Biscuits and gravy are good! The sausage in the gravy is from a link which was different for me.

The French toast was amazing, the eggs wonderful and service was great! I loved everything about this visit, I will be back!

Very tasty treat. Mexican burrito was fantastic. The sweet potato fries are tasty. The atmosphere was great.

It was nothing special. My eggs, which I requested cooked over medium, still had some gelatinous-looking whites. The corned beef hash was incredibly salty. Luckily, when I mixed the eggs and the corned beef hash together, I didn't notice either too much, at least not enough to prevent me from eating them.

Have eaten there twice. We came up from Columbia to visit family. The first time was just as it opened food good but service a bit ragged . The second time I ate there service was good food was good. Particularly enjoyed the gooey buns, the coffee. I had the stuffed french toast which was quite good. My husband had hamburger and thoroughly enjoyed it. The menu is diverse enough so that there is something for everyone either for breakfast our lunch. Will definitely return and have recommended it two others.

Took 30 mins for a seat, another 30 for meal. Food looked and tasted as if it had sat for a while. Became ill within 30 mins of eating. Have not returned

My favorite breakfast restaurant to go to! Service was excellent also! Make sure you get a punch card.

Great breakfast place!! Good food...reasonable...so nice to have a "just breakfast" place on this side of town!!

I love their Houston branch so went here with a lot of expectations. Couple of things, 1. It took close to 20 mins for someone to even ask for drinks 2. Took forever for the waiter to come (it wasn't even busy) 3. Repeated the order twice 4. Told only chicken and no red meat whatsoever, but ended up getting red meat Terrible service, not even good food, shouldn't even call themselves Le Peep. Would never go back!

Monte cristo crepes were delicious.. Nice place for brunch.

Large portions and food tasted really good. We had the stuffed French toast and the breakfast burrito. The service was fast and friendly. My only complaint is that the coffee is way too expensive. Where most breakfast places charge 1.99 or less, here they charge almost $3! I will probably go back but will not be ordering coffee here again!

I got the Hen Pen which was a basic breakfast of eggs, potatoes, corned beef hash and English muffin. It was very good. The waitress, Jessica was very attentive. I'm so glad there's a new breakfast restaurant in town!

My sister and I arrived around 1 pm, business was waning as it was nearing the end of their serving hours. I chose the 18 wheeler, my sister a lemon chicken salad. My food arrived in a timely manner, but was close to cold. Cold eggs, cold sausage links, undercooked potatoes. I ate a few bites of each, and then ate my french toast ( served with margarine) because it is tolerable when cold. My sister's salad was good. The wait staff was very nice and didn't push us out at the end of their business hours. Maybe it was because it was the end of their day, but I doubt I will return to eat there to eat again.

I liked this place. I've enjoyed breakfast at Le Peep before. The only disappointment was the pancakes. They're so fluffy that they fall apart.
(3)Cree B.
The service was good. I wish I could remember the name of the young lady who served us. She was an African-American young lady around 23 years old. She was attentive and helpful. Food: I ordered two pancakes, home fries, and bacon. The quality of the food was cheap. It's as if they purchased generic food items and are charging full price for them. I know the potatoes were frozen because I use very similar Ore-Ida frozen hash brown potatoes at home. The pancakes were average and the bacon was undercooked. My breakfast companion had a waffle, bacon, and eggs. Apparently, if you want "real" eggs you must specify otherwise they cook those carton eggs. He thought his breakfast was ok. Not sure if I would return to eat breakfast maybe I'll try lunch.

I would go back for the gluten free toast with fresh berries. This is a standard breakfast eatery with good coffee and good customer service. It's not particularly memorable, but I would never shy away from enjoying breakfast here.

Had an amazing brunch at Le Peep on Saturday. Service was awesome and the food was spectacular. If you get the breakfast burrito, make sure you're hungry! The worst part was that there were several things on the menu that we're really appealing and we couldn't order them all. One of the kitchen staff came out to meet us and she was very gracious and personable. Never once did we feel like we were in a "chain" restaurant. We'll definitely be back. Soon.

How does this place have over 3 stars? Went there today for breakfast with my gf. It was ok, but I could have made much better pancakes at home! Skillet was not terrible but nothing special. Would choose waffle house over this place any day.

Had breakfast their on Sunday and I have to say it was delicious and they had lots of interesting and different choices. We loved the food, a little on the expensive side for breakfast $60 for 4 adults and 1 child

Great breakfast. I had the taco Duo,it was delicious. So nice to see this chain here in Greenville. Crepes are yummy too. Hubby had chicken Fried steak, with two poached eggs and potatoes. They have lots of healthy options too. Friendly and happy staff!

