven't tried is their pizza which I've heard from many it's great and I definitely need to try it.

My first visit today. was impressed with both the food, service and pricing. I had po boy shrimp sandwich and side of cole slaw. Both credible efforts. The roll was tender and tasty. The shrimp perfectly cooked. Cole slaw was above average. Iced tea. Unsweet was very good. The lemon was fresh. Rest room was cleaner and better than I expected. Overall I would say this is a serious player in the food game. Outside dining was nice as well. Good furniture choices. Trees and ferns added natural setting as best it could on a busy road. A great addition to the Lexington good scene.

Stopped by here for lunch. I see why this restaurant has good reviews. The service and food was good. I ordered the Philly cheese steak with an order of hand cut fries. The Philly cheese steak was packed with flavorful meat, sweet peppers and caramelized onions. Their hand cut fries were really good seasoned well. I got a side of their homemade ranch dressing for dipping my fries in. I'll definitely be returning.

I was in town visiting my boyfriend. He had to go out and run some errands. I asked him for a local lunch suggestion and this was the first thing that came out of his mouth. Perfect suggestion! They are a local joint that was exactly what I was looking for. Good down home food. Not a huge menu but what was there was good. Very abbreviated list of options for beer and wine but it was better than nothing. The staff was very friendly. They had covered outdoor seating that looked inviting. I parked around back in what seemed to be a dirt overflow lot. It was confusing to try to figure out where to go in. Food was GREAT. I ended up ordering one of the specials. They had a name for the seafood special but it consisted of fried fish (can't remember if it was flounder or trout) and fried scallops with one side. I opted for the homemade french fries for my side. All of it was to die for. Clearly hand battered seafood and the fries were perfectly fried and seasoned. I literally cleared my plate. Let me be clear. The portions were generous. I just couldn't bring myself to leave even a crumb. The staff even gave me suggestions of where to go that night. They were attentive enough but not awkwardly attentive just because I was there alone. I sat at the bar which consisted of like 4 or 5 bar stools. It was in an awkward spot but at least there was a tv so that I wasn't constantly playing with my phone. Boyfriend is moving up here with me in a few months but if I ever visit Lexington again, I will definitely go here again.

Our first evening visiting Lexington, we went to Yelp for help in making our dinning plans for the evening. So very glad we chose Libby's. The atmosphere was perfect sitting outside, when there was snow on the ground at home. The staff was very friendly and of course the main event, the food was fantastic. Took carrot cake home for later, it was wonderful. We enjoyed ourselves.

Well I have a lot of negatives I'd like to begin with. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by absolutely no one. I stood awkwardly in the doorway until I finally sat myself. After maybe a minute or two a bright young waitress came in to save the day with an extraordinarily upbeat attitude. I sat in a two person table by myself left-centered in the restaurant. Libby's had an upbeat radio station playing that was just loud enough to where you could hear the words and somewhat hum and sing along. However, the kitchen was absolutely blasting a different radio station and it sounded absolutely chaotic! I couldn't hear myself think! Two different stations at once gave me the biggest headache and was honestly somewhat irritating me. All that aside I ordered a pimento cheeseburger with bacon. I'm not even the biggest pimento cheese fan but I figured why not give it a shot? Well when this burger came out and I bit into it, I couldn't even think of words to describe how delicious it was. Hands down the best burger I've ever had. A perfect blend of cheese, and tomatoes, and mayonnaise, on a toasted bun. The quality of this places food surpasses all little imperfections its atmosphere creates. I will definitely be coming back.

We stumbled upon Libby's while in the Lexington, SC area. The restaurant isn't very large but every dish we ordered and observed being served looked delicious! We thoroughly enjoyed our sandwiches and the hand cut french fries were wonderful. We will certainly go back to Libby's during our next visit.

I can count on one hand the number of times I have thought a restaurant worthy of 5 stars. I have eaten at Libby's once for lunch and once for dinner. Both times I have thought everything was just perfect. The service is fast and friendly without being pushy. The food is unique and highly flavored. Nine of my friends have enjoyed everything they have tried. I strongly suggest the "Specials Board". So, if you are looking for something besides another boring chain restaurant, Libby's is the place. Just please save room for me.

