Hubby and I went out for an impromptu Monday date night! Success! After reading some yelp reviews we decided to venture out on this rainy Monday evening! Soooo glad we did! First time at Jasmine Thai Cuisine and it did not disappoint. We started off with the spring rolls which were crispy and delicious! A bit expensive at 5.99 for 4 spring rolls, but they were definitely tasty! Hubby had the spicy shrimp fried rice (medium level) and it was delicious! Jasmine fried rice, HUGE shrimp, onions, peppers, and Thai basil! I had the spicy chicken pad Thai and it was awesome! Thin rice noodles, tiny bits of fried tofu, green onions served along side raw cabbage, shredded carrots and ground peanuts! WOW! First time I ever had pad Thai and it was did not disappoint! We washed it all down with some Singha beers...and called it a night! Our waiter was attentive and very nice (maybe it had a bit to do with being the only ones there! :)) Either way, I thought the date was a success, and we will definitely be back!

Everything was exquisite! The Tom Kha Gai soup was some of the best I've had. The service was very good and the coconut cake was just the right balance between light and sweet. Highly recommend this restaurant if you enjoy Thai food.

Visited Jasmine Thai Cuisine after seeing good reviews on Yelp. The place does justice to the reviews posted here. Been there twice since. The restaurant as such is a small joint with a none too fancy ambience in a very small strip mall. The food has been exceptional every time I went there. Flavours are well pronounced and fresh. Service was quick and polite. Will be visiting here often.

What a hidden gem! We stopped here because we were craving thai and it was the closest place to my friend's house. We arrived about 20 minutes before closing time and we tried to order takeout (because I hate to be *that* guy) but they insisted that we sit down and enjoy our meal without worrying about them. They were very attentive and kind. I can't gush enough about the service. The food is so yummy! Very flavorful and large portions for the price. I got the red curry and it was one of the best I've ever had in Greenville. I'd go back for that alone. Highly recommend you try this place out! Don't judge it by its exterior.

Spicy Thai Fried Rice with chicken was great. Waiter was very nice and considerate. Very highly recommended.

I love so much about the food that this place chooses to serve. First visit, I had green curry and spring rolls. Blew my socks off. NEXT visit, the holy grail: pad thai with beef and the tom kha gai soup. The deliciousness can scarcely be described. Very easy to order to-go at this place as well, unlike most other Thai places. And the food is just as good or better than any I've tried. The service is super-friendly too. I hope this place dominates Greenville the same way their food dominates my taste buds. Can't wait to try the whole menu.
(5)Billy L.
We have tried every Thai place in Greenville, and Jasmine Thai is by far our favorite. The staff is very attentive and greet you by name after only a few visits. The food is awesome. We have not had a dish that we did not like. You have to give this place a try, you won't regret the decision.

I wouldn't have expected a Thai restaurant to be located in this little strip mall, but there it is. It's next to Mekong Vietnamese; Thailand and Vietnam are bordering countries, so I guess that makes sense. There is a pot hole the size of a moon crater in the parking lot, so look out for that, and the busy traffic on Wade Hampton can make getting in and out of that place tricky. Inside the restaurant, however, the humble appearances cease. I was bowled over by the artistic beauty of the interior design--uncomplicated, the colors, the art on the walls, the built-in shelving space in the wall that shows the bottles of alcoholic beverages they serve there, the window shading. Everything seems to flow in such a small space. Most of the traditional Thai favorites are on the menu--chicken satay, pad ew sen, massamon, and so forth. The Tom Yum kha soup was just superb--the perfect balance of hot, sweet, sour. The lemon grass and galangal came alive in it. The chicken Massamon I had was very good. I would like to have tried another appetizer or dessert, but I didn't have room for anything else. My server was very attentive and was happy to answer any questions I had about the food and the establishment. This is a great mid-range priced Thai restaurant. I think that they are overlooked because of the location, but the food is very good. Can't wait to go back.

