Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

I have eaten here many times and have found the food to be very good and at a reasonable price. The staff are very friendly which makes for an enjoyable meal. As someone else has noted this is in a much older building but comfortable. Quite popular with the locals. Definitely worth trying but don't go if you are in a rush. Relax and enjoy the meal.

Okay the Boneless Chicken and the fried pork wontons are awesome . But the service is terrible. We didn't get checked on after our food arrived. We even had to call her over and when she got to the table all she said was "boxes?" We actually needed more drinks and rice. And our table didn't cleared until another server cam to get some of our empty dishes out of the way. We literally had them stacked up and rice bowls at the corner of the booth because we had so much dirty dishes on our table. Worst service ever. Tips:boneless chicken and fried pork wontons are great

I've been here a few times and also ordered take out from here a few times. I prefer ordering take out because the service can be a little slow sometimes. The staff is exceptionally friendly so I didn't really mind having to wait so much but if you were in a hurry you'd probably want to consider just ordering food to go. The building they're in is fairly old and I wouldn't really recommend using their restrooms unless you have to. They're clean, just very old (the toilet takes a few tries to actually flush). Their menu is ridiculously huge (in a good way unless you're super indecisive). They offer their lunch menu all day which is great because you can get an entree, fried rice, an egg roll and 2 chicken wings all for 6-8 dollars. I generally order their Chicken with Cashew Nuts (amazingly delicious) with white rice and I usually have enough food left over for another meal the next day. They offer healthy menu options too that usually include steamed vegetables and meats. I've had their chicken and broccoli and it was delicious. Their egg rolls are fairly average and their ham fried rice isn't spectacular which is why I order the white rice when I get their lunch combos. I personally really enjoyed their dumplings. There are a lot of things I still want to try from here so I'll be going back, just likely for take out rather than dining in.

Decent restaurant with a wide selection of dishes, mostly good for American families interested in some solid Chinese food. There's four stars because our waitress could have done better service. We asked her what a dish pictured on the menu was and she didn't know.

Sure the atmosphere inside could use some updating. but the food is really good and cheap. Lunch specials run about $6 and you get 2 chicken wings, 1 egg roll, rice, and your meat choice. I always have leftovers and they are so yummy. Fastest and tastiest cantonese/chinese food Ive had in awhile.

Like the beef lo mien and General Tso's chicken. The egg rolls are too mushy. Prices are reasonable. I am glad to hear they recently remodeled.

The only actual non-buffette or take out Chinese restaurant in town. The prices are also very good. This place is not a chain and it shows, the food is very good and though not completey authentic it is the best Chinese found in Florence.
