Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

Everything you get there is good, good food, service and very nice staff. Family atmosphere, love the salsa and chips. They are always busy but you never have to wait long for your great food and friendly service. In the mood for great Mexican food, stop by and enjoy some delicious food.

Nope. Just nope. There is NOTHING that could make me come back here. Flies everywhere. The place just looks old and dirty. Booths are torn up. Service is maybe a 3. But nothing could make me forget how disgusting their chicken fajitas are. And I didn't feel well for quite some time after eating that. I even tried my husband's food and it was absolutely disgusting as well. Never again. I don't know how all of you other people eat there and give it good reviews. It is beyond my comprehension.

Best mexican food in Spartanburg! Haven't had anything that wasn't good. Everyone is friendly. We especially love Renee & Poncho. Ashley is the owner & she's very friendly. I recommend the taco salad!

The absolute best Mexican food! I moved away to florida and have yet to find anything that compares to Inman Broncos. All of their dishes are unique, contrary to many mexican restaurants where everything seems to come out of the same pot. I love Inman Broncos and you will too!

Always great food. But don't go the last Sat of the month, they have someone playing and singing music. The restaurant is not big, so the music was soooooo loud I couldn't hear anyone at my table talk to me.

My parents love Broncos and I have to share in their love. Probably one of the best mexican places I've been to ever. I had the carnitas rancheras. So much cilantro and avocado. So delicious. Cheap and good service. Can I take them home to Connecticut with me?

This is my families go to place when we do not want to drive far from home. Service has always been great even when busy. Some of the best Mexican food I have eaten. They have mild to hot on the menu! I have been with my kids and with out them. Its nice to be asked by wait staff where our kids are.

Really great food. I'm in love with the fajita taco salad. The majority of the staff is attentive and speedy. Too bad some of the younger staff members don't know how to give people a chance to eat before bringing the check and asking if boxes are needed. Date night cannot possibly be a real date night here unless you ask repeatedly for time alone. All I know is that it's a lot better than the other Bronco restaurants in Spartanburg.

This is our favorite Mexican restaurant. Everything we have ever ordered has been delicious, and the prices are great. Great service and great food.

Macho Grande Burrito meal was excellent, but a lot of food and could possibly feed a family of four or at least three. Order it to share with at least another person unless you are into Man vs Food eating competitions. And save room for dessert.