I would definitely recommend going here. We had green and red curry. Both were very tasty, generous portions. Prompt, friendly service. I will return!
(4)Lacie P.
Have been here a handful of times now, we're hooked. Had the 'hot cha' the red curry and the garlic and pepper beef. Everything on this menu so far has surpassed my expectations and blown my mind. Excellent excellent service when you dine in as well.

I have eaten here several time and it has always been great food! Great staff and great food. Give it a try you won't be disappointed.

Iama Critic Rating - Jasmine Thai Cuisine - 5 Stars 2017 Wade Hampton Boulevard, Greenville, SC Our Experience: From the outside Jasmine Thai Cuisine looks just like any other tiny strip mall style Thai restaurant. But once you walk in the difference is immediately apparent and impressive. This little restaurant just reeks of class and quality. The decor is a step above the rest and once your food arrives the true joy begins. We found every single item we ordered to be of top notch quality with superior flavors. The price is a bit hard on the wallet as the portions are not as large as you get elsewhere, but if you are looking for the best Thai in Greenville, then Jasmine is right up there with Kannika's or Tuk Tuk Thai, which sadly is now closed. The Service - 5 Stars (21% tip) I have no doubt our server was not just a waiter but likely was part of management. He had an intimate knowledge of the restaurant's history, and went way beyond the call of duty. He was extremely helpful, social and interactive. He was easily the best male waiter we have had in the last fifty. For his superior ability and effort we provided a $11.48 21% tip. We typically provide 20% or more for 5 star service on the pre-tax portion of the bill, 18% for 4, 15% for 3, 12% for 2 and 0% for 1 star service. The Food: Gratis - B3 Thai Ice Tea - 5 Stars We did not pay for this $2.99 Thai Ice Tea but it was some of the best we have ever tasted, highly recommended. However you might want to ask about refills before you order. $5.99 - A3 Spring Rolls - 5 Stars These gorgeous vegetarian spring rolls were supper tightly wrapped and packed with cabbage, carrot and celery. The plum sauce was also very good. For six bucks they are a tad expensive but the quality more than makes up for the price. $12.99 - R3 Spicy Beef Fried Rice - 5 Stars Jasmine is one of the few Thai restaurants we have been where the heat level actually matches what you order. We order "Hot" all the time, but at Jasmine you actually get "Hot". We ordered this entree as an eight out of ten and it was smoking hot. But the heat was flavorful, not just a bunch of capsaicin powder added to make it hurt. $10.99 - E6 Spicy Chicken Cha - 4 Stars My guest critic ordered this spicy chicken entree, the portion of which seemed a pit meager to me. So despite the top quality of the entree, we deducted one star. However the dish came with a spice I have never seen or tasted before. They were tiny round green pods on a stem and were quite delightful. $19.99 - T5 Curry Mixed Seafood - 5 Stars This is a very serious price for such a small portion. But what I received was simply the best seafood, cooked to perfection. The entree included shrimp, squid, mussels, coconut milk, eggplant, tomatoes, pineapple, peppers, basil leaves and red curry. This entree was also extremely pretty. Total Bill: $68.00 for two adults including tax, a very generous tip and two $1.99 soda fountain drinks. This is much more than you are likely to spend per person. Final Thoughts: We had a minor problem with our bill. No matter what math we used to calculate our bill, we could not make our totals match Jasmine's. To match Jasmine's $56.52 subtotal the tax would have to have been only 4.8% which can not be right. Because the error, (if there was one), was in our favor, we did not deduct a star from our review. However, you might want to keep an eye on your guest check as we still cannot figure ours out.

