I really like the sandwiches but I always feel rushed to order. I always get the very same thing because I don't feel that I can take time to look at menu. The staff seems frustrated if can't order the moment you walk in. Food is good but I feel I can make the decision if I want salt and pepper.

Sandwich shop opened about a year ago, and has a friendly atmosphere. Great for meeting friends and fast business socializing. Was amazed at the drive thur activity. look if you are looking for new or different place for your next lunch appointment or just need to get out of the office at lunch time take the ride they have plenty of tables, or experience the drive Thur. Good sandwiches that will not leave you hungry.

So usually I am not into Yelping chain restaurants unless they are localized to a specific area (i.e. Fatz Cafe) or if a particular one does something exceptionally good/bad. The new Jimmy John's in Florence is located near my workplace and I was hoping I could add it to the list of places for lunch/dinner. I have heard people rave about this place and the parking lot always seemed full so me and the BF decided to take a chance. After finishing my meal (or part of it since I couldn't bear to eat the rest of it) I couldn't even fathom why people would waste their money on a sandwich that I wouldn't serve to a prisoner at the Florence County Detention Center I ordered the #1 Pepe which was smoked applewood ham, provolone cheese, and garnished with lettuce, tomato, and mayo. The bread was so tough and chewy it could be used to club baby seals. The ham was no better than what you can get from the local grocery store. I was only able to eat half of my sandwich and I took the other half to work to see if I could trick someone into eating it (it stayed in the refrigerator until I had to toss it). The BF ordered their BLT and she also wasn't impressed. One huge gripe from someone who worships chicken is that none of their sandwiches contain any type of chicken. None of their sandwiches are hot either so if you don't want cold cuts you better head farther down the street to Quiznos. Also disappointed by the fact that the only sides you can get from this place are cookies and potato chips. That's right folks if you South Beach it like me sometimes there isn't a side here you can have on Phase 1. The prices for a cold cut sandwich are also steep. I paid $16 for two sandwiches. We could have driven another 2 miles to an authentic Mexican restaurant and had a delicious meal for that much money during lunch. There have to be some positives right? Well for starters the door opens both in and OUT. You can also easily go online and peruse their menu before stepping into the store. I like restaurant chains that are starting to appreciate their more tech savvy customers. They even have ways to order online before you get there and this particular Jimmy John's has a drive thru window. They do cater as a means to serve their tasteless sandwiches to the masses instead of the few. Other positives include the friendly staff and clean facilities. This place is probably worth a try for those who like the Jimmy John's chain or sandwiches in general but as for me I won't be back.

It's a Jimmy john's... kind of hard to screw it up. This is the third or fourth time I've stopped here as it's in a convenient place along my route to/from Charleston.

Italian Night Club = DELICIOUS. Food was fresh, fast, perfect place for lunch. Highly recommend!

Better check your order before you leave. Last three times I have received the wrong order. What makes it worse is I only ordered one item.

Wonderful eatery when traveling, healthy and fast. Staff very friendly. Vegetarian lettuce wrap didn't have much taste though and $5 for one tomato with lettuce wasn't worth it. Others liked their regular sandwiches though. SOFTEST, BEST TOILET PAPER EVER at any public restroom! Yes, makes a difference, plus it was clean. FREEZING, bring a sweater!

For the low carb dieters', try their lettuce wrapped unwiches. I like the Vito unwich. Drive up, order, grab the sandwich and gone in about 3 min... Freaky Fast.
