Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

this is a great place for Chinese take out. 5 Stars! Family owned. Family operated. Remember this is TAKE-OUT food. Not dine-in. Always, always, ALWAYS are accommodating for slight changes to the meals. In particular, I have a family member who comes into to town who is allergic to specific vegetable(s) - they are ALWAYS okay with leaving said veggie out of dish(es). Very customer oriented makes this restaurant stand out from the plethora of Chinese take-out restaurants in Greenville.

So disappointing after reading all the reviews. The flavor was blah and the portion sizes were so so small compared to other chinese takeout places. We usually get a packed full takeout box that lasts us a few days of leftovers. My husband had literally about 10 small slices of chicken for a size large general tsos. I got beef with broccoli and my beef pieces were paper thin and there was more broccoli than anything else. Complete ripoff- would never go again.

Food was good but not enough protein! I ordered chicken with black been sauce. I had plenty if black bean sauce but very little chicken. Probably will never go back.

Literally, meh. Had it once, and don't ever plan on going back. The food had one flavor: salty. Pass on this place.

Having lived in Hong Kong for many years and coming from NYC the big apple where you can find the best chinese food in the country, this place in my opinion is the best value for your buck in Greenville. Great people, family business run, daughter very patient ant helpful, will accommodate most of your requests. Place is spotless squeakily clean, professional and courteous service, they have a all day lunch special menu until they close in the evening. Food is good and decent, what can you expect this is a local take out Americanized for local taste, menu is simple and classic . Definitely the place to go for Chinese in this part of the country, unlike PFChang over rated and expensive.. Ps Paul Z. first critic review, maybe should come back to see if the owners are real chinese, because they are from Hong Kong. I guess he may have been confused.

This is my new favorite Chinese place. $$$ Quality at a $-$$ take out place!

The food is outstanding and the service is excellent. I have had most of the items and have yet to find a flaw. I usually get take-out and the food is always both fresh and hot. It is in the old Lake Forest Shopping Center and a bit hard to see from 291, but it is worth it!

This is not authentic whatsoever. This food was absolutely dissapointing to me. Over priced by at least $2-$3 compared to other chinese take out. Most places have pork fried rice as a standard with your lunch or combo platter. They want to charge an extra $3 for pork to be added to their "plain" fried rice. I was not going to pay $10 when I can get a combo with pork fried rice for $6.50 at most places. I ordered the general tso's combo with plain fried rice and egg roll. Another dissapointment was when the order was ready, they are cheap with the small portions. The chicken did not tastle like authentic Chinese General Tso's chicken. It was all wrong!!! I have a feeling they are not really Chinese because it was so off from what authentic Chinese food is like. The next dissapointment I need to mention is the styrofoam container had portion separaters so hardly any rice. Over 30 plus years of eating chinese food and maybe 3 times in my life have I had portion separaters from chinese take out. It shows that they are cheap and they will never earn my business again. Real Chinese places know the portion separater is frowned upon so they never use it. The last time I had a portion separater at a Chinese take out, I then found out the owners are not even Chinese but Korean. I will never spend a penny here again and I suggest you go somewhere else
