Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

This is our go-to Chinese food restaurant. Whenever my dad visits from TN, he always wants to order from Chen's! I usually get General Tso's chicken and my husband gets Chicken Lo Mein. My two young daughters love the Lo Mein and that's what they get. The rice is good and the egg rolls are really great. I've only gone to a few other Chinese food restaurants since we lived here (one year) and Chen's is the best we've found.

Typical New York style Chinese food, tasted good if that's what you're looking for. Had two combo plates for $20. Got 5 stars for the service and was a very clean restaurant. When I called to order the woman who answered was very helpful in explaining the menu. They don't offer chop suey but she helped me configure a similar dish and made it into a combo plate for me. She was easy to understand despite her accent. On a visit back to SC would definitely return

I did takeout here. It was good, but not great. I had the pork low mein, and my daughters had the orange chicken. The pork low mein was not as spicy as I had hoped, but the orange chicken was pretty good. The price is right, and service was quick.

Worst service ever. Owner is rude! Don't ever go there... I've been there a few times a liked there food but this time the owner cursed my husband and I out in Chinese because after we got rung up and used a credit card. I then realized I wanted there house mustard. Well it was .40 cents she screamed at us in Chinese demanding to. That we had to pay for the mustard. We were blown away by the way she acted. We then decided to get a refund. It looked like her 2 children that were standing there the whole time. They were in shock to see her act this way. We will NEVER I repeat NEVER go there again. It's ridiculous how she flipped out over .40 cents when we just purchased 40 dollars in food. So she can keep her house mustard...

Okay Chinese food. Nothing I have had is spectacular. Standard fried rice, wings and combos. I would rather drive to Sesame Inn or Miyo's for fresh ingredients. The few times I have ordered food it was prepared quickly and my order was correct, it just wasn't very tasty.

This is pretty good Chinese, but we don't make it there often because China King is just down the road -- it's significantly better and open later.

Fast service and great quality food! This is our go to Chinese take-out place and we have been going since they opened a few years ago. Best egg rolls in town!

The food is great and they are fast, but not friendly. I have been several times but won't be going back simply because of lack of customer service. China King is much better!
