Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

I flew in to GSP to visit family (5/1) in the area and thought I would pick up something semi-healthy while waiting on my fiancé to fly in. I am pescetarian and thought "perfect--I can just get the shrimp bowl." Very well, I got the shrimp bowl and ordered it the way I wanted. The girl kept asking are you sure you don't want me to prepare it like this or that. I told her repeatedly no! After my food was done and I had paid, as I'm walking away from the counter, she is discussing the interaction with the other girl behind the register. While I'm not sure if the point was for me to hear it, highly unprofessional. She was saying basically how random what I ordered seemed to be. YES, I asked for romaine lettuce---ICEBERG AND ROMAINE ARE DIFFERENT MAAM. She went on for at least 5 minutes. As I sat in the restaurant to eat my food, with each customer that entered they got a very hearty welcome. For whatever reason, I didn't get this greeting. Whatever, I don't live here and have absolutely no reason to ever come back to this place. The shrimp was clearly old (although one customer who must be a regular got "fresh" shrimp). If I had not been starving after a long day of travel, I certainly would've got my money back and left.

Very good, always consistent. Prices are fair. Convenient location and usually quick service!!

Nothing special. I feel like it's about as good as a Moe's, Chipotle or similar chain.

A great stand-by, plan B dinner or lunch quick grab, great prices, staff is always friendly. Take a few moments to stare at large menu offerings, choices from taco's and burritos to personal pizzas all made right in front of you ,guarded by the sneeze shield, pass on the cookies, they need a new recipe

Great lunch spot and good for a quick dinner. Everybody is super friendly, dining room is comfortable and they even have a few TVs to watch the game. High quality, great tasting food. They make their chicken, steak and even the guacamole fresh everyday. None of that prepackaged stuff here.

The food (meat) wasn't fresh. It was dry and old. She poured water on the meat to make seem fresh. When I told the manager my meat tasted bad or old she became very hostile and mean. I said if she had any fresher mest. She said all she had was that. When 2 customers came in she immediately got some fresh meat . Then she was really nasty while she made the burrito. She barely closed it and when I started to eat it then it all fell apart. I will never go to this location again. The management was nasty. The Woodruff rd location has good customer service and fresh food. My recommendation is not to try the food in this location

Good food. Never had anything I didn't like. A little on the pricey side for portions size but everything always tastes fresh.
