Greek Cuisine
Greek food is a fine melody of the finest pressed olive oil, fresh fermented bread, colorful vegetables, juicy meat, sea food all cooked in spices and fresh rosemary. The people from Greek were great scholars who aimed to excel in everything they do. The results are quite visible in their food as they are the inventors of olive oil which is beneficial to health. Greeks also made different type of wines from the best quality of grapes fermented in controlled environment.
Today, you can find hundreds of restaurants offering authentic Greek food or popularly termed as Mediterranean cuisine in New York city alone. People wait in line to taste the exotic Greek dishes like saganaki, taramasalata, souvlaki, loukoumades, spanakopita, moussaka, and many more. One thing which most people like about these authentic Greek dishes is abundant use of lemon juice, olive oil, fresh rosemary and sea salt. A smart mix of few ingredients can virtually take you on the pebble streets of beautiful city of Greece.
For those who don't have time to enjoy fine dining should try tasting the famous souvlaki with pita which is type of meat dish, also a trademark Greek fast food. For those who are vegetarian, or vegan can try different versions of Greek Salad. So, if you wish to enjoy a hearty yet healthy meal that tastes divine then try dining at the best Greek restaurant in your city. Greek cuisine not only tastes good but also help maintain your body in a natural way through healthy diet.

Food was very good. Good vegetarian selection. Pricey for what you get though.

This is a new addition to the Columbia Mall and decided to try it out. It's located right next to Seasons 52 and across from Maggianos. Quinoa salad with added chicken breast (~$10). It is very filling and tasty.

I love there food. The chicken and steak kabobs are really good. The hummus is outstanding. The price is good for the food you are getting. Service is always good too.

The food is good the service plesant . But the bathroom was unkept and needed help! It is priced higher than expected 4 small wraps and a half of a cup of vegetables for 9.something...really? I don't plan to return to the Augusta st. Location Because the front employees have time on their hands that can be used to improve the appearance of the whole place

I'm a huge fan of Zoes Kitchen! Their food is ALWAYS delicious! Every item I have had from here has been stellar, with the Beef Kabob plate bubbling to the top of my list of favorite lunches. warm glazed beef skewers served with warm potato lyonnaise, and grilled vegetables. The price is a bit higher than many restaurants where there is self service, but i think that the quality of the food and the overall flavor profiles are well within reason for the escalated cost. This place does "fresh" very well. Definitely give this place a shot and I'm sure you will become a fan as I have! DO NOT MISS THE COOKIES!

I have been in a few times in the last couple of weeks. Once alone, then a couple of times with my wife. Starting off with the atmosphere when you walk in the door. WOW everyone on the staff smiles and acknowledges you. They are upbeat and seem excited to help, I was blown away. Even though the whole restaurant was packed they still took time to give us individual attention. Then the food came out.... I had the steak kabobs, my wife got the quinoa (sp?) and both were full of flavor, equivalent to any full service restaurant i've eaten. I will definitely be back and i'm telling all my friends to try them too... i wonder why i've never heard of them before????

Great selection of healthy food but as other reviewers have mentioned, it's not a great value. My lunch included a grilled chicken pita, soft drink and potato salad and a $12 price tag. The service was excellent and the manager noticed my nametag from work and offered a catering menu for possible events.

Slow as a Christmas turkey. They did offer a cookie for making us wait almost 30 minutes.

Expensive for fast food and tasteless small portions. Never went back.

Great lunch place. I had the steak roll ups and was very happy.

I've been a big fan of Zoës Kitchen for years...but not so much a fan of this location. The food is usually good (there have been a few misses, but nothing major) but my issue with this one is the shop itself, and the service. The restaurant itself looks a bit tired; kind of grungy, chipped paint, etc. I could usually overlook this, but it always seems a little dirty, a little sticky, a little unkempt...even when they're not busy. The counter staff is often a bit impersonal, too, like they're doing us a favor by taking our money. I'll still eat here on occasion, but it's far from my go-to restaurant like it was for me in Kentucky. A little paint, a lot of cleaning (deep, detailed cleaning) and some customer service training would go a long way, in my opinion.

Went there for lunch today. I used to eat there a lot when it first opened and on a Friday at lunch like today, forget about it, it was so crowded that you'd stand in line for a while and have a rough time finding a place to sit. It was popular. Not today. But get this: the food was great! Today the food was excellent! I had the shrimp Kabob and it was phenomenal. So why had the place become so unpopular? Here's a hint: the arrogant, muscle bound, greasy haired young man who took our order seemed annoyed to have to actually use the register and punch in our order. He was unaware that they give a military discount and after getting somebody else to confirm it (at our store in Fort Bragg we don't give one, he said) getting our order he perfuctorily thanked us with as much engaged connectivity as a tea towel. Then the person who was to bring our food to the table walked right by us twice even though there was a big numbered sign to let him know where to out the plates. OK, sounds a bit picky. But in reality, there was no genuine thankfulness, that out of the many places we could have chosen we went to their little joint. I suspect that a prevailing atmosphere of coldness, of haughtiness, a lack of attention to detail has doomed this place to become a vacant building in the near future.