Stopped in after work and ordered takeout. Service was very fast. Ordered Spring Rolls, Sautéed Broccoli with tofu and Chicken Fried rice. All were very good! Will be stopping in again soon.
(5)Katrin L.
First time here - had their spring rolls - not bad - fresh but lacked flavor. Their pad Thai was outstanding and hubby had pad ka pow - he liked his. We also tried their homemade coconut cake and it was yummy ! We look forward to coming back !
(4)Travis M.
Amazing food. Jasmine is the real deal! Great service! Clean! Never ran out drink or rice! I was even brought a bonus drink to try. You've gotta go and try Panang Curry!!!!! Why are you still sitting there??? GET GOING and bring your friends!
(5)Jamie F.
I love this place. I've had the shrimp fried rice, ginger paradise with beef, garlic and black pepper with beef, sweet and sour with chicken, and hot cha with beef. Everything is amazing. My girlfriend is vegan and she's really enjoyed the mixed vegetable dish with tofu. My favorite is the garlic and black pepper. Check this place out! Don't be fooled by the outside.
(5)Deidre H.
Fabulous! The red curry with eggplant was the best I have had and great portion size. Very nice atmosphere and spotlessly clean. Our waiter on a Monday night was very attentive. The best waiter service I have seen in a long time. Will be back for sure.
(5)Mary C.
Stopped in for take-out dinner. Portions were very generous (I had 3 meals out of the leftovers!). Pad Thai was delicious. Very friendly service, offered me a Thai iced tea while I waited. Food was ready very quickly. Nice dine-in atmosphere too. Great prices, even cheaper for lunch. Definitely my new Thai spot in Greenville.
(5)Jeff W.
Our first time at Jasmine Thai, we had wonderful meals with great service. But, the last two time we have gone there it has progressively gotten worse. Yesterday we stopped for lunch. The service was very good, but the food was mediocre at best. I'm very sad to report that because we had such a good experience the first time out. But, must reconsider if we'll ever try it again.
(2)Cynthia P.
Hailing from Los Angeles, I have searched in vain for comparable cuisine of all types. I am so happy to say I have found my Thai restaurant. All ingredients are unmistakably fresh. Food is cooked exactly to order and is authentic. What really impressed me was the staff. Everyone is outstandingly friendly and accommodating. I had my toddler with me and they offered her puzzles to play with and were unbothered when she started to get fussy and we let her walk around the (empty) restaurant. My family and I intend to become regulars!!
(5)Sarah B.
I ordered take-out from Jasmine this evening for the first time (panang curry chicken & pad see u tofu). Both dishes were absolutely fabulous & had such lovely, complex flavors.. I think it may be the best Thai I've ever had in Greenville!
(5)Food Lover A.
Delightful delicious Thai food. The Tom Kha Kai soup was superb and both the Panang Curry and Masaman Curry were perfect. You can't beat the price for this quality Thai food. The service amazing.
(5)Joe C.
Seriously fantastic flavors. I am impressed. Best Thai food I have had in a very long time. We had the Pad Thai and Panang Curry; next time we'll branch out from the standards.
(5)Andrea H.
Great food! I stayed in Thailand for a couple months and this food is comparable to some of the best food I had there!
(5)Phil W.
Excellent food and flavors!! I had the drunken noodle and I also tried my wife's pad thai. Both were great and had awesome flavor!! I highly recommend this restaurant!!
(5)Kara M.
This place is great! Super nice staff and amazing food! My new favorite Thai place :-)
(5)Gabriela W.
Amazing soup on a cold winter day! Red Curry was fabulous also. Very excited to have such a great restaurant in Greenville! Our server Sham was friendly and made our dining experience perfect!
(5)Brian C.
Small, pleasant strip-mall place. Excellent service. The menu is not very extensive, and the food is pretty mundane for Thai. Don't get me wrong; everything tasted fine, but nothing special. Portions are generous, so much so that we didn't have room for dessert. If you're looking for well-prepared standard Thai fare, Jasmine has it. If you want something more interesting, no.
(4)Kevin C.
The Green Curry is simply amazing. Tom Kha and Satay were also delicious. Service was excellent and the owner waited on our table. He was very friendly. A+
(5)David Z.
We ate here while they were still new. Very delicious food, large portions, good prices! The service was excellent, and we enjoyed nice quiet jazz music.
(5)Courtney M.
Finally an awesome Thai restaurant in Greenville! The food was absolutely outstanding - we had the calamari & chicken satay apps, the pad kee mao, the mild soup, and the red curry shrimp (generous portion of shrimp) all of which were delicious! The heat was just as requested and food arrived quickly. The service can not be beat with the super friendly and attentive staff! Thanks Jasmine Thai! We are excited to have found a new favorite restaurant!