Great place off of West main St. I visited for the first time today. They had so many good things to choose from it was a difficult choice indeed. I wound up settling on the cheese steak w raw fries, it tasted great a little too many mushrooms but that's okay. The people here had a great attitude towards the customers, the moment I walk in three people were on hand to see if I wanted a table. I would love to try the meatball sub or the pizza which I hear is quite good. Can't wait to come back here to try more food!

Me and my family used to go quite often. The food is good but wait time is usually long. Nice atmosphere, decent prices. Staff isn't too great. I wouldn't recommend it, but I wouldn't avoid it.

The BEST PIZZA EVER. And the coconut cake is to Die for!!! So moist and EXPLODING EITH FLAVOR!!' Even if you don't like coconut it's delicious!!!!

Went on a Thursday night about 5:00 PM. Wasn't too busy very nice atmosphere. I sat at the bar were pleasant young lady came and took my drink order. They have a nice beer and wine selection. I proceeded to order the special which was an Italian shrimp and grits dish. It came with a side salad which was a Greek one which was excellent very nice lettuce the dressing was perfect. And then finally the shrimp and grits came which were fantastic and pancetta and mozzarella cheese it was creamy and delicious. I finished it off with a nice Stella and I could've asked for a better meal. A nice joint in Lexington to have a pleasant meal.

Excellent lunch/dinner joint in Lexington! I normally wouldn't drive into the conservative land that is Lexington county, but this shrimp is worth the venture!! The service is great, there's a patio, and I just love the local atmosphere! There are specials each night too! Apparently Tuesday is wing night :)

As we drove up the smell convinced me everyones reviews were right on the money! In Lexington for work and so glad I found Libby's. Will be coming back later this week. Staff was quick and always polite while providing good and honest input to what they suggested. Had the Bourbon BBQ Shrimp with raw fries (kind of like fresh chips) and pasta salad. The the right portion size with a very tasty sauce that was perfect for putting on the raw fries. Pasta was simple and good. Got the peacan pie for desert and it was perfectly warm with a nice crumbly crust not-too-sweet filling. Sat inside tonight, but will probably enjoy their outdoor area later this week! Looked around and saw wonderful looking chocolate pie and pizzason other tables.

Food was good tonight as usual but they keep the back door open and makes it very cold in the dining area. Add a cold drink and you are totally uncomfortable while you eat the good food. They have heated outdoor dining and it may have been warner out there. Plan to bring a coat...

Love this place! Haven't tried much besides the Folly Shrimp, and that taste great! Glancing at the other options ,they look great as well, especially the pizza. Fries are good and are also hand cut plus the staff is awesome and very friendly!

Went out of their way on a Friday night to make my favorite dish ( their shanghai shrimp tacos) even though they weren't on the menu. Always 5 star service and food! They re-did their deck, and it's nice to sit outside.

Definitely low key and relaxing. Burgers look very appetizing (I kept looking at the table beside me...). In the end, I had the Reuben sandwich. The meat was incredibly moist - not common for a Reuben. Also, the bread was grilled crisp and not soggy. Hands down, that was the best Reuben I've ever eaten. Service was just right - not absent, not harassing. I plan to come back next time in in town.

OH MY GOD. I just ate the greatest salad I have ever had. House salad + grilled shrimp + honey mustard = BLISS. Whatever they season the shrimp with is delicious. The honey mustard dressing is addictive. I had to leave the table before I stole it from my kids' chicken finger plates. My son proclaimed the chicken tenders to be "the best ever!" The fries were excellent as well. My mom and husband both had the Philly cheesesteak and gave it thumbs up. Our server was outstanding. She got all the orders exactly right and kept the drinks coming. Since we were eating outside in August, this was very important.

This is a great local joint in Lexington. I can speak for the excellent service and nice outdoor seating. Not many summer nights can you enjoy the outdoors, but I had the opportunity. I must recommend the lime-curry chicken wings if they are on the menu. Get there on a Tuesday, for wing night special. There is a small selection of bottled beers, but it fits the bill.