What a great meal. We both had a skillet and were delighted. The staff were first class too. Will DEFINITELY be returning often.

I was here several weeks ago with a friend, who had also never been here. And of course we went on the busiest day: Sunday. It's properly been advertised as THE day for brunch, so what can I say? When we got there it was, understandably, packed. Our wait time estimate was something like 30-45 minutes around 1:30pm. The menu isn't a huge one, and they definitely lean more towards savory breakfast items. You'll find classic southern selections, like biscuits and gravy and chicken fried steak, but also a few more unusual things like a breakfast burrito and breakfast tacos. I settled on sweet, stuffed French toast, with custard. It was delicious! My companion ordered the breakfast burrito, which we had trouble procuring. First, my French toast came out. And 10 minutes later, he hadn't received his food yet. Then when they brought it to the table, it was the taco plate, instead of burrito. So by the time he got his food (about 20 minutes after I got my own), my hungry hippo self had already eaten my food. I sampled some of his food, and the burrito was pretty tasty. A huge Moes-sized burrito with cheese and meat and eggs inside. They rectified the situation, though, by comping us the burrito. So I thought they definitely handled the situation well, and they were very apologetic. The server, despite the mess of people everywhere, was pretty good at refilling the water glass (they give the table a large vase of water), and prompt with service in general. I think I would come back again, but maybe not during the brunch rush.

I've given this place a couple of tries. I ordered the same thing both times. They make it seem like eggs are their thing, yet they can't correctly cook eggs over medium. The first time they were undercooked. My second visit, they were overcooked and my potatoes were ice cold. However the sausage links were very good. I'm pretty sure they leave you with carafes on the table so the server hardly has to check on you.

What is the big deal? It was a busy but my food should come out earlier. Waitress noticed as soon as she placed it before me that's was wrong. Oh well the grits were tasty.

I had two biscuits with sausage gravy with eggs over medium, the kids got chocolate chip pancakes and scrambled eggs, and my wife got a Belgian waffle. Sausage links (really thick) and bacon. Sweet tea, chocolate milk, chocolate milk, and white milk and we're off. We were presented with a carafe of water upon arrival (please don't put lemon slices in these next time) which I like. The sweet tea was decent, I didn't care for the chocolate milk, but the little people did. Okay, the best thing I had was the scrambled eggs...flavourful, fluffy and well scrambled. The sausage gravy was decent. If I could make any suggestions to the folks preparing things it would be to use a little more salt and a little more pepper. We got seated pretty quickly. Wait staff seemed pretty good, but our waitress got a bit flustered. The consensus among us is that we'd go back again.

Biscuits and Gravy were tasty. Coffee was a little weak but all and all it hit the spot.

Just ate at this restaurant. Ledges by booth & chairs were very dusty. Waitress kept exaggerating the size of the dish I was ordering. We ordered 2 cinn lattes. The presentation was very messy. My husband ordered a eggs meal. Eggs were over cooked. Waitress never brought the bread included with the meal. At one point waitress made excuses but never brought it out. Grits were very salty. Food was alright but service stunk.

Disclaimer: I am not a picky eater. I really wanted to like Le Peep but the kitchen was in shambles. I ordered the taco duo with chorizo - it came out cold. The waitress kindly took it back and brought out a newly cooked plate. This time the chef forgot to include the vegetables and chorizo. Again the waitress took it back and brought out a third taco duo. Again cold. The manager took the meal off the check and brought me a breakfast burrito for free. It tasted fine but I was sick five minutes after leaving the restaurant. What in the world? The wait staff and management was kind. The atmosphere was nice. But whatever was happening in that kitchen was a mess. The whole experience took two hours. I doubt I'll be back.

Came here alone for a Sunday brunch around 1pm because I was starving and too lazy to cook. Parking was difficult as the lot is small and I had a short 5 minute wait. Waitress was nice and attentive. Restaruant is very clean. Food was a solid C. I ordered one of the skillets... Onions and bell peppers had barely been cooked (still crunchy, not grilled or sautéed), potatoes has no seasoning. Paid an extra $2.50 for a fruit cup the size of the palm of my hand with one tangerine slice, a couple of grapes, and canned pineapple and strawberries. Not bad but I've definitely had better. Probably won't be back.

It's a new breakfast destination that will only get better with time. The quality of the ingredients used is good and the staff are pleasant and professional.

