Tacos were so good and really inexpensive a true sports bar that you would find similarly in a big city.

Decent happy hour and great fish tacos! Fried Pickles, Corn Beef and Cabbage, good Burgers, Wings... Good bar food.

Worst service on HHI. Advertised as host to all World Cup games but couldn't handle it. Tables got up and walked out. Took an hour to get an appetizer. 30 min later half the meals came out. 20 min later, 1 more meal and finally silverware. Another 15 min the last meal made it. Server offered to comp the last meal. When we said he needed to consider comping more, he asked why. We helped ourselves to our own boxes and waited another 10 minutes before the bill finally came. We've never walked out on a bill before, but strongly considered it this time.

We came to caseys last year for the men's World Cup and had a great time with great food. We returned back this year for the women's World Cup game with friends hoping for the same experience. The game started at 7 pm and we arrived at 530 pm. The guy by the front door turned us away an hour and a half before the game even started. He wouldn't even let us in past the door to tell us we couldn't sit at the bar nor could we stand around the bar to get a drink. I shouldn't be surprised considering it is a steelers bar. Take your money somewhere else ladies and gents, there are plenty of other places to eat on the island.they hate us cuz they ain't us

It was a Saturday night on memorial day and we went in around 10, there were only 3 non employees there. I thought it was kind if weird. That being said. Really nice guy working the bar. Ordered two beers asked about fights and he directed us to the only place in town playing them. It was your average sports bar, we would go again for a quiet night of beer and sports.

Food was good. Had a meatball hoagie with fries. It came with a generous portion of fries. The bartender was really cool. I told him I came for trivia, and when he told me that it had been cancelled, he could tell I was disappointed. So, he talked to the manager and got me and my buddy a couple of few drinks (non-alcoholic of course! Alcoholic Beverage Commission need not be concerned). The atmosphere reminds me of Buffalo Wild Wings. The food is a little better in my estimation. Would definitely come back, but would call ahead about trivia :) It would also be a great place to watch sports.

I can't rave enough about Casey's Sports Bar & Grille! My friends and I came to watch an NHL playoffs game (Go RANGERS!) and we were assured that they will definitely have our hockey game on the big, no... HUGE screen TV. We were not disappointed! Owners; Marty and Rich were so friendly and accommodating. Marinda also was kind to stop by the bar to wish our team good luck! I had the Buffalo Wings and they were clearly the best that I've eaten in a very long time! I will definitely be back to Casey's on my next trip to Hilton Head Island!

Ton's of TV's, extremely friendly staff and you can't beat the Happy Hour Prices. It was by far our cheapest tab all week.

Good atmosphere. They had trivia game which was fun and distracted the very slow service. Wings adequate, lots of meat, and decent flavor. Goods sports bar. But wild wings is my favorite and that's where I will be going next time.

A+ all around! Great food, specials, beer, service, atmosphere, ETC! I was in HH for vacation and came here to watch some of the college football games. I'll definitely be returning to Casey's next time I'm on HHI.

I look forward to the roast beef on wick every year, so this year was a real disappointment. Sandwich was cold and had a gel-like substance on top. When I told my server, he told me it was butter and how the sandwich was made. (Not the last 4 years). Daughter got a chicken Caesar salad, which was fine. My boys enjoyed their BLT's. All our fries were cold and greasy.

Lunch was ok, nothing special. Sliders were very dry, service was good, but ladies room needs cleaned, yucky.

Week 17 of the NFL season and Hilton Head is packed with snow birds and those of us needing a break. Needed a place to watch the Panthers secure 1st round bye and a home play off game. As you enter the owner greets you with a clip board and asks "what team do you want to watch?" From there it only better. If you need a place to watch your home team and be with other fans on vacation to hang with, this is it. If your looking for wood fired Chilean sea bass with arugula salad and Chablis just stay away .....Please! It's good beer and good bar food with people from all over who want the same thing you do.

Was a decent place. OK for families, but not necessarily a family friendly place. Food was decent, although menu selection could have been better. Service was a little slow but that was because our waitress was assigned to ten different tables. Some walls were punched in, lots of chipped paint, could be fixed up more. Was my first time visiting recently, never visited during previous management.

A hopping place two blocks up the road from the other proclaimed sports bar (that's suffering an identity crisis). Just what you want in a sports bar. There are probably around 25 televisions throughout the place. They have a limited menu of bar food they do right (go for the beer batter dipped pickle chips) and they hand pour drinks in a way that favors the guests.

I can only speak to the 4 hours we were there to watch football on 10/20/13. Had a blast! Met 3 other couples rooting for my team. Beers were cold, and the chicken fingers were great! We were met at the door by a guy who asked what game we were there to see, and he set us up with a great view- it was a nice idea. Bartender Chris was alone behind the bar but you would never know it. VERY attentive and great service! Can't wait until next year!

Checked this place out on the advice of an island resident...it was a great time! Great atmosphere...they seem to have had a good crowd most of the times I've been there, but not to the point where it was impossible to get a hold of a member of the waitstaff. Great place to go out in HHI!
