This Moe's catered my lunch for 25 people today. The food was fresh and tasty. Whatever issues the other disgruntled reviewers have had in the past seem to have been resolved IMO. I will certainly order from them again. Judge for yourself!

Wish I would have read the reviews before coming to one of my fav restaurants. This Moes is horrible and taste nothing like the others in the chain. the staff DOES not follow directions and could care less about the customer. Although the restaurant looked clean, I would avoid this place at all costs, five guys is 3 doors down and never disappoints. Hope the owner/GM reads this and makes the necessary changes, spent $18 here and feel as though I was robbed.

After almost two years since our last visit, this location is still just as filthy as last time. The employees just don't care. It's actually sad to see this location in such disrepair and neglect.

The tacos and burritos have no flavor. You have to doctor them up with hot sauce to make them edible. They just throw the food together. The restaurant always looks dirty. There are much better options in Florence to get a burrito or taco that taste 100% better and have a cleaner place to enjoy my food.

We ordered tacos for 20 people at my company. They brought the wrong meat and not enough taco shells. They had to make a second trip to bring the rest of the food. When we finally sat down to eat the food tasted like cafeteria food. Very plain, not much spice or flavor. You could easily make better tacos at home.

This Moe's is consistently horrible. The "Welcome to Moe's" chant upon entering is half-hearted and NOT welcoming. They might as well yell "Eat Elsewhere"! The man whom I presume is the manager or owner (he's always there) seems very unhappy. The food is lack luster. It is always dirty, disorganized, and salsa/drink bar ALWAYS has issues (i.e. No ice, empty salsas, etc.). Very disappointing.

Haven't eaten here since December of 2012. The service then was horrible, the salsa bar was empty & when I asked for salsa, the staff seemed to be bothered by my request. There was ice cubes & water all over the floor so you had to be careful not to fall. There was dried salsa on quite a few tables. I'll stick with Chipotle instead of Moes.

I've started frequenting this moes over the past month while working in Florence and it seems great. The manager is always working the register and keeping things going. She also seems to be keeping things clean (trays, trash area, drink station, etc). I give it two thumbs up.

Food is pretty good. Cleanliness is an issue at times. Moe's can be pricy for the food and the portions are getting smaller. The staff seemed out of sync and I'll prepared to handle a large crowd.

Pretty bad all around. We were barely greeted or acknowledged by anyone taking our order. The wife and I each got chicken burritos and the chicken's texture was like it had been boiled or sitting in water for a long time. The flavor just wasn't very good either; sort of vinegary or peppery. We won't be going back.

Admittedly I am a Chipotle fan but for a Moe's this isn't bad. The food is fresh and the service is fairly good. My biggest complaint is that the food is just bland. I generally end up drowning my burrito in one of their salsas from their salsa bar.

This moes could use some lessons from other Moe's. Poor service, out of drinks, poor cash register skills and messy areas. Watered down queso wasn't quite nice either. Had to ask for chips while they're supposed to be free with every meal. Never had to ask for chips at other Moe's. By far the worse Moe's I've been to in a long time.

horrible service, horrible food. Too bad when I went to other Moes the service is great along with the food. They are always out of salsa and drinks, but the service could not get worse. I wish Chipotle would come in this town and force it to close.

A distant fourth among the burrito chains (behind Chipotle, Qdoba and Baja), but numero uno in Florence as they are the only chain game in town. The food isn't bad, but the details are where Moe's loses ground. And why have a salsa bar populated by canned salsa, as opposed to fresh?

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