We went here this morning for breakfast for two reasons; it was on the list to try and everything opened around 10:00 AM in downtown Greenville. We were up early and hungry so we decided to check this place out. Le Peep is located in a plaza and it wasn't too difficult to find. The menu is big but nothing jumped out at me as being very creative just variations of pancakes, waffles and so on. When I go to breakfast places, I look for a little creativity in the menu. For example, one place back home had a special eggs Benedict with ham and macaroni and cheese bog course you have to try something like that! Anyways, no creativity here. We both had a cup of coffee and I like how they left the carafe there so you could refill your own cup without having to flag down a waiter/waitress. However my fiancee's glass for water was dirty which was problematic as he wanted water too. I ordered my go-to when I don't know what I want immediately. I ordered a broccoli and cheddar omelette with potatoes. I was indecisive about trying grits as it was my first time in the south and I wanted to try them but wasn't sure I would like them. I asked the waitress to see if she would recommend them and she said she doesn't really like them so I decided to stick with the potatoes. My fiancee ordered chocolate chip pancakes. When our orders came out the waitress told me she asked the chef to include a small side of grits for me to try. It really was nice of her! Grits are hard to explain and the jury is still out if I like them or don't. To me, grits were cornmeal based and creamy but texturily (is that a word?) unappealing, somewhat like tapioca pudding. I tried to get past the texture, I added more butter and seasoned them and they weren't bad but I don't know if I would go out of my way to order them. I was in the south and it was nice of the waitress to request that I try them. My omelette was okay. It wasn't overcooked but they were really chincy on the broccoli and cheddar. There wasn't a lot of filling and the eggs were just so so. The menu lacked creativity and they could really handle the basics in my opinion. I tried my fiancee's pancakes and they were just all right. Looks like if we relocate here, Le Peep will not be making the Sunday brunch list.

I was in Greenville for a wedding and of course had to scout the local food scene. While La Peep didn't have stellar reviews the menu sounded awful tasty so we headed out! It was a little hidden in a big shopping center with multiple buildings and my GPS was freaking out trying to find it, but it wasn't too tricky. We walked in around 10:30 on a Friday morning and it wasn't too busy - very big and open and welcoming. Ah and return to land of the Southern accents!! We were seated and given our menus to peruse and checked in on Yelp to get some free beverages. I got some peach tea (because, duh, the south) but hooooly peach syrup. I like my tea sweet and all but this was super thick and trust me I can handle my sweets. Luckily they had brought a carafe of water over so we played bartender and mixed it all up to make it drinkable. Our food came out a few minutes later and everything looked great! My friends got a burger and a lobster omelet I think it was?? I was intrigued by the idea of a scrambled skillet atop sweet potato fries and it was quite yummy!! The fries were just strips of sweet potato lightly seasoned and fried a bit, with ham, onion, cheese, and scrambled eggs (it was a different kind of egg originally but I requested scrambled). Would definitely return to try a blintz that sounded delicious. Good service and food, just super sweet tea!

Decent food, but a little pricey. $2.99 for a small cup of OJ and $2.69 for coffee made me contemplating just crossing the parking lot for Starbucks. Don't get me wrong, it was a good cup of Joe, just expensive. I had the hen pen meal (2 eggs, 4 pieces of bacon, potatoes, English muffin), and my husband had the salmon Benedict which wasn't that remarkable. I would consider eating there again but wouldn't I go out of my way to do so.

This place is hit or miss. The waffles and potatoes were very good. I've had french toast there and it was raw, had old stale coffee and the waitress never came back until our food was ready. Other than the potatoes the rest of the food was kind of bland. Seems like the blue haired crowd really likes, but left a lot to be desired. The restaurant is very pretty, and not to hard to find but it is rather small inside a smallish shopping center.

I visited Le Peep recently for the first time with my husband and while the food was good (we both had omelets and toast), the service however left something to be desired. Our server, Jessica, was messy and unprofessional and ignored our questions about the menu. We will be returning for the food but definitely WILL request another server.
(3)Andrea B.
Good food and good service. We had an omelet, sausage and gravy, and over easy eggs. All was very good good as well as good coffee. The place was very clean as well. We will be back for breakfast at some point soon.

This is my newest favorite breakfast spot the waitresses are so friendly and make you feel like a regular. I'm constantly referring people here and telling my friends how awesome it is! Today's service was a bit slower than their usual and they seemed slightly overwhelmed by the large crowd ( every seat was taken and I saw the waiting line standing out the door! ) but the food was well worth waiting for! I got the waffle combo with scrambled eggs, hash, and grits (the grits are AWESOME and this is coming from a woman who had grown in the south these are great), my husband got the burrito which wad mouth watering good (yes I made him share with me ;)) thank you Le Peep y'all rock!
(5)M B.
I was excited to try the place. The concept seems great. Service was slow. "Eggs over easy" came out hard, dry, overcooked. A takeout sandwich was just as bad. Staff was friendly but the service was very slow, even with few patrons at the time. I will not go back.
