Ribs were fall off the bone good. Vegetable medley, not worth ordering; Cole slaw good, not slathered with mayo as most slaws are. Not the cleanest place, as dishes seemed to be stacked all over and slowly being cleaned up as more customers arrive. This place looks tired and needs a reno bad. Brittany attentive and friendly; stopped by table several times to check on us and to ask about food quality.

Very reminiscent of a Texas Roadhouse or Logan's chain which is what I was expecting. Cheap entrees at lunch which is mostly why I give this place one star. I had the lunch sirloin with vegetables and mac and cheese. Steak was cooked fine. Mac and cheese did not seem homemade as claimed in the menu. They did have two Goose Island brews on tap which was a bit surprising. If you're in a hurry or passing through town this might be a good option but if you're looking for a special meal I would find somewhere else.

Went in thinking, just another steakhouse. I had the chicken fried chicken on a bed o f mashed potatoes with asparagus and it was great! Service was ok and atmosphere like a steakhouse. I would come back if I lived in the area! Just traveling through on our way to scenic drive. Hmmm now desert? Nah, I am full!

It's an average restaurant at best. The food is mostly deep-fried Southern food, without any flair at all. All the vegetables have a very buttery taste to them. Atmosphere could be good, however, they do (or used to, as far as I know) allow smoking, which ruins any good bar vibe.

Horrible service. Was sat with no silverware. Brought rolls, no plates, still no silverware. Fish n chips were good. A lil greasy though. Never asked if we wanted or needed any condiments. Never returned to offer refills on drinks.

After emailing a complaint to the corporate office about the service we received at this location I got a return email saying that my complaint had been forwarded to the manager at the Gaffney Sagebrush and that they would resolve my issue. I received an email from the manager of the restaurant in which she stated that she would be sending us Be Our Guest cards in the mail which we could use at any location. A little over two weeks later I still had not received anything so I emailed again and expressed my dismay that we had once again received poor service from the manager at this location. I went on to say that while receiving the Be Our Guest Cards was not my main goal, I was disappointed that the manager had not kept her word and that I felt that two weeks was sufficient time to resolve a customer complaint. I received another email from the manager stating that she had actually sent the cards out earlier that week so that I should be receiving them. I did receive the cards three days later, with a date postmarked AFTER i had emailed a second time. So not only did she fail to follow through after the first email, she was dishonest and attempted to cover up her failure after receiving the second email instead of acknowledging and apologizing for the fact that she had not sent them out yet. I`m not sure how this lady holds a manager`s position, but it is clear that she is not manager material.

Had a good lunch there today . Fish and chips were good, and service was excellent. Place was empty at 12:30/lunch, so not a good sign for future , but store was clean . Our visit was a very good experience , and staff were very well mannered , and staff/training issues have been thoroughly addressed !