Some Yelpers feel that five star reviews are handed out too easily, as though they should be reserved for only the most exceptional of finds. I disagree. I try to rate businesses based on my expectation of the experience. If you expect white tablecloths and local farmer's market vegetables, you will not agree with my rating. But if you are looking for an extremely tasty, fairly healthy lunch in an attractive setting, then you will be very happy with Zoes. Every time I eat at Zoes, I love the food. The Tossed Greek Salad is amazing. The Greek Chicken Pita is a standout, as are the Spinach and Chicken Roll-ups which are served with a tasty salsa/marinara dipping sauce. I also appreciate the children's menu which offers grilled chicken fingers and fresh cut fruit for a little over $3.00. The only downside to Zoes is that it is so popular that it can be extremely busy, especially between noon and 1:30. The small strip shopping center where it is located has limited parking given the amount of traffic, and the restaurant itself starts to feel elbow to elbow crowded. Maybe now that Local Taco has opened, a little of this lunch rush will be diverted. We need a few more Zoes type restaurants in the Augusta Road area.

First visit impression was very nice - clean restaurant and friendly, helpful people. I had the lean turkey sandwich on multigrain which included a great cole slaw that added a nice texture to the sandwich. Side Greek salad was generous. The menu included vegan items that my friend was able to order from. I liked that you could purchase an extra large drink in a reusable cup that is refillable on future visits for 99 cents. Also take-home boxes are biodegradable and not of the styrofoam variety. The only thing I was disappointed in was that there was a selection of only two soups, chicken orzo and tomato bisque. Also, the restaurant is located in a very high traffic area. Even though my lunch was a bit pricey I did bring home enough for another meal. I would not mind visiting this place again to try some of the other menu items.

I got the hummus and pita bread which was good and the portion was a decent size. I also got the potato salad which was delicious! The service was ok. After you order, they forget about you. But overall, the food was amazing. I would return

This is a good healthy lunch place. Great vegan and vegetarian food too.

Clean. Consistent. Good tasting, healthy food. I usually get the spinach roll ups or the quinoa salad. Both are delicious. My favorite spot for a really quick lunch. My husband loves the steak roll ups and potato salad. Nothing fancy, but good food, nice employees, and fast service.

I really can't seem to get enough of Zoes. I think I've been there about 10 times in the past month alone, and each time I have to get a slice of that CAKE! Omg the chocolate cake is absolutely divine. I wonder if they sell milk to go with it? I need to ask next time. Then I'll go home and take a nap. Oh yes, and the beans. The rosemary white beans. MMM. Nothing like beans & cake to put a smile on my face!

We enjoyed a much better experience than out first time. The young lady taking orders was super knowledgeable about the menu and helped me find an entree without dairy (our dietary restriction). We eliminated the cheeses on the veggie pizza and it was really tasty. (The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the staff put parm on the pizza and had to remake it). My sons loved the grilled chicken and hubby enjoyed his steak roll ups. Thanks for being so considerate and generous. We enjoyed visiting and will be back. Happy to update a review for a place that cares about it's customers.

This place has good food but it can be expensive and in my experience, the portion was small. I got chicken lettuce and cheese in a Pita for just over $7 which wouldn't be too bad if it wasn't small. I would have to explore the menu a little deeper to better understand value. Local Greek places make similar food at a much better value. I have to commend this place for taking Greek food and serving it in a Panera Bread like ambiance. In my opinion, I think there are better options in Greenville for Greek food. However, for a quick healthy fix, this place beats other quick lunch options. I updated this review as I found my original words to be curt. I wouldn't recommend this place but I wouldn't want to deter anyone looking for a healthy snack.

Zoe's is the only place to get quality food fast, fresh, and tasty. You can even order online so you can avoid the wait time. I think the price is warranted for what you are getting.

Friendly service and the food is delicious. We like the roll-ups, Greek salad and the chocolate chip cookies are awesome!

The parking is so bad, u should forget about this place. You're competing against Starbucks and 5 other places for very parking few spots. I've stopped going here because of the parking.

Always so clean and fresh. A Sunday night tradition. Always get the Steak Roll-Ups and Pasta Salad

This place is the BOOOOMMMBBB! I think I'm gon' eat this chicken salad EVERY DAY. Except then I wouldn't be able to eat the Turkey Stack, which is also the shiz! And the chicken marinara pizza! Oh snap! I'm just gonna eat nothing but Zoës for the rest of my life. Seriously, this is the restaurant that I frequent more than any other. I can eat it, and it tastes good and I don't feel like a fatty when I leave!
